I had an excellent experience with the ladies at Pearl! I had been a patient there for several years although I had recently moved about an hour away. I broke my glasses and had a business trip planned. I called Pearl in a panic and they were so helpful! Customer service plus problem solvers! Two skills which most businesses do not demonstrate. Was so impressed!

The doctor and all the workers are so kind and polite while helping me pick glasses that best fit me. Everyone made me feel comfortable with exam and choosing the right pair of glasses. The doctor answered all my questions I had about the exam and I was so happy when all done with my appointment.

My dad broke his glasses and Vicki was able to fix them and order him new glasses very quickly! They were very helpful and kind. You just know when somebody is a hard worker and caring person- and that is exactly who Vicki (and the staff) is. We will definitely be returning soon!!!!

Great staff, and very helpful. Called and asked if they could repair glasses that were not purchased at their store. They said should be able to and to bring in to double check. In and out with fixed glasses within 10 minutes. Awesome experience.

I had my eyes checked there and they did a great job and also got a new pair of glasses and they’re perfect. The people there are so kind and so helpful and really stride to meet your needs or wants.

Have been visiting this location and Dr. Miller for about 3 years. My vision changed when I was pregnant with mom son. They have always been very attentive and knowledgeable about my concerns. Would definitely recommend for people looking for a thorough eye exam.

The ladies at the front desk and technicians were beyond supportive in helping me find the perfect pair of frames. I was surprised to read the negative feedback when I searched for the phone number of this location so I could make an appointment. Ive been going there now for my annual eye exam for three years. The staff has always been friendly and helpful both on the doctors side and on the store side. (They operate separately) I am happy to say that I made my appointment and had another great experience there with all on the doctors side and the those on the store side who helped me pick out my glasses and explain my options with my new insurance.

I had a great buying experience ! I love the Ray-Ban glasses they helped me pick out . Great looking glasses and they feel very good on.When I need glasses again I would not hesitate to return to Hackettstown Pearle Vision.

Im conflicted. Dr. Millers eye exam was pleasant and even fun. I loved her and would recommend her to everybody! The staff on the other side where they handle the actual buying of the glasses were so rude and uncooperative that I felt like they were gaslighting me. I kept saying to myself, Keep your cool! Keep your cool! and I felt like I was having to negotiate with them to simply give me a price on my frames. I walked out furious and am now going to another store 20 miles away rather than this one right down the road.

These guys rock! Theyve been fixing my glasses for years every time Ive inexplicably broken them.
