Ordered a platter for my friends birthday and they made an amazing platter for her!! The customer service was phenomenal. I loved Noa’s recommendation & personality. Will continue purchasing from here & recommend the location.

Placed an online order for my family to receive in Christmas Eve and lo and behold around 10am, a ring comes to their door and proper social distancing, this beautiful display was left on their porch. Everything was fresh and delicious and the balloon was a big hit. The size was awesome! Thank you for doing what I would have loved to have done in person! Highly recommend!!!

I called there to see if there were any get well arrangements and I was no but I’ve can be made in a hour. Omg!! This lady by the name Noah went the extra mile for me. Was it ready yes and so beautiful and the customer service I got was at 200%. She even went to the back to get something to make my arrangement even more of a presentation. Wow never knew how one person can make a difference in someone life. Especially my friend got the gift was sooo happy. Thanks so much Noah!!😉

I will update this review by the time the order gets to where it needs to be. I made an order more than 24 hours ago for today’s delivery and I was told at 12 o’clock that my order should arrive by 12 o’clock. It is 1:13 PM and I just called again and they told me that the guy that delivers comes in at 12 o’clock and he gets his items together and then he’ll be out shortly. This is not what I was told earlier and the fact the lady on the phone answered and was extremely rude makes us experience even worse. If the person I’m sending 60$ worth of stuff to isn’t happy my review will definitely be updated. But as of now customer service isn’t very clear and polite …

NEVER ORDERING FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS AGAIN! If I could give NO STARS I would.It’s sad that a birthday gift wasn’t sent because of them.Placed a order online for a family members Birthday on the 17th of august to be delivered on the 18th and was told that it was not delivered because “their driver called the phone number on file and was told the order was canceled” are you serious! I just spoke to the person I put the phone number on file to be called in case they couldn’t get the package to the person if no one was home and was told they never got a phone call from anyone about the delivery and they knew about the order for the person and wouldn’t have canceled it they themselves even said why would I cancel a order I didn’t pay for that’s ridiculous! I was told the driver tried to contact me but my phone number was not on file so I don’t know how that’s even possible. Now I’m set for a refund because that’s supposed to make it all better, all I wanted was to gift someone for their birthday, thanks to them that’s not happening nor possible anymore.I don’t know what happened but the recipient was home all they had to do was ring the doorbell how complicated is that ring a doorbell and deliver the package. But I guess that was to complicated for edible arrangements! Thanks for nothing!

Pick up some amazing platters for office meeting for bed bath and beyond and I have to say 100 percent the best idea we had usually the snacks they bring are dull and boring but those platters were beautiful and amazing. They even cut the pineapples into little Bs. So 100 percent I recommend this store to cater any company event.

I know this place is busy on mothers day. I wanted to write in and give Noah a big shout out. Very personable and helped me with my order. It was not ready by specified time. Absolutely incredible that I was able to order and delivery goodies for my good friends bday and have her be able to receive it the SAME DAY I placed the order! I just got out of the hospital from having surgery and I was not able to make my good friends bday activities the Day of so I wanted to do something special and have chocolate covered strawberries delivered to her. I was ecstatic when I realized the order could be delivered same day ♡ So happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone! Thank you Edible Arrangements!!

Birthday Surprise turned out awesome, everyone loved it and this thing had a little of everything; mango, kiwi, watermelon, grapes, blueberries,cantaloupe, but the best were the chocolate covered strawberries, bananas, & pineapples, defiantly a crowd pleaser! and it also looks supper cool on the table during the party.

I placed an order for Mother’s Day. The order was out for delivery for 2 hours and my mother was unable to get her delivery even though her office is just 15 minutes away from the store !!! I did label this delivery a “business” and once I saw the time closing in to the time she leaves for work- I called the store - no one ever picked up. I was on an automatic hold for more than 25 minutes. I even called the store 3 more times and did not get to speak with anyone. This is such a big disappointment!!

I ordered 3 Mother’s Day Rose Vanilla Bouquet with 3 bundle of balloons for today’s mother’s day. Which i paid a lot! It would have been perfect only if my recipients got Mother’s day balloons. Instead they got Happy Birthday balloons. 😒 I just dont get it. You know it’s today’s mother’s day. You know the card says mother’s day. The freakin’ fruit bouquets have Happy mother’s day written on it and you provide Happy Birthday balloons???!!! It doesn’t make sense. Such a sloppy service! 😐 I was embarrassed to my recipients. I will no longer order again from this store!

