I went inside the store to pay for gas and to play the lottery. The attendant was not behind the counter, so I went to the lottery machine first. As I was standing in front of the machine, a tall “ gentleman” brushed past me, bumping me, to go behind the counter. No excuse me, pardon me, sorry, nothing... he didn’t even turn around. Just unbelievably beyond rude. Rather than me letting him have it, I left. I refuse to spend even 1 dime at this BP. I will NEVER return to this gas station. Shame on you for hiring someone to represent BP like this!

I go here for the automatic car wash. The gas pump hours are kinda weird office hours.

I filled up my tank and my 3 year old needed to use the restroom. According to the attendant the bathroom was out of order. I live in Chicago and I obviously couldnt just go back home for her to use the bathroom. I even told him it was for her... Im assuming if they dont have a working restroom they must live around the corner and go home to use it. Like I told him Thank You anyways... You will definitely not have me as a customer again.

Car wash did not clean car at all. Went in and showed attendant who agreed and could clearly see that it did not clean the car, but said he had no authority to give a rewash. Said manager wasnt available and to keep calling until he came back. I dont have time for this. Unbelievable.

I go to the bathroom there often. Wonderful restroom area. Quiet. Well sanitized. Consistent with fresh tissue. Excellent lighting for reading. Thank you.

If youre looking for a car wash, continue looking for better quality. The timer for drying is broken (it was today at least) and it was a very quick poor quality wash even for the 2nd tier wash. Still have to go wash my car after just paying for that one.

First off, you cant pay with card unless its over $3. The cashier told me this. A little irritating, but I was fine with it. Then the cashier went on insinuating that I was trying to steal something. Talk about bad customer service. Take your money elsewhere.

Try somewhere else if you desire respect and no BS. Zero customer service. Broken vacuum. Rude attendant and manager. My question is this....why is it my job to go back and fotth to the back room to talk to the manager just to get the $1.50 the vacuum stole from me. Ill never, ever in my entire life give them one more dollar of my hard earned pay. I was patient to the extreme, and drove away empty handed, aggravated, and the carpets un-vacuumed. I miss Shafi; the former owner
