The store manager and the staff were incredible from the beginning to the end! I had lots of questions and wanted to be sure my order was made how I wanted and they were eager to help! I didnt even request notification, but they did know I was concerned so they text me a picture once it was delivered on top of the email confirmation! Best experience with edible arrangements, and I have used other locations! No comparison!
I wanted to do something special for my mom, so I got the chocolate dipped strawberries, cheesecakes, and cookies pack. As a baker myself with many orders in this summer season, I know it can get hectic. Though it’s absolutely unacceptable to have no form of contact to check on the progress of your order! I placed an order for delivery yesterday for today, and it’s already almost 9pm. I’m terribly frustrated with the quality or lack there of in customer service. I don’t believe I will be placing anymore orders with this store.It was at 9:20 pm that my order finally came. Only to find that I have received the wrong items. I ordered the Ultimate strawberry cheesecake box. I only received a bag with two rectangular boxes of what looks closer to the strawberry sampler. There aren’t any cookies or cheesecakes to be seen. It’s seriously messed up to not only cut contact off, but mess up an order.
I ordered my mom a birthday surprise to be delivered same day to her work. I placed my order around 730 am online. I saw around 3pm it hadnt been delivered, so I tried to call... they have no #.... its disconnected! My mom is off at 3pm and just had caught them as she was walking out the door for the day at 330. Defeated the whole purpose of me sending her a gift at work. There is no way to contact business.....
This store is not even worthy of a star! I ordered something for my daughter who is going through a difficult time. I am out of State so I wanted to send her something to cheer her up and feel loved. I paid extra to get something delivered the same day and I get a phone call in the late afternoon by someone from the store letting me know they will not deliver the same day because they are overwhelmed. The person didn’t even apologize, they could care less and had a horrible attitude. And so the next day an hour before the store closed, my daughter DID NOT receive what I sent her. I tried calling the store number and the corporate number and for both their messages were full an NO ONE picked up!! The lack of empathy and horrible customer service is beyond me! Now I’m stuck being charged for an item that was NEVER delivered!! I may have to pursue the charge with my bank. Terrible terrible place! Do not waste your money or time!!
I am from out of the area and I must say the service is excellent! The owner went way beyond what was expected to deliver the fruit basket when I messed up the order! The basket was as pictured and no surprises!! Excellent service!!
Are you kidding me? My Mom turned 80 years old today & the birthday order I placed last week was not delivered today. Im beyond mortified. Seriously? My Moms 80th? I should have read the reviews before using this store. I tried calling all the customer service numbers & either got voice mail or got automatically hung up on. I tried calling the store number directly & it said the number was out of order. Im so disapointed & livid. How can a business operate like that?UPDATE: OK, its 6;05 PM where I live & 8:05 PM where my Mom lives. She just received her order. Im still leaving a one star review because the delivery was so late & because the stores number doesnt work & none of the customer service numbers work.
If I could give it a zero star rating I would, when I call the number here the operator says the number is not in service, I placed an order for Fathers day and someone called and said they were overwhelmed so I canceled, I went to see my bank statement and they charged me for it, and now I cant get a hold of anyone to get a full refund. Horrible I will never buy anything from here again.
Horrible service, place an order for delivery the next day, never got an update on the order, tried contacting the store throughout the day just to get that the phone # is out of service. Was never able to get a hold of no one. Had to contact Mundelein Store, they are independent owned, but they were able to provide the call center phone # which I called and requested to get a refund.this is horrible service
I have ordered several times from this store as a surprise for friends/family. The first couple were not bad. The last two, however, were ordered the night before delivery but did not arrive until late in the evening the next day. They actually startled one person because of how late it was when someone contacted her for delivery (after 8pm).We are actually still waiting for a delivery for today to someone we ordered a basket for yesterday. It is now almost 7:30 pm and as I pull up the tracking and I was hoping to see out for delivery or delivered, but it still order received by store with no other action yet taken. Im not happy and I hope this late delivery does not irritate the people we are having it delivered it. It was supposed to be a surprise but I might have to now warn them.I also have to say I called yesterday before close of store hours as well as today, several times. I did not get anyone on the phone until after 2 pm today. The greeting does not even say Edible Arrangements in the introduction or on the voicemail. They other times I kept getting voicemail is full message. No one ever even picked up.UPDATE: IT IS NOW 9 PM AND THE PERSON HAS TILL NOT RECEIVED THEIR ORDER FOR TODAY! Ordered a birthday gift for my fiancé. The phone number to this store is not in service, emailed the order team to try to see when it would be delivered but no response. His parents are at the house waiting for this delivery but are going out to dinner and cannot be at the house to receive the delivery. Yall wont leave it with a neighbor so lets hope you leave it in the cooler on the front porch. I will NEVER do business with yall again!