I ordered some chocolate covered strawberries on Valentines Day. I understand it was a busy day but I paid $20 extra dollars in shipping and my order never arrived. I called the general customer service number and they helped me and I was satisfied. But two days later I got a call from the local store with a not believable excuse that they tried to deliver it but were unsuccessful. Im pretty sure that wasnt the case since someone was actually home. I let that go but then they told me they were only refunding me half the shipping cost for an item that was NEVER delivered. Whether the delivery person actually tried or not, there is NO reason to withhold any shipping charges. Especially when nobody even bothered calling me. I quickly objected and the sales rep, without hesitation said ok they would refund me the full amount. I was appreciative and said thank you and got met with a forced youre welcome and quickly got hung up on. That is NOT good customer service. Will not every order from this location again.

Yesterday was my 1st time ordering from Edible Arrangements. I ordered the Mother’s Day Indulgence Platter. The picture they have of the platter on the website was beautifully placed with little plastic heart shaped pieces that said happy Mother’s Day in between the strawberries. Their was also 30 strawberries pictured on the platter and some had the cute white beads on it. When I got home from picking up my platter their were only 22 strawberries, no happy Mother’s Day pieces, no white beads. I get it’s a busy holiday but I could have made this for way less instead of paying almost $60 for a rushly done platter. Very disappointed. Will not be buying from here again.

My family ordered me something for Mothers Day I was suppose to receive it on 5/9/20 and day before Mothers Day. Never received my gift. I called several times and was only able to leave a message. Never heard a word back from them. I sent several emails no response. I sent a email to another location they said I would hear something back from them. Nothing! What is wrong with this company? They took my families payment. But they did not deliver. I hope they never order from them again.

Love coming to a business with ghost workers! Standing around their shop for 5 minutes and no one around... I basically could’ve walked out with merchandise and no one would’ve been there to stop me... I had to get three arrangements and a box of apple covered with chocolate decided to go to another location... great service here... not!

The basket looks nice the fruit was nice and fresh. Only bad is Personnel it could be rude to hang up on you. They put you on hold for hours. An excuse to give you oh I was in the back doing the baskets I hear the phone. Thats a blatant lie. And the pass I called All other places, Edible Arrangements. Had no problem place my order. The thing is I pay a lot of money for the baskets. I dont need nobody in the front being rude if I own the company I would fire them on the spot.

This is just rediculious! When over ther for a pick up! My edible did not have the personal card with the text i wrote and the balloon was missing! Never again

I ordered a basket for my husbands birthday with balloons. Sat delivery. There were 5 balloons, 1 busted, 2 non-helium (wouldnt float) & 2 fine. Called to complain and was told they will send new balloons with a box of chocolate if not sat then Sunday. Never got that package and they had no idea what I was talking about when I arrived in person on Sunday to pick up another arrangement. The arrangement was supposed to be ready at 12:30. The kid was on his cell phone and had to put it together. At 1:30 it was finally ready and we were late to meet friends. The fruit was supposed to be fully dipped and it was only partial. DO NOT ORDER from this edible arrangements. They are terrible and no customer service at all. They should hire employees that care. All I got was sorry for the wait. Clearly he was not sorry or the arrangement would have been ready on time.

I am very upset with how my fruits tasted. My brother paid so much money for me and my mother to eat such nasty rotten strawberries. I bit on to an almost black strawberry. UNACCEPTABLE!!! The melons and pineapples smelled funny and the grapes were extremely mushy.🤢

Malik at this location was very rude and when I complained management defended his rudeness I will never order from this location again.

The customer service was truly awesome. I arrived at this store minutes before closing to realize I was at the wrong store. Mohammed was extremely helpful in calling the other store and when they refused to wait the 15 minutes travel time. Mohammed offered to go to the other location and open it just so I can retrieve my order. Mohammed and they other customer service representative were life savers. I’m truly grateful for them going above and beyond .

Never received my order that I sent as a gift to someone. unacceptable and spent a lot of money on my order. Driver calls Me at 730pm to tell me hes running really late is anyone home at that house hes the only driver with a lot of orders he has no help. I checked, nope, there gone not waiting around all New Years Eve for fruit.Then was lied to by the driver when he told me it will be delivered the next day on New Years! Guess what! There closed! Never happened!Very disappointed and upset!

Ordered a birthday gift for my niece. Specified the delivery time between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. It arrived at 7:30pm. I called at 6:00 to ask where it was and the person who answered lied and said it will be there by 6:30. Not !And the pineapples were horrible tasting ! Im embarrassed and I paid a lot of money !!!!Never again. You lost a customer !
