I have never had a better car buying experience than I had with Nnamdi OKoro and the rest of the staff at 46 Hyundai. The manager was kind and welcoming to my family; they listened to my needs and came back with options that I couldnt have dreamed of. Weeks of searching and my eye on a car from another lot, Nnamdi was able to turn me around and made me a customer for life. A host of different options within my price range and a personal connection are hard to find, but these people did an amazing job and achieved both. A usually comfortable winter driver, I was really worried about getting to work and home this year, but now I feel safe on the road again. Thank you.

I came in for my 15,000 mile maintenance appointment. Everyone in the service department greeted me immediately, and I was able to discuss a couple of other issues that I was having with my car. As I waited for my car, the serviceman kept me in the loop as to what was going on. They fixed everything quickly, and I was on my way soon after. I was comfortable in their lounge while waiting - even grabbed half of a bagel (greatly appreciated since I ran out of the house without having had breakfast) from the basket provided. Will be back again...

Just picked up a 2019 Sonata from them. great experience from the time I pulled into parking lot. Greeted by Elias and got process started. helps to do research beforehand and know what vehicle youre interested in. I did and it sped up the process. got a very fair amount on my trade-in. paperwork handled quickly and professionally by sales and finance dept. Very satisfied and would highly recommend. New Sonata was detailed and full of gas and ready to go. Entire process from start to finish was a pleasure.

Every couple of months they send me a letter with a trade in value for my car. Even if my car was in PERFECT condition fetching that kinda trade in value for it is unbelievably high. So I decided one day to stop in and ask about it, the sleaze man salesman was purposefully not answering any of my questions and started to walk me out the door because of all the questions he couldn’t answer, wouldn’t even let me look at a new car, I thought we had been going away from the time of sleazy car salesman but this place clearly still employs salesmen from the 1990’s.

We (John and Irene) are now the happy owners of a 2019 Ioniq plug-in hybrid. Frankie Sanchez, Master Sales Specialist, made the whole buying experience pleasant and efficient. He was very helpful in all aspects of the negotiation, from sale through delivery. He was knowledgeable, responsive and professional throughout. Had my Sonata in for a 60,000 mile service. The experience was flawless. I got the appointment on the day and time I requested, was greeted by Dave and welcomed enthusiastically. The service took exactly as long as I was told and, while I waited, Dave offered me a desk to do some work on my laptop (I declined the desk but got mywork done in the waiting area). I purchased my car at the end of October 2019. The day of purchase we agreed on a price. Tom, our sales person says finance is working on paperwork. I get to Julianna in finance and she has a different number on her paperwork then agreed upon. She flies through everything saying we need more documentation to process your college student rebate. I assume price will come back down once this is applied. I email the rest of the documentation to both Tom and Julianna a few days later and ask why I wasnt offered the first responder rebate also (husband is in law enforcement and was there with me on day of purchase - we also talked about his employment in the process of the sale). My emails go completely unanswered, but I get a phone call from Tom to stop in and sign one more paper for first responder rebate. It is now mid-December and neither rebate has been reflected on my account. I call the dealer today and get Shannon (who Im assuming is receptionist) who says let me transfer you to finance. Please hold. I hold for a few minutes and somehow get sent to some random persons (Eli??) voicemail. I just spent $$$ at your dealership and I cant even speak to a real human being or get a straight answer. The only reason this is 2 stars and not one is because the process was pretty quick to finance my vehicle, but I guess fast isnt always good.

I just spent 2.5 hours and around 120 miles driving (time and miles are round-trip) to find out the car the sales rep twice told me was manual shift (I actually called on two different days to confirm) was an automatic. I got a really nice sorry from the dealership for my wasted time and gas. What a great way to do business.

I had an engine problem and went to the service department. They all were so helpful and friendly I wasn’t worried about it getting fixed anymore. Charlie by far is the BEST employee in that place. I dealt with him mostly and he was always smiling and kind. I got prompt service and calls back when he said he would call. This place and Charlie deserve 20 stars.