I arranged to have something sent to my friend in IL and it was supposed to be delivered today! There has been no order status and when I call the phone number if the store, it gives me an error message! Then, I called an 877 number I found with these reviews and when I pressed number 2 to speak to someone it hung up on me!! I’m calling my bank immediately and advise them if this fraud
I placed an order for chocolate covered strawberries may 1st that was scheduled for delivery may 3rd.the delivery was taking so long I decided to pick up the item myself at 4pm. As my wife and I decided to eat them we noticed half we’re gone bad.we called the store and they did not want to compensate us for it.this is not the first time we have gotten bad fruit from them.their associates were rude also.this place will never get my money again especially this location!
My best friend ordered this for my birthday. I loved the balloon, cheesecake, and dipped apples I was sent. What I didnt like was it was too be delivered to me by 9pm and at 10:30pm someone came to my house to deliver it. No call before hand or any indication someone was coming. I made me leary that my gift was left in someones car and forgotten about. 10:30pm is not an appropriate time for someone to come deliver to someones house without first notifying them.

Im so disappointed in this store. I have used them 3yrs in a row for Mothers Day..because of this time I told my mother I wasnt going to get her edible arrangements this year as a surprise,because I know how much she loves them.Well yesterday was her delivery day and she never received them,I get a email notification that they were delivered but to the wrong address. No my mom house. Called the store and some lady with the wrose customer service ever and said it was the right house and I need to confirm with my mother and call them back. And that the driver had confirm with a neighbor that was her house. NO and No.. My mother house is Yello this house is red and Grey with a side door and my mother house has a back door with sun room.of course I had to spoil the surprise and call her to make sure there was no package. How disappointing. Kept calling back to see what they were going to do it about it and all I kept getting was the run around and the the manager out doing deliveries. LBy the look of these reviews you all need to reevaluate your employees.
Wow it seems as though no action has been taken since the last posted review. Our family had the same experience yesterday with their delivery driver. No empathy and was rude, reported back “she has family she wants to get home to too”. She proceeded to hang up on me and not answer my call back. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but people need to know that if they decide to get service from this location they either won’t get it as anticipated or they will be given an attitude along the way. No such thing as the customer is always right at this location.
Poor customer service...I ordered for my mom a day in advance but she didn’t receive the order until almost 9pm on delivery day. When I called at 6pm to inquire why it was taking so long the girl was so rude and just not very helpful at all and proceeded to tell me to keep waiting and that she has until 9pm to deliver the order, since I didn’t specify a time. Huh?? Who gets flowers and candy delivered at night?? I asked her if she even knew what order I was referring to because I hadn’t given her a name or order number, she said “yeah... I have caller ID” but the order was in my mothers name so... there’s no way she would’ve known for sure. Anyway I ended the conversation by thanking her for her time but she just abruptly slammed the phone down. No thank you or good bye or anything. The worst customer service ever. Never again will I order from this place. Terrible terrible Customer Service. I could’ve saved the $95 I spent, this wasn’t worth the trouble.
