I have had body work here more then once and every time I am completely happy with the work and feel I was charged a fair price. The only downside is that they are sometimes booked out a week or so you have to make and appointment and wait ( obviously they have a high demand) but they will start ordering part while you wait if they know what you will need. They have a quick turnaround and all the staff is helpful and provide excellent customer service. Their work is excellent and I dont consider other shops for my bodywork.

Fast, Friendly and efficient. I took my car back almost a year after they had worked on it because my wiper fluid dispenser was not working. They took it back, checked it out and had it working perfect in less than 15 minutes, at no charge. Best service. Definitely reccomend!

So far no issues! Dropped my car off about a week ago for repairs from a collision and they expect them to be completed here soon within a few days now. Will update my review once I get my vehicle back. Edit: got my car back quicker than expected, but my bulbs that I paid for to replace the originals are gone. In theres stock OEM bulbs in there which are not bright. Im not happy when they were 60 dollar bulbs. The light fixture didnt even need replaced. Just my bumpe, grill, and shock absorber. Update 2: I contacted my insurance repair agent at Hamilton Nissan and they were quick to contact me and get me my bulbs back to me. Good customer service support when needed.

I would highly recommend avoiding Hamilton nissan collision for any repairs. I have had nothing but problems with them since I dropped my car off. It has taken them 3 attempts to actually get my car fixed. I was initially told it would take 5 days for my repair on the 4th day I was I formed that the parts had just been ordered and it would be an additional 4 days. On the 9th day I received a call stating that they had just found more problems that had not been noticed and it would then take 5 more days. On the 15 day of them having my car I was informed it was done but got a call the next day that it isnt done that something they replaced was not the issue it was something else. I feel that they should have diagnosed these issues initially and not when the car was ready to be done
