Never disappointed at Barnes & Noble, My girls love it here. I think its always a treat to come here and browse through books that inspire, encourage and educate on life.

I love all bookstores... even big one like B&N. Unfortunately this particular B&N has a very cold college bookstore vibe. It could be due to the pandemic... but I’m not a fan of the lay out or the vibe. The one we have in CT that was my go to had a beautiful children’s center. It was bright and cheerful. Everywhere I turned in the children’s section had toys to purchase. I completely get the sales aspect. But when your in the kids section and feel bombarded with toys at a book store... it’s time for me to go.The staff were awesome. They helped me find a book for my daughter, and really showed enthusiasm!

Its a nice bookstore, though a little small. Understandable being in a mall. The selection and variety is pretty good, though it is missing some things. The Starbucks always makes good brews and drinks, and the restroom s are large and clean. We always stop when we go to this mall.

Located within the mall and entrance from the parking lot and the mall, this has been renovated to a modern, large store. Plenty of books, utilities, mugs, and much more. A Starbucks inside, room to sit and they made it into a one story store rather than two stories as before. Plenty of parking, helpful staff and nice clean ambience. Several cashiers throughout the store making it easier to pay.

This Barnes and noble is the most renovated I’ve been to. It was nicely set up and very very clean.

Tons of books to explore read and buy. The layout is easy to navigate,staff is happy to help alwaz. My son loves this place totally.

Wonderful book store with board games and toys.There are all sorts of books for every age and for any taste spread on two floors.For kids there is small playground with chairs, books and trains table.Starbucks opened cafe on the first floor with seating available.You will definitely want to come back to this store once you leave.Their membership gives you 10% off every purchase and even combined with other coupons and offers.

Great bookstore chain. This one, located in Riverside Square mall, has recently been relocated next to Cheesecake Factory. Its very clean and well stocked with a ton of books, although a bit smaller store than the previous location that had two floors. Even though I do most of my reading with the kindle app i still enjoy browsing the books. They have a somewhat smaller Starbucks, but with ample seating, although often lots of laptoppers are hogging the tables all day, especially on Saturday. They do no accept Starbucks gift cards. Lets support our bookstores as not that many are left..

My daughter loves this story. I didnt realize how much they had downsized. Its still nice though.

Wow, they did a good job on the move. I havent been to B&N since the renovation. The new lighting is a good draw, and the cafe area is spacious and organized. I could see this as a nice place to go to read, do work, and have a few sips of coffee in a mellow vibe. A nice selection of books, also, help make this place a real welcoming environment.

I loved the books and this is wonderful to see how they gave all of the books compartmentalized and thankfully, they have a Starbucks Cafe which is so eclectic and tremendously transformative prior to the Pandemic.

So disappointed in Barnes and Noble, was one of my top book stores. They never have, what you might be looking for, can barely get assistance and if you get someone,you might be told go look in section A or B🤔

Very nice Barnes & Nobles. They have a good assortment of books and other gifts. The kids also love the toys here. This place and the restaurants are the only places keeping this mall alive.

I liked the old store better at Riverside Square. Much bigger with lots of books to choose from. With this new store barely anything in the Biography section. Hard to find a book. Hard to find help.

Store is very clean and organized. I would’ve given it 4 stars because there is a lack of visibility of staff. My 3 rating is due to literally standing online only to purchase 4 books and the employee skipped the white person who was not on the line at all while myself and an Asian lady were patiently standing at our place on line. This just happened. Employee on first registered skipped the white customer and the 2nd staff on register ( both white males) acted like he was too busy to realized what just occurred but then tried selling me the Barnes and Noble membership. No thank you! And you have cameras so please play it back because it happened on 9/25/2020 at 5:10 pm. You guys need cultural sensitivity training.

There is just a great feel when I walk into this store. I am a reader so take what I write with a grain of salt but this place has always had what I wanted plus a lot of books that I did not even know I wanted. A great place for that last gift you want to give to a youngster or a contemporary.

The new Barnes and Noble is very beautiful. Very modern. They offer Starbucks services. Have seating area. Restrooms. Accept credit, debit, and cash for purchases. It is now one floor instead of two. Very helpful staff.

Wonderful selection of books & suggestions. The customer service was outstanding. Alicia went out of her way to help me. I was so impressed, I became a member. Plus, the store is very attractive with an on-site cafe.

Ever since the remodeling of this Barnes & Nobles, I must say this place is an absolute delight to visit. It has a very nice cafe vibe as well as seating so you can relax and read a book for a bit. The place is very bright and lively. The organization of the store is easy to figure out, and you can find a book you are looking for within minutes. Great place to sit back and relax.

Love this place always especially with the kids. I like the new store set up with one floor vs previous two floors. Seems to have similar selection of products and prefer that the toys, especially stuffed animals, are now limited. The toys made the previous store a mess. We visit this store every couple of weeks and I love seeing my kids enjoy the books, several of which we end up purchasing!