Bad.Ordered $120 worth of items to have sent to my gf on her bday. Place order, get confirmation email. Wanted to call to see what time it would be dropped off so my gf was still at work when she’d get it. The phone number wasn’t working, i ended going to the stores location and the door was locked and by all accounts no one was in there regardless of the sign saying “OPEN”
Placed an order for my moms birthday and they didn’t call me till 5pm saying they wouldn’t be able to fulfill the order. They said we can deliver Monday. Why would I need It Monday? Mind you it’s Saturday. Then they had the audacity to say, hope you can find something else. Where would I find Something else at 5 o’clock in the evening in the middle of a pandemic? First of all, I placed my order last FRIDAY May 6th to be delivered on Tuesday May 11th. Got a call an hour before the store closes on Monday 10th by Jessica about how they will need to deliver my order on Friday due to the owner closing the store and will not be doing any deliveries or I could cancel and call another store to have it delivered tomorrow. I asked what else could the store for do for me for the inconvenience and that’s when she proceeded to rude and snotty with me. Being in guest services for the last 10 years I was furious with her disrespect and empathy to me. She preceded fo tell me that the owner is closing the store for the next 3 days because they were so busy for Mother’s Day and needed to clean. I asked for the manager, Sara, and of course she was on deliveries, then I asked for the owner and Jessica said that she doesn’t know her only Sara does. Then Jessica was frustrated with me because I was upset and that since the store will be closed how is she going to pay her bills, it is not MY fault that your boss is closing the store. I asked was the store closing due to covid and she said no. I also asked do they have lots of order and she said no. I don’t know why they couldn’t do these orders early and have them delivered today if they decided to close the store for 3 days or come up with working with another store to make these deliveries possible. I understand that they are privately owned but don’t put it back on your customer to figure it out. After the argumentative Jessica I requested for my refund and my husband went to Nothin Bundt Cakes instead and was only $40. If this is how your company works then you have totally lost a customer and I will tell my friends and family to spend their $130 on gifts elsewhere. Called the store twice and manager still isn’t there! The worst customer service. You cant even speak to anyone. They did not deliver my order but left me a message to call them back because they are out of the product. After 5 attempts to call and over 10+ minutes on hold each time, I just want my money back, and I cant get through. Dont waste your money. This has been the most expensive headache. I still have to find something else to send for my fathers birthday. As I am writing this I am also on hold with them, it has been over 42 minutes now.
I ordered for next day delivery, i received no call nor was my fruit delivered. the customer service here was very rude when called to check on my delivery. i was told it would deliver by 9pm but nothing was delivered.
I wish I could give it ZERO STARS! I figure I have been very patient & understanding with issues and that apparently the manager had a back injury but I have yet to hear from someone. I have called multiple times to customer service. My best friend lost her grandpa so on 1/15 I placed an order about noon. Maybe thirty minutes later I get a call that they were at capacity (I also paid for same day delivery) for the day and it would be delivered tomorrow. So I mentioned my same day delivery fee. The lady offered to upgrade my item to all strawberries ( I’m not even sure if there was a difference but whatever). I didn’t mind the delivery being next day but had I known what would eventually come off the situation I would’ve made alternate arrangements. So here we are 1/16 about 445pm I contact the store and I’m told deliveries can happen until 9pm and they stop answering the phone after 5pm. I wasn’t going anywhere and I know they don’t have specifics in delivery times. Okay cool. However come 9pm, nothing. Let’s save an even longer story and make it shorter. I go to eat with my friend who these were for and I ended up telling her what I ordered because I had it set that I was calling my bank to reverse the charge and everything. At 11 OCLOCK AT NIGHT, I get a call which I almost didn’t answer and it’s whomever is delivering it. They say I’m a few minutes away do you want me to deliver it still or I can come back tomorrow. You better deliver it I have been waiting. The reasoning is they had some issues with their grub hub delivery drivers or whatever. So why was I not contacted. Customer service at corporate had better communication with me than the store. I can’t drive but this experience was horrible and while I will never order from here again had I known, I would’ve not ordered or had somehow picked it up. I’ve given ample opportunity to be contacted back but you would think that orders who were supposed to have been same day or what not, would have first priority the next day. Mind you I spent almost $90. Then thankfully they were for my best friend and she had the courtesy to tell me while she appreciated the gesture the strawberries we’re almost all sour there was only about three that were good it was a terrible experience because of the occasion they were four and then to ruin what was supposed to be a nice surprise and then have the product not be the quality that edible arrangement is supposedly known for was really disappointing. I took to writing a review because I am beyond upset and irritated I still will be following up with customer service to get a refund
Store manager was very rude! She left a fruit arrangement on our front step when dark out and it sat there for over 12 hours. The fruit was completely frozen and ruined. The only fruit to survive the frost were the grapes. When I called to explain the fruit was gross she was extremely rude and blamed it on me and offered zero solutions. So unprofessional. She was supposed to have the store owner call me but she never did. My friends lost $100 because they never fixed the problem.
This store is horrible. Y’all seriously need to close down. Y’all should not be delivering at 9 pm to 10 pm. Y’all have no communication for customers and don’t care about customers at all.