This will now be my second car I’ve lease through Hyundai with Frankie. He’s always helpful, realistic and friendly. It may take some time to get you close to where you want to be with your new car but he gets you there. He’s patient and not pushy at all. Always a good experience with him and when it’s time we’ll be back.

Im still waiting for a refund check for being overcharged for transferring of plates. I transferred them myself, DMV charged me $4.60. But the dealer charged me $180 because it was state mandatory. I would get a refund in the mail I was told. Yes, Im still waiting for the check. Note, you can do your own plate transfer and not pay their huge markup fee.

This dealership does not even deserve 1 star but I couldn’t write a review without giving at least one star.I purchased a 2019 Santa Fe. The dealership claimed they had the car I wanted in a specific color in their other lot. I gave them a nice size deposit to get the car for me stating I would come back for the purchase. After several days and NO new vehicle and my deposit cashed I contacted the general manager where I found out they didn’t own another lot, they should never have cashed my check, they never had the vehicle and they couldn’t find one to match my requirements. After one week and many arguments a vehicle was found. Yes, I love the vehicle but very disappointed in the incompetent employees that have lied!One month later I found out they did not pay off my previous car loan properly and they never informed me until I raised cain after contacting the bank about my previous loan. They tried keeping money owed to me!Beware of this dealership. I will NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone. They will try to scam you! Beware!!!!

I am very happy with my experience. My sales person John Ortiz was excellent. No pressure tactics, no double talk. I went in knowing what I was looking for as I had checked the inventory via their web site. They put me in the Santa Fe I was looking for and at a price that worked for me. After having a terrible experience at Wayne Hyundai I was discouraged about finding a good deal on a 2020 Tucson. Im extremely happy I reached out to Route 46 because the experience was night and day. If you want to know about the nightmare I went through at Wayne Hyundai just look at my review for them that Im about to leave after this.Anyway this place is awesome because never once did I feel ANY pressure about making my decision. I was offered an amazing deal that the other dealership wouldnt even come close to. Not even close. The other place wanted to charge me WAY more for the lower trim level. Route 46 gave me the higher trim for so much less than I was offered the lower trim at the other place.This place has restored my faith in car dealerships and Im so thankful I was given the deal that I got. I love my new Tucson SEL and couldnt be happier with it.This place is so good because of the team who works there. Ashley is an amazing employee who was really helpful to me and guided me through the whole process. Her word was solid from the first time I talked to her and I value that highly. None of the prices changed, no one tried to nail me with extra fees. Everything was completely fair and as said it would be. Ashley should be commended for her professionalism and level of customer care and honesty. Dennis is a great salesman and was wonderful to work with, he helped me with any questions I had about the vehicle and never made me feel like I wouldnt be getting a great deal. They do good work and are honest but sometime communication isnt the best. They also need to update the hours on their website because last time I went they closed two hours earlier than what their website indicated (posted hours at location were correct).

I went there this past weekend 10/13 to get ideas being my lease is up and I am way over mileage. Some promotion going on it was crazy. Had 3 guys help me who worked for the marketing company. I told them my situation. They gave me a song and a dance and they were going to help me. I explained more then once I was over mileage. You sign tonight you can just drive away no problems. We agreed on the make I wanted and a price. I left my deposit. Monday I go to pick up my car and I now owe $7000 for the overage if miles. I said this wasnt part of the deal. They wouldn’t work with me now, the guys are gone. I took my deposit back and walked out of the dealer . Typical car dealer....lies

Dealer is Okay they did help me get the car, but when the old finance person that was there told me i had to leave a deposit of $100 cash and no credit card thought it was a little weird but it is what it is. Went to the target to get out the money he met me outside so i can give him the 100 and now hes gone and my $100 was taken i emailed the dealer about the situation but no one never answered me about it. They do help just DO NOT LEAVE CASH.

