Ive been coming to this smoke shop for awhile now and spent a large amount of money every time. Ive never had a bad experience quite like the one this evening. The employee was rude and honestly didnt seem like she wanted to be there. We all have had bad days on our jobs and im sorry if today was one of hers but please do not take it out on your customers especially when everything has to be shown to be touched and purchased. I did not get to see what I came in for and she wasnt trying to assist me any further either. Not sure if I will be back and I will let my friends know as well. Nobody deserves to be treated as if they were not worthy and was treated as such

Prices are high on the vape juice. The same ones Ive been buying for weeks went up another 3 dollars..The sticker prices was less than it rang up. And the selection for ejuices is horrible. Please Please get better ejuices at fairer prices. Youre the only juice shop within walking distance and I would buy her every week instead of online if this happened.

Ive been coming here for almost a year so I thought I would review the business.I buy Juul products mostly and the selection is great, but the prices are better. Sometimes there can be a rush of people (usually regular customers), but the shop has interesting pieces and plenty of things to browse while waiting.I wouldnt go anywhere else. Its a quiet and easy trip to get my product!

I go there several times a week the employees are courteous and polite Im a regular so most times I end up having a conversation with them they are fast to help customers comin in only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because they run out of things often

Honestly I don’t understand what the hype of this place is about. First time stopping in & i was not greeted & the shop looked like a safe haven for the junkies! & also the product line is very weak! I would not recommend this place at all unless you are a crackhead!

The people who work there knows the products and they have the new CBD products. Plus when u walk in it smells so good from all the incence they have. Plus bongs, pipes, one hitters. Great place to go for your smoking needs.

It wasnt good. I purchased the wrong item now I didnt get a receipt but went outside called my daughter to ask if I got the right thing and I didnt so I took it back in to exchange it for the right item and she told me I wasnt allowed cause I walked out of store I went right out side the door wasnt but 2 minutes and she wouldnt let me.

Not a big fan of this place, I must caught the cashier on a bad day and the selection wasnt good. Simple Pleasures has friendlier staff and a chill atmosphere, go there.

The staff is constantly rude and discourteous. They do not know how to use the P.O.S. well, and do not order enough product to keep the shevles stocked with even their best-selling products. By far, this is the WORST store in the franchise.

Next in line and cashier moved my purchase to ring up customer behind me that was too lazy to even park in a parking space. They’ve completely lost my business for being so rude, guess employee friends are a priority over regular customers.