Very poor service, my wife placed an order at 11 am Saturday for our aunt’s birthday. It was a very special birthday for her. My wife then calls to check the status of the order at about 445 pm. She was informed that the order would not be fulfilled for same day service but could do it Monday. We paid extra for the same day delivery as well. Sarah the one who answered the phone was rude and really didn’t seem to care. My wife then said a phone call would have been nice but we got nothing. My wife asked for a refund and she was like “ok it’s voided” and that was that. I then called at 455 pm and asked to speak to the manager. She stated she was the manager. I told her about the situation and her excuse was that they had ran out of fruit and they had 36 orders come in the last 4 hours. We had put our order in at 1136 am. A simple call earlier in the day would have been great to inform us of the situation. That would have given us more time to figure out another gift. I understand in this pandemic that work facilities are low on staff and things happen but it’s not an excuse to have poor customer service and be rude. I will never use this service again. UPDATE TO MY REVIEW WRITTEN ON 2/20/21. This item was supposed to arrive on Sat 2/20/21. This was the message I recieved last night (a day late) at 10:46 pm! I cant imagine how they felt, but were too nice to say anything because they knew how upset I was. I never recieved one call asking if it was ok to go that late, to reschedule or if I just wanted a refund and to cancel the entire order. I would have cancelled!
I really should have read these reviews before I ordered. Put my order in this morning. At almost 5pm I had no update on my order status for same day delivery. I call and was told they ran out of fruit and they were getting ready to call me to cancel my order or postpone it for Monday. Lady didn’t seem to care. Please take your money to another location.
If I could leave 0 stars I would as this place is pointless so dont waste your time. I tried ordering an arrangement with pineapple hearts and also tried to substitute green apples for the honey dews as shown on their website. I also requested and was promised that I would be sent a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery. I called the day of delivery as I had not received a picture and was told by the manager Latoya that the order was out for delivery. She had no interest in providing any customer service. I had to call 3 times to get anyone to even answer the phone. She was very short with me to the point of being kind of rude. My wife received the arrangement in the attached pic which was not even close to the picture on their website nor did it have any pineapple hearts for the $174 I was charged. My wife said it was gross with chocolate pretty much poured on it and immediately threw it in the garbage. I called the corporate office immediately upon receipt sent the same pic and spoke to Iman who was pleasant, agreed the arrangement was not up to their standards and opened a case. I was to hear back from the store within 48 hours. I waited 3 days and never heard back from the store or the corporate office and had to dispute the $174 charge on my credit card. If you want to be disappointed and overcharged for something that wont look anything like their website pics go ahead and order. Edible arrangements should be out of business with the product and service they provide. Dont waste your time!
I placed an order 2 days in advance for my wifes birthday. Here we are at 6:30 pm on delivery day and nothing has been received. The day is basically over. I promised my wife a surprise and certainly got one. I am NEVER using this business again. I tried to call but only get music playing when the phone is picked up, very professional (not). I am seeking a 100% refund as this was ridiculous!!!After you make a critical post you get a response that actually sounds like someone cares, but it is just a ruse. I am adding this input to my previous post noted above. It is now March and no follow up was given to me by the store manager. I called corporate and after 30 minutes on the phone, mostly on hold, they simply caved in to the feedback from the store manager and provided NO meaningful solution.I tried calling the 800 number on the website and actually reached the local store manager. Interesting since the store number they offer is never responded to. In summary this manager is a coward who prefers to hide from customer feedback instead of actually listening and offering solution based input. I was blown away by the defensiveness and incompetency I encountered by this manager. She actually had the audacity to defend a delivery that was made close to 8:30 pm as being within the delivery window. She showed ZERO openness to providing a discounted fee or refund and had absolutely no empathy for the customer experience. I cannot believe this person deals in customer service. If you read other Google reviews you will find similar experiences. I am now challenging the charge to my credit card as I consider their actions fraudulent. I tried numerous times to get status updates on my order and subsequently tried to cancel. To make matters worse, the delivery person stood at my front door until someone interacted with him. This specifically went against my request to ring the doorbell and leave the package. I guess COVID precautions mean nothing to these people. I guess I should not be surprised since nothing else about the customer experience matters to them. I will NEVER order from this company again and the corporate office is making a huge mistake letter this franchise destroy the company name.I am opening a case with the BBB as this business should be cited for their unprofessional and unethical actions. If it was possible to leave a negative star review I would have done so. I ordered my mother a valentines box on feb 4th 2021. And wanted it to be delivered on the 15th ( 14th was a Sunday). Never got it tracked my order and they changed the date till the 16th still never got it because they were closed I was calling them and calling them so I called them today because they changed the date again mind u Valentine’s Day is over and I still haven’t gotten my box. They answered and told me I’ve been calling u all day ( witch my phone never rang once)because we are out of something you wanted. Why are they waiting to tell me two days after I was supposed to receive the box that you were out of it. I ordered the box 11 days ahead of time you could have told me then. The manager was very rude and hung up the phone. Never going to this place again very bad customer service and very rude managers.

