Not to sound cliché, but I typically do not write reviews. However i had to write about my recent experience buying a Nissan; what an amazing experience at Hamilton Nissan. The facility is super clean, there is a great selection of vehicles and the staff are incredibly welcoming. Also there is a kids playground outside and inside which was huge for me since i had my 3 year old with me.. While all these factors are great, the main reason i rated this review at 5 stars is due to my salesperson Luke Kerr. This man went above and beyond to make our the buying process an easy and effortless process. His no pressure approach mixed with his willingness to get me the best deal possible is what truly made this experience great. If you plan on buying a vehicle, I strongly recommend you seek Luke Kerr out because he will take care of you!

I had the best buying experience I have ever had, and I have had many. Christian was great. Christian is knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He new the answer to all of my questions. I felt NO pressure to buy and Nick helped move things along quickly. I had done a build on the Nissan web site, that I brought with me so I knew what I was after. Christian and Nick made sure that all parts were ordered. Christian showed me all the service packages and their value. I did get 3 of the service packages as a result. They made me feel more like family than a customer. Cristian was so good to us that we bought 3 new vehicles from Hamilton. All that said, I could not be happier.

I was very pleased, the last few times I brought my car in, the service attendant had poor customer service skills. I was delighted with Carl, he was very personable and went overboard to make sure my car was ready for vacation. I felt like I did when I first bought my car when Ed took care of me. A gentleman named Chris assisted me. He was very professional towards me and about my vehicle being almost 7 months overdue. Informed me of my 30,000 mile checkup which has helped me greatly. Not only that, but his time estimate was surpassed as well. I had thought itd be roughly 2 to 3 hours wait, to which Chris also said it would be. But everything was done in an hour thirty! Chris also ensured I had my own copy of the parts and service reciept and went over each adjustment with me. Will definitely keep coming back and can assuredly say my experience was phenomenal.

***Parts Department ReviewThis review is for the parts department only. Customer service is night and day depending on who you interact with. First guy I dealt with was great(I believe he was the parts manager), who verified I was ordering the correct part and had it shipped overnight for me. He was very nice and actually had good customer service skills. I went to pick up the part the next day and dealt with a guy who had about as much customer service skills as a doorknob. He was on the phone when I got to the counter, didnt even acknowledge me standing there for one minute. He finally got off the phone and grabbed my part, no thank you or anything, just tossed it on the counter. I then asked him if he could check how much gear oil my car holds, he quickly said no, we cant do that here. Really you cant look up that information on a computer in front of you that has part information for every Nissan ever made? I use to work in a dealership and know how things work, the guy was just being lazy. I left and he mumbled something as I walked away. Not a pleasant ending to a experience that started out great.*My message to management*Train all employees to have great and consistent customer service. We live in a time where customer service can make or break a company. Your business loss a sale, a repeat customer, and potential referred customers because of poor customer service. A dealership has a lot of different departments and the customer has to interact with a lot of employees. If one employee is off, it can sour the whole experience.

Bought a vehicle at the end of June. I was at first, very impressed with the efforts of the sales department to stay after hours to work out numbers. Less than a week after having my vehicle, got stranded at a store because the vehicle wouldn’t start. Got a jump and the vehicle ran fine. Then just over 3 weeks later, got stranded again due to the same issue. Left my vehicle at service and was told the battery needed replaced. I haven’t even made my first payment on my vehicle and Hamilton refuses to offer a replacement of the battery….a battery that was 4 years old and needed replaced at the time of sale. This is very disappointing and I will unlikely purchase from here again. Terrible way to retain customers Hamilton!
Just stopped by to look at the new Pathfinder. Kara met us in the parking lot, asked us some preliminary questions, and showed us a bunch of options.She answered all of our questions and was absolutely wonderful. We went on a test drive and then sat down and were presented with all of our financing options. Easy and fun experience. We took a tour of the facility and then were able to talk through other service options for our new vehicle. Good offer for trade in, and good incentives at the end of the year. Worked with Will on all of our financing (lots of options, great rates too) and took our new vehicle home in a couple hours. We would definitely come back here for our next vehicle! Hate this place with a passion. I come over here for my free oil change, once that was done. I was needed to pay over $400 for my new vehicle. Why do I need to $400 when I just bought it 2 months ago. Very unprofessional and a bunch of clowns who work here. I WILL NEVER BECOMING BACK. HAMILTON NISSAN IS A JOKE!

I have had a good experience with the dealership so far. However during the last visit the person at the service kiosk kept on calling me buddy every 5 minutes. I have never had that experience at Honda dealerships. Please train your employees to address customers properly.

I was looking for an AWD SUV and was really set on a Rogue after my mom bought hers in November from Holden! So, I got ahold of Holden and went into Hamilton Nissan to look at a used 2015 Rogue I saw online, but wasnt able to get finances worked out for it. But with my trade-in, a rebate, and some additional savings, I got a way better deal than what i came in for, and was able to leave with a Brand New 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport. Service was fine. Extremely concerned that you did not enforce the mask mandate inside the waiting area. There were 3 customers not wearing masks (pulled down) and your employees came in to talk to a few of them about the service and they didn’t say anything.

Great service on what was done. Was told 20k mile check up was free car wash, vacuum, and tech checked out my speakers but said they were fine. I beg to differ. Turned up over just half way and sound blown. If that is the way they sound without blown then i would not have bought the car. Not that the wash and vacuum are a big deal but when told it would be done when i bought the car i expected it to be. The service tech that handled my appointment was very professional and curtious. So basically i feel like i paid $130 for a free oil change.

We had a great experience when we purchased our 2020 outlander family SUV up until we left and got home to find that the car had not been cleaned or vacuumed and there was smears on the dash board candy in between the seats, mud on the ceiling and Marijuana in the car. My daughter lifted the seat up to get into the 3rd row and there was some marijuana rolled up in a cigar along with marijuana residue in between he seats and under the seats. The car even smells like an ash tray and when we turned the air conditioning on ashes came out of the vents.Also a few days later we noticed the window washer fluid was not working . The washer fluid doesn’t even work at all! I’m not even sure if the oil was ACTUALLY changed before we left with the car.They say they want you to bring your car for all of its oil changes and keep up work because they can’t trust anybody else’s work but how can I even trust that they are actually doing their job? Although it wasn’t a large amount of marijuana in the car to get in trouble with if I got pulled over on myway home but more importantly what if my kids tried to play with it or eat it! I received an email from the manager about service satisfaction. I replied with a detailed message along with pictures of what the car looked like after we got home . It’s been over a month and I still haven’t heard back from him but I have had to leave my job 2 times now to bring the car in so they can fix what should have already been done on the day we purchased the car. Both times I went I waited over 2 hours.
