From waffles for breakfast all day to your favorite chocolate

It was the first time I was there. good customer service and selection of chocolates. I enjoyed the mocha too.

This is what I just got. I took this pic right after the not that much nice lady handed it in to me. I guess people need more training to make/ serve ice cream which is quite expensive.This will be the last visit.

The best candy store that I have ever been to! What a place filled with the most wonderful treats and at unbelievable prices. There is magic in that store.

Excellent!!! I tried this strawberry drink and it was delicious... while I was their I seen the sweetest thing there was a women that was obviously dealing with some sickness and the time and care they took with her warmed my heart... Sweat Place In More Ways Than One

Amazing and friendly staff!

Godiva in general is delicious. Nothing bad to say about their products, but the staff here is so rude, inattentive, and overall pulled out from the crypts of the ghetto just agonizing until their shift is over.Came in. No greeting whatsoever. I actually greeted them but they just continued on with their gossiping and I waited so they can finally stop talking about their non-work related issues.I just wanted the icecream and the cashier haphazardly plop the measly soft serve into the cone which was not even the kind that I ordered.

I stopped in for a cup of coffee, and waited on a very short line for about 5 minutes while the staff of about five people went about their business with everything except focusing on customers. When the cashier called ‘next on line’ a couple who just walked in went up to the cashier who was completely oblivious of the patient customer, me, waiting there for so long. When I excused myself saying I was next the cashier, and all of the staff including the manager ignored me pretending I did not exist. I literally waved hello and no reaction. Truly an example of what I would expect elsewhere not from such a well known respected brand. The staff looked at me like I did something wrong. You seriously need some very basic training, and some manners would help. If I treated customers like that when I worked in retail I would have been shown the door.

DELICIOUS truffles, albeit very expensive per piece. A great place for a sexy splurge!! Store staff was fantastic. YUM!! YUM!! YUM!!😊

Was disrespected and mistreated by staff and management at the Hackensack, NJ, Riverside Mall location. Staff threatened me with violence, calling me out to the parking lot for a fight. Manager completely disrespected me calling me a piece a s*** in front of other customers. Incident happened at approx 7:40pm on Wednesday, May 1st. Police report filled, BBB complaint filed and Headquartes contacted. Attorney involved and footage fromIncident being requested. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