I would have given 0 stars but it wouldn’t let me write the review. My daughter placed an for Saturday, May 9. The order came on May 10 at 7:30pm! I took pics because the pineapple was brown on the edges & strawberries had mold. I complained on the site & was told someone would reach out. It’s May 13 & haven’t heard a word. We will NEVER order again. This order was almost $100!

It never arrived and the number to contact the store takes you to an unnamed answering machine. The voicemail is full. There is no customer service to contact or any information anywhere to get help. Placed an order for delivery and paid for rush delivery. I get a call at 4:30 same day claiming they dont have the best fruit and they have to switch my delivery until the next day. Next day shows up dont hear from them all day and them at 9:03PM at night I get a call saying no one is home can we leave it at the door. The lady then argues with me on the phone for 5 minutes as to their delivery policy of 9PM. Mind you the order was suppose to be delivered the day before and their computer system plots the deliveries that they cant change. LIES!!! Edible Arrangements this is UNACCEPTABLE!! I ordered this platter from this location:4930 Grand Ave, Gurnee, IL 60031 Tuesday for a Delivery date of 6/26 for my Grandmother’s Birthday. I attempted to call them several times throughout the day for tentative delivery time in which they could never provide one, the location closes at 7pm and I called them at 6:50pm because it still had not been delivered and there was no answer. At 6:58 I received a phone call that they were trying to deliver it my uncle went to the door and it was a CHILD delivering it in the rain. She was very apologetic however when my grandmother opened it up this is what the fruit looked like as you can see the Bananas are old and the strawberries were old and mushy you can see where it looks old on the photo. So my Grandmother called the location and tried to rectify it without me being involved since it was a gift she didn’t want me to feel bad however Sarah at the location was very rude and said she could only offer a credit and to have me call. I then called the location after receiving these photos and Sarah was rude to me as well and began to tell me “we delivered it for free, it’s usually $14.99” “out fruit is fresh it came in at 12pm today”. This can’t be the case because as you can see this fruit is not fresh, I proceeded to ask for a refund which she will not provide. I also purchased a balloon with the order that was not received so she processed a refund for the balloon on the phone, if you can do that then she could have processed a refund for the entire thing!This is not acceptable, looking at the reviews of this location they have a 2.0 out of 5 on Facebook. If I can give this store 0 stars I would most definitely. Will never again order from this store!!. I order berries 3 weeks before the due date and they never deliver them at all!!. Was never told they deliver late and or it was beyond late so disappointed!!.😡😡 They are not friendly or helpful. Why take over loads of deliveries if u can’t deliver them at a good proper time or at all .Then I try to canceled the order and staff said it was too late!. Never again spending 55$ for some berries that never got delivered to the birthday girl!!.
I would also give 0 stars if I could. Wish I read the reviews before ordering from them. Had an order placed for delivery today. Got a confirmation email but after that I never heard from them. Tried calling several times to make sure they were going to deliver my order today and no one picked up. Had a friend stop in the store personally to change the delivery address from a business to home address since they were running behind (the only way I knew they were running behind was because my delivery never came to the recipient during the work day) . The clerk alerted my friend the order was leaving on the truck today to be delivered. It still has not come after several hours. I spent a lot of money and was let down significantly. I will NEVER go through this company again. I am telling all of my friends. Waste of my money and time. My suggestion for the logistics of the company would be that if you are not able to commit to a certain date for delivery, don’t allow it to be selected with an online order.
Do not order from the Gurnee Edible Arrangement branch. Orders are either not delivered or not delivered in a timely manner. They are impossible to reach, as they do not adhere to the store hours and do not answer their phone. I would give a zero if able to!
