This is my first ever Google review. Im so pleased that it will be about Evelyn at the Hackettstown Walmart Optical Center! Evelyn is ALWAYS pleasant and helpful. She truly cares about the customers and it shows! Whether you go there for an exam or just need to fill a prescription from another Dr., Evelyn goes above and beyond! It is so refreshing to deal with someone as genuine as her! Thank you for everything, Evelyn!

Didnt like being disrespected the whole time through the exam. Woman who helped me pick frames was very helpful though

Didnt provide the services that were promised in time frame needed. Gave us an unworking contact sample that hurt my daughters eyes. They also changed appointment times and cancelled appoints after they were committed to that were that no longer in the time frame we pre agreed to. Refused to give us our daughters prescription after we had paid for it.