The Absolute Worst.Fred the financial associate and the Manager at the front desk are useless. Once I signed the paperwork they dont want anything to do with the issues and false advertising associated with the vehicle.Clutch was shot and they had no clue, no spare or the flat filler sealer, no floor mats, no radio cables, air filter full of leaves, detailing was never completed and most of these things are on the sales tag in the window of the car that it comes with it.This car was never looked over and Im supposed to feel safe with driving this car.Ive called them with these concerns and I get no response or transferred around to different departments until I am disconnected.I would find another stealership to work with.Save yourself the aggravation. They are great until you sign on the line.The service department on the other hand is the only ones that will get up out of their seat and help. Some good guys there.

The guys here are super cool. I brought my car in for an oil change and as soon as I got out of my car I had two gentlemen immediately greeting me. Everyone was super polite and I wasnt waiting long at all.They offered me a car wash after I was finished, which I thought was very kind, but I had another appointment to be at and declined. My only complaint is that once I was in my car and getting ready to leave a man knocked on my car window and introduced himself as the General Manager, saying he noticed my car hadnt been washed. As a woman, its very jarring to suddenly have a man I dont know knocking on my car window and it was very off-putting. I told him I had been offered the car wash, but I was in a hurry to be somewhere and had declined. I certainly hope the people who work there dont get in trouble because I refused an offered service.Great place, wonderful people, but I hope the general manager reconsiders approaching cars when customers are already in and ready to leave.

When I went to the dealership, I had originally planned on purchasing a vehicle. After speaking with the salesman, Harley Dickson, I decided to lease instead. Leasing was a better option. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the various considerations. Mr. Dickson was exceptionally courteous and helpful, and didnt try to influence or rush my decision. I recently came into route 46 Hyundai in hopes of purchasing a new vehicle. The salesman Tom McHugh greeting me at the door and immediately asked me what type of car I was interested in. I told him I would love a white car with black interior, heated seats, black rims, and sufficient gas mileage because of my commute to work. After hearing all of my requirements for a car, Tom was able to pinpoint the perfect one, a Night Edition White Tucson. With only one left in stock, he took me to the vehicle. While on the lot walking by all the other cars, I instantly knew it was the car I have been looking for. On the test drive Tom continued to go over all the features on the car and was receptive to answering all of the questions I had. Once back at the dealership Tom and Sasha worked with me to help establish a price in my range, and even informed me I could take the car home that day. Both employees made this process easy for me and hassle free. I have been driving the car for a few weeks now and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Tom!

Bought a used car from Route 46 Hyundai in March 2017 (Jack Blazier). The experience couldnt have been better. The staff was very accommodating. The car was exactly as represented in photos and description online and the price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely purchase here again.

Worst service department around. Bought a used car but not a Hyundai. Service was not at main service center but on little side street up the road. Had my front license plate torn off while parked there and they denied it. Will cost me roughly $900 to have it replaced.Have a dealership owned warranty but they will not replace transfer case said it doesnt cover oil leaks but looking at warranty it covers oil pan which I believe you only need to replace if leaking. So whats the difference where the leak is. My job would cost them around $1500 I guess too much for them to cover.I have to thank Dave and Vivian with service. They made some calls and was able to have my problem taken care of thru the warranty company and was willing to give me a loaner car for the duration of the repairs. They went above and beyond to help me and I am very grateful for all they did for me

Right in the middle of the holidays my water pump died. Rt. 46 Hyundai was able to get the part and fix my car much sooner than I expected.

Panda, our salesman was great,& extremely patient in allowing us to test drive a bunch of used cars before making our decision. Pricing was very fair for our 2005 Certified Hyundai, which will extend the Manufacturer Warranty on theengine & trans up to 10 yrs or 100k miles. Also dealer gives a separate lifetime warranty on engine& trans/drivetrain.I will use dealer again for my next Hyundai. Ask for Panda