My experience at the Gurnee Edible Arrangements has been nothing but amazing! I went in to pick up a gift for my mother and was greeted by Linda and Ashley with smiles and great service. My son (3) loved the balloon, treats, and smoothies so much I’m going back today.😊
Worst experience of my life. This place is trash and doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I’m giving. Was supposed to receive an order for my birthday as a surprise from my sister and was not delivered on the day promised, but delivered after midnight and left in the rain. These people would not return my sisters calls and they came up with every excuse in the book to justify a midnight delivery even to say that the reason was that the driver hit a deer. The lady who answers the phone should be fired. She is rude and doesn’t care at all. But that’s not the worst of it, the next day I find out that there was more to the order and that wasn’t delivered, and again I’m playing phone tag with these people. Finally I call back a few minutes before they close after waiting hours for them to call me back and again with the attitude and then I get hung up on. This is unacceptable service and I will never do business with this place and I would never recommend anybody to this place either. What was supposed to be a nice birthday surprise turned into a major headache.
Linda was the best she was extremely kind and friendly. This location was very clean and well kept. The fruit here was really fresh and tasty. Location is super convenient as its right on the corner of Milwaukee ave and Grand ave.
Ordered an arrangement for my sisters’ birthday, from this location- I live out of state. They hadn’t received it by 4pm, so I called the store and was told they were busy and the deliveries were going out now. Now it’s after 8pm and they still have not received it. I called again and was told again- they were busy and the guy that delivers it will leave it on the porch if no one answers the door. I don’t even know what time they will get it. I am completely disgusted and would have given “0” stars if I could. To me this is unacceptable, especially because I spent my hard earned money and I feel like they don’t even care. No customer service!
Had to make a last second order for a loved ones birthday and the customer service was excellent. My wait to helped was minimal, I was given a variety of different options to choose from, and the time of completion was as good as I could have asked. This was all while they workers had plenty of orders to finish in the back. Getting this level of service under less than ideal circumstances definitely stood out to me and my family loved it! Definitely recommend ordering from the Gurnee Edible Arrangements!
Ordered 2 deliveries on mothers day and was charged $20 extra for each delivery. Orders were delivered at 9:30 pm on mothers day. Both orders were supposed to have balloon bouquets and they were missing. One order had a different persons name on the actual arrangement. After repeated phone call attempts to a full voice-mail, I drove over there to experience a rude young man who stated I needed to speak to the manager. She would call me later that day. That was three days ago. No call from manager and voice mail is still full. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. THE MUNDELEIN LOCATION WILL GET ALL OF MY FUTURE BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!
I needed an arrangement but didnt know what I wanted. Linda, the store manager helped me navigate the computer and got me the BEST arrangement. I would recommend this store.
I had a Great Experience here yesterday. Linda (Mgr) and Ashley were so Cool to shop with. I was there to buy goodies for my clients. I was lost. Lol. They got to the bottom of what I was looking for and suggested a few winning options. Thank you Ladies, keep putting customers 1st.
I wish I could give zero just for the fact no one will answer the phone after an hour and the voicemail is full. received a delivery for a milestone anniversary from my job, and the only reason I discovered it laying on the ground on my porch is because I went to check the mail. My security camera shows it was delivered at 12:43 a.m. Are you kidding me! So it sat outside on the ground for 10 hours. No telling what kind of bugs or animals crawled in it or tampered with it. So unacceptable!
They are 100% amazing!! They are kind quick and unbelievably friendly. If you are looking for a gift for any occasion theseare your go to people. I will never go anywhere else ever again.
I stopped by this afternoon and the customer service is excellent. She was patient and considerate of me making a excellent choice of gift decision I was choosing for a friend and also helping curb my sudden craving for choosing chocolates for myself
This place is literally awful. I ordered a Mothers Day arrangement a whole week in advance and the delivery is now a day late. No one answered when I tried to call to figure out where the order was. Funny that all of the surrounding stores answered right away when I called, but not Gurnee. There is just no way to get in contact with them. Extremely unprofessional store. I will never order from here again.
Linda was excellent. Great customer service, offered samples and a balloon for my son. They were on time and the edible arrangement was put together nicely. I definitely would recommend them.
Order placed online; was not entirely ready upon arrival but new owner processed order quickly and efficiently while I waited! Very impressed with the new owner! will return for more chocolate covered apples!! :)

Horrible service & wont answer the phone even if you have an order that’s paid for.I never even write reviews but they deserved this one. If you can order from a different location do so, it’ll save you time & money.
