Manager Linda of the store always treats my husband and me so lovely with excellent customer service. I donβt care about the time of the day. She is a pleasure to deal with. She knows how to treat her customers that come into the store. Also, the Associates are great as well. Thank you, Linda. You are a true blessing. π
First time at this location and truly loved our experience here. Linda and Shirley provided us with the best customer service. Shirley definitely was patient with us in regards to finding out which was the best piece of jewelry and showing us different options. Linda was able to work up the best numbers for us.All around best service and highly recommend.

Awesome. They didnt have the ring my wife wanted for her 33 yr upgrade. But they found what she wanted extremely comparable. Matter of fact in my opinion it blew her first selection out the water. Now that we have it, she loves it. The Gurnee Mills outlet where, Michelle and Daria were outstanding. God bless them both. We love you so much!!!
My husband purchased me a ring for my birthday, it arrived after 20 days and within three days one of the stones was loose. We called several people who told us we needed to go into a store to get it looked at/appraised to get it repaired. (given this is an issue that is clearly Zales error). We drive 45 minutes into Gurnee, IL to meet with a woman who sends us on a wild hunt for a sku number (after repeatedly telling her that we only have an order number) that is in no emails/receipts, anything. After 30 minutes of looking, we tell her were going to just return the ring and take our business elsewhere. She then asks for the order number and magically finds the sku number. My husband decides that we will pay $42 to repair the broken ring that we owned for three day plus an insurance plan for $142. Zales without a doubt needed to send us a shipping label to send this ring to you to fix for free. Were in the middle of a global pandemic and need to go into a busy mall to fix your issue on top of paying an additional almost $200 to get it fixed/protected. Highly suggested you take your business elsewhere. This place is scam.
Currently by appointment only, even though they donβt have that listed anywhere until you walk up to the store. We live out of state and took our whole afternoon to get here, just to get bounced at the door. No other customers were in there, and we needed the ring cleaned to keep it under warranty. Normally a 5-10 minute job. Told we had make an appointment because they wonβt help us now. In a fully staffed empty store. All the employees were doing were talking about their weekend when we walked in, they definitely were not busy. I purchased my wifeβs ring here 4 1/2 years ago and I regret doing it here. Every time I come thereβs issues. Unfortunately itβs the only one in driving distance.
Cheap jewelry that breaks. Even if you bought the insurance you are out of luck because it takes several months to get stuff back. The store manager is rude and shrewd.

Ive been to this store at a minimum of once a month for the past 5 months because the same diamond keeps falling out of my ring. I have the protection so at least I dont have to pay, but each time they have it for two to three weeks. Meaning, the ring my husband paid a pretty penny for, I dont even get to enjoy because they have it more than I do. When I bring this to their attention, they simply assure me they did a quality check and inspection. Clearly, that is false or this wouldnt keep happening. So I have to drive an hour each way twice a month, once to drop it off and again to pick it up. It is very inconvenient, but since they already have our money, they couldnt care less.
We bought my engagement ring and wedding band as a set here almost 2 years ago. My husband paid extra to make sure no matter what happens, the ring will be fixed, stones replaced, etc. A stone fell out late February and Zales replaced it at no additional cost (because of the warranty he paid extra for). The stone came back yellow and wasnt clearly mismatched. They sent it back out and the second replacement wasnt any better. We then spoke to the store manager (Linda or Lidia?). She was extremely nice and more than willing to help us further. She ordered the exact new set and allowed us to keep the brand new band. Although its not the original band from our wedding, Im so happy we will have a complete sent two months since he initial concern. Although the the time is lengthy, the store manager has made us feel so much better. Thank you for your help!!!!

We purchased earrings at this store. Sales representative didnβt bother to tell us the final price or explain how extended warranty works before running my credit card. After looking into receipt at home, we found out earrings price $370+Some $94.99. Store manager didnβt apologize for charging us extra $94.99 without our consent for extended warranty and made us feel stupid after request to return our money backWill not go back
2 weeks before my wedding I had got my rings resized. They were suppose to come in the day before my wedding since something went wrong with the delivery man, Zales had lets us borrow the same exact rings in my size for my big day. I really appreciate it

I thought it was 14k white gold ...it turned colors while washing dishes got it appraised...wasnt real gold only plated.. customer service took out a payments 3 days BEFORE I authorized it. Im done with zales
My ring was supposed to come in on or before September 18th they said they were getting a delivery on the 18th but never came. They told me there was going to be a delivery on the 19th and she had tracked it so it would be there but nope no delivery. I was visiting family today from out of town and really wanted to have it by then. Apparently they need to find a new delivery service. I am very unhappy.