I always love browsing in the store, and enjoy my book with a cup of coffee. The perfect place to rest your mind.

Newly renovated and very quiet. I like that they had kiosks where you could look up books you were looking for. However, I looked around for quite some time to find the genre I was searching for. I did not see any staff working the floor to help customers I only saw staff working the registers. Could do a better job at greeting patrons.

Its nice clean and new. So I gave it 5 stars. However, as a parent who used to take the kids to the old location within the mall, I do miss the nice childrens area they had with the old layout.The new layout is a little more open and feels more like a childrens aisle.

Beautiful layout! I love the clean look of the new store. Would like to have seen more employees on the sales floor, but I was able to find everything super easy.

I went here with my lady and it smells so nice. New book smell gives me shivers. Also they have chairs to read and i dont know...its a bookstore. what are you expecting? If you want a book order it from amazon. If you want a book and enjoy being surrounded by like minded individuals then come here.

Used to come here with my wife and daughter on a weekly basis. I always walk out with a great book or a nice suggestion for my next purchase. Definitely worth a visit.

This is awesome book store and has a lot of books to choose. Clean and organized, nice selection of books for adults and children. Plenty of tables to sit and read or do homework.

I ate at Starbucks which is in Barnes & Noble. Everything there seems like its made fresh daily. Plant of room to sit and relax, read and eat at the same time. The new location in the mall is one level nicely spread out and nicely lit.

Beautiful place with all the amenities. Like that they have their own entrance as well as an entrance from inside the mall. Book selection was more than needed for what we were looking for.

One of the cleanest and organized Barnes and Nobles store that I have visited in a long while. Definitely looking forward to re-visiting this establishment in the near future.

This Barnes and Noble is at the same mall, just a new location at the back area. It has a nice, modern look and plenty of seating. Smaller than other locations, more efficient use of space, and I was able to find the books I wanted.

B&N is always a great place to find knowledge and fantasy. Every time i go there i get lost in 📚 its one of my favorite places to go and i love it i always buy several books. If youre a reader this is the place to go. Keep reading its lots of fun

Ive been coming to this Barnes and Noble for years. I love the great selection they have here not only for books but for music and other goodies as well! It has a Starbucks cafe area that is great for studying or just hanging out. If you need help the staff is very friendly!

No selection of anyone I like

Love this place in general!!!! They have wonder staff members that go above and beyond when you need help locating something. If they dont have it in stock they they would also give you the location to another Barnes and nobles that may have that book or they could order it in if you desire.

I love the smaller atmosphere, but there is not enough seats. Individuals sit there all day w/their laptop, studying or business mtg. Even if you want to get coffee and something to eat, you cant.

My reason for the low rating has nothing to do with customer service or availability or layout or any other variable. My low rating is directly connected to the condition of the bathrooms. The bathrooms are literally disgusting! For a new store I feel like this shouldn’t be the case.

A sanctuary for print books!

This isnt the biggest Barnes & Noble around by far. And now that they relocated in the mall theyre even smaller. However they do have a Starbucks cafe here and quite a few chairs for sitting considering the size of this location.This is one of the stores in the mall that you can enter from either the mall inside doors or directly from the outside which makes parking more convenient for this location.

This is a new location in Riverside square Mall. Its smaller than the old one. The kids section is smaller. There is no second floor. Theres still a cafe. I was there Saturday late afternoon, it was packed. It was hard to move around with a stroller in the aisles. I liked the new decor.

Nice and generally clean. Has a Starbucks that serves pastry selections from The Cheesecake Factory which are nicely priced and look great. There is a space for sitting and reading, but is near the mall entrance so it may get a little louder during peak hours. Nice selection for general audiences.

Love shopping for books anytime. This time I went with n for my granddaughter. She needed 2 books for summer reading as assigned by her school.

Service too slow. Line not moving . Train better employees or hire at least two cashiers.

Unfortunately they did not have a second copy of the cook book I bought & the other book I wanted they did not have in stock. I did order them on line for delivery .

5 - Regular Customer: great ambiance, customers are often quiet and subdued. Place is well lit and seat accomodations are often easy to find at around 7pm.3 - Food: Products gets pricey when you are a regular customer. Always looking for a sale price on cookies n pastries. Would like to try different blends of Coffee but hardly see any discounts to try the various products.5 - Customer Service: Consistantly prompt and courtious.5 - Restroom - clean and well lit.

Great store, very organized, very big, and as a bonus you have an internal coffee shop in.

This location is closing in December of 2018 and moving next door inside the actual mall. Good spot for a bookstore. They should also have a small coffee shop inside the new location. I like to browse through the books at a store once or twice a year.

Terrible re design..lighting is more harsh than a high school cafeteria. The over all design is unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Poor organization and much smaller selections. This was a place I used to enjoy spending time in. Sadly, that is no longer the case.