Honestly I never do this ever but… If I can recommend 0 stars or -0 stars i totally would. I would never ever recommend anyone to order from this place in gurnee. 1st she shows up 2 days late well let me retract that, 1st they say I can have it delivered on Mothers Day. Then I my final check out after I pay it says delivered may 11th which would be a Monday so OK no big deal, it was not delivered until Wednesday after I filed a grievance with my credit card. And the woman who delivered it to my mother lige straight to her face and said I just got this 20 minutes ago. Which after my mother received it it says right on the receipt to be delivered Monday may 11th Im fighting to get my money bag and I highly recommend nobody ever use this place. And as far as calling I called for 2 days they never answered.
This company is terrible!! Do not order from them! I placed an order that was not recieved, I tried to call the local edible arrangements with no answer and no luck getting a hold of anyone for several days I placed a call to corporate and couldnt get a hold of either a human or robot for that matter. Didnt hear anything until I stopped payment through PayPal, that was when the manager from the recipients store called and was extremely rude and argumentative and was not at all apologetic. Her name was Sarah. This is terrible business practices do not order from them. I understand the influx of orders and the quarentine affecting everyone but its not reasonable for a company to expect people to pay money for a service not deliver on the service and then completely ghost and not be reachable and then when you finally reach out to the customer because your money was taken back be extremely rude. Terrible customer service.
Placed an online order for mothers day delivery. It was 730pm and I was surprised my mom hadnt called to say she was surprised. I called her to see if she had received a special delivery and she said no. I called the store and they were already closed and the mailbox was full I couldnt even leave a message. I couldnt be with my mother for mothers day this year because of the quarantine, the least thing you can do is keep your word and deliver my gift to her ON TIME as promised!! 😠

After a horrid experience over the boarder at the Kenosha store the Gurnee store came to my rescue. Even went out of her way to stay open when inclement weather hit the area. Dont waste your time with another franchise. This is where its at.

I am sorry there are so many people who have had such negative experiences. Quite to the contrary my service experience was Great!!! The manager, Gabby (spelling...😏) was VERY ACCOMMODATING....I put in a Valentines day order as a gift for my mother and it was ok but a part of order request was left out. I called the store and Gabby, without questioning my concern, overwhelmed me by offering to credit me for my order and offered to send out a new order. But I suggested a small complimentary order and she agreed. Mother got both orders and was overjoyed 😊. Thank you Ms Gabby for the EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! 👏👏😃☺ I will use your services again.....

!!BEWARE!! Very unprofessional, was helping out with deliveries on Valentine’s Day, was thrown a stack of addresses and box of arrangements & was told there was no time to organize the route and to figure it out. After spending hours driving back and fourth trying to map a route I gave up, return to the store after I finished my first route and informed them I won’t be going on another. Now comes the time to get paid, manager Gabby claims every delivery I did that day besides 1 had a complaint and I won’t be getting paid. Please don’t waste your money or time here, management has no clue what they are doing & their mistakes fall back on STAFF, very poor way to run a company.
The most horrible experience ever with Edible Arrangements. I even tried to get in touch with their corporate about this location. Horrible service, arrangement was horrible, even spoiled strawberries. They said they deliver the arrangements and they did not. I had to go pick them up, I was there more than an hour. The Edible was horrible, the snowman looked like s...... if you know what I mean, Not the base or arrangement I ordered. The lady that was there was horrible and rude to a walk in customer.

I’m highly upset what a waste of money and time !!! I most definitely disputed my funds because I ordered a birthday/Mother’s Day platter for my nana yesterday at 10:40a to be delivered today she never received it !!!! It says the store received the order I tried calling no pick up it’s very unprofessional and unfortunate because you guys lost a customer ... From this location to the one in river dale Georgia (I ordered my mom a platter as well) this entire company is just terrible

Dont waste your time. My daughter and son-inlaw sent an arrangement for our anniversary....except we never got it. They attempted delivering earlier than the time range requested, so of course not home yet.Left a door hanger with a number to call, and the wrong order number# (website didnt recognize it). After many attemps to call both the local and corporate ph# with no answer, long hold times and no option to leave a message, my daughter ended up filing a dispute with bank card, and with edible arrangements. They should be ashamed of the way they run their business. This was the Gurnee IL location.
Good, can be a little expensive, but thats just my opinion. Its a unique product.
