I brought in a 2005 scion xa after being rear ended, crash champions was very quick, professional, and efficient. Unfortunately Ive been in several minor accidents over the past few years. Fortunately I found Signature and have used them for any body work Ive ever needed. Theyre a great team who not only do a nice job on my car, but they walk me through every step on the way, treat me like a valued customer, and- most importantly to me- make sure I understand the process without being condescending or sexist. I cant recommend Signature highly enough.

My car’s front bumper cover and headlight were replaced and slight damage to hood and fender repaired and painted. Work was excellent as was the paint matching. Staff knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Repairs done quickly and ahead of schedule.

I took my vehicle to this shop after an accident. They didn’t attempt to match paint colors when repairing. Picked up the vehicle with nails in both passenger side tires and they refuse to fix. Said they do not use nails in their shop. But park in a outside parking lot. Employees lied to my husbands face about driving the car. Amazing how they didn’t test drive after fixing but burnt through a quarter tank of gas. Wouldn’t care if they didn’t lie about not driving it at all. All around awful experience do not trust them with your vehicles!!!!!

I was in a wreck on a Monday they had my car done that Friday! They were very quick with getting my car done and it looked brand new when it was done! They replaced everything that might even have a little scratch or dent in it. Highly recommend! I even mentioned how my one headlight was a little hazier then the other so the guy cleaned it off for me!

I had my car repaired with Signature Collision who was suggested by the auto insurance company. They explained the process very well. Once I submitted my car for the work, they kept me informed on the progress of the work being done (through text and their electronics system, as well as phone calls). When I went to pick my car up, it looked brand new. The technician explained everything that was done in simple terms and asked me if I had any questions. I would suggest anyone who needs autobody work to use Signature Collision.Update: Signature Collision fixed my car following a side swipe accident, which caused significant damage to the right side of my car. The representatives made sure to keep me updated every week, or however often I needed an update, and they took great care of my car. They are the worst, they don’t communicate with their customers and they give you the run around. I took off work on two separate occasions to pick up my vehicle and it was always the next day it will be ready. I spoke to the VP of operations to get the same BS!!! I wouldn’t not recommend this place to to anyone!!! I only used them because it was Geico’s preferred shop and Geico is horrible as well . The problem is that these organizations think they are too big to fail!! Well I will be spreading the word not to use these organizations. They are the worst !!

Got my 2016 Ford Focus RS repaired at Signature Collision after hitting some debris on I-70. Scheduled an appointment for Monday morning at the shop, within the Geico app, on a Thursday evening. Dropped off the car at 9AM Monday and picked it up at 4:30PM Friday.My car is a light blue with fleck, very hard to match, and the replacement bumper they painted vs the fenders looks identical. They washed and vacuumed out (pretty much detailed) my car. They kept me in the loop that it was still on-time for Friday pick-up almost every day of the week.The Focus RS was made in Germany (and low production numbers), so I was expecting at least a week of unexpected wait time on parts, however that did not happen.Repair is perfect as far as I can tell and everyone in the office at Signature Collision was great to work with. I dont have a single complaint or suggestion, it really went that smoothly.I cannot provide any comments on the Geico / Signature Collision / Enterprise Car Rental scenario -- I elected not to rent a car, which was offered by Geico and reiterated by Signature Collision, so YMMV are on that.Really an A+ body shop shop though, I would recommend them whether you are with Geico or not!

My entire experience with the Signature Collision branch in Hagerstown MD was superfluous. From concise and clear instruction to practically holding open the rental door for me as I entered the crew at this body shop gauranteed my visit was informative, comfortable and accurate. This was my first accident requiring repair to a vehicle and, though the damage was minor, the team fixed it impeccably; they even filled/buffed some prior marks/dents and I do believe they vacuumed!Very impressed with the service here and would recommend them to anyone requiring auto body repair.

I had a recent accident, and I have full coverage. The gentlemen told me I would have to pay extra aside from my deductible. Geico only pays for the area affected, but it’s the hood. They won’t just fix the one area, he says the whole thing needs to be replaced and they wouldn’t cover the whole hood bc of certain sun damage. He also asked me for my registration, which no other body shop has asked for in the past. (He saw where someone stole the sticker. )So I showed him it was definitely current. ( gave me satisfaction) He also mentions about a check to pay other bills, when in reality I just want my car fixed bc it’s an accident and that’s what full coverage is for. It’s always about money with these people. After this definitely switching insurance companies to. Thanks for the extra stress. The girls in the front office were Extremely AWESOME though.

Terrible. Low ball repairs. They do not accept Am Ex. They dont shovel their sidewalk, so if you bust your butt, sue. Youre better off fixing it yourself, with better results. Geico rules the roost here, and they are joined at the hip with them. .

I hit a deer and needed alot of repairs,thankfully they are in the same building as geico.I was a little skeptical about how my car would turn out,and though it took a little longer than expected everyone was on their A game to keep me informed of any setbacks.I am more than pleased with the way my car came out.I would strongly advise anyone to go to them for any repair needs.

Top of the line service

So I am going to preface this with the work that was done was done well. However while our truck was in their possession for 2 weeks, at some point someone took our OBD hand held (which was buried in the bottom of our center console which is, no lie, a good 12 inches deep). I called the same day we picked up the truck to report this to them, which was after hours on Friday and I didn’t expect a call until Monday sometime as they are closed on weekends. I never heard anything on Monday so my husband went to the shop on Tuesday to find out that no one had even listened to the message. He was informed that cameras would be reviewed and follow up would be done and they would get back to us. Now just so you understand a little backstory our truck was there because we had been hit so it was being worked on there because A-it was a convenient location and B-Geico is on site. At no time was our truck broken into that we were notified about. We contacted Geico after being told they wouldn’t do anything because it was not their fault. Geico proceeded to tell us “Well it is in a bad neighborhood “ Seriously??? Super disappointed in both the shop and the insurance. So just make sure that you clean out your entire car before leaving it here for any work because it is not going to be taken care of while in their possession. The sad part is as I said at the beginning they were so awesome throughout the entire process until this came to their attention and then hands were thrown in the air and backs were turned.
