Very fine selection of cigars in the shop. However it is hit or miss with the customer service. The younger guy is laid back and had no issue with me going into the humidor to check out the selection. However, the old guy would not let me enter unless I knew what I wanted.

Ive been to this place 3 times in 3 days and at different times of day... I have yet to get n2 the store. Two times, there was a sign saying be bk in 15 min and that was only off by bout at least 30 mins( 1 time ). Tonight I went at 720... Not supposed to close untill 8... Locked up... Qhy even have a store, if no1 is ever there ro sell the product ??!!

Terrible customer service. Rude owner/operator. Didnt want me to go into humidor unless I was going to buy a cigar. Even if he had top shelf cigars super cheap I would not buy from him just on principle.

Went to this store today and the guy behind the counter was horrible to my friends and I. He seemed to be rushing us out of the cigar room and also rushing us to buy things. We tried to explain to him how he should approach people better and it went in one ear and out the other. Made us very uncomfortable and we decided not to get anything. Hope he does better in the future. Great selection of cigars though.

Great spot to buy cigars, I was a little put off by all the pipes in front as allot of cigar shops are turning into paraphernalia shops but not here, they have a nice walk in humidor with a great variety including my go tos Camacho and LFD. The young guy at the counter was very respectful and got up and walked into the humidor with me as opposed to just pointing to it, although I dont tend to want help unless they are avid smokers or very knowledgeable, it was appreciated.

Good selection of cigars, but the prices are way too high and the man behind the counter is super rude. Contrary to other reviews, there is no lounge. Also, be aware that they wont accept a credit card for any transaction under $10. Thats a terrible policy. As I write this, its 2018... i can buy a pack of gum with a Visa at any convenience store.

What a great shop! Two humidors, super friendly and helpful merchant who actually knows something (quite allot) and has a genuine love of cigars. Very knowledgeable and professional. He appreciates a good customer too and isnt afraid to show it. Had him pick out a stogie for me and cant wait to try it.

Tobacco Den is truly a hidden gem. Among their high end brands, they carry a rare Padron Family Reserve cigar I’ve been having trouble finding in the Hagerstown area. The owner is very humble, gracious and friendly.There is a large hidden smoke room in the back for customers to enjoy their perches right on the spot. Its very clean and inviting. Deep, roomy, plush leather couches and a wall mounted flat screen TV make for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.I would recommend this store to women smokers and those new to the cigar world who don’t like to be rushed or judged.

Dont know who these people are talking about that was so rude to them. Went in today completely blind about getting a vape for my wife and he was nice and answered every question we had. Very patient and helped us make the right decision for what she needed

Nice find in Hagerstown for Fine cigars and smoking lounge. At first looked like a cigarette place I would avoid on business because I missed the TWO walk-in humidors. WINNING. Both stocked with Fine cigars. I talked with the owner Malick and he showed me to the smoking lounge where I enjoyed my Gurkha Cellar Reserve and some conversation with him. Check it out when in town. It is in Valley Mall 4 doors down from The Tilted Kilt. WINNING again.Brian M

Very rude man never answered my question about metal and glass screens in stock told me he had customer there and busy and HUNG UP ON ME apparently Im not a customer. didnt understand difference between screens and pipes. Can do better

Been here twice. Im from the dc area, and I travel for a living, the cigars here are over price by $3-$5 each. Last time I went I asked about the cigar lounge everyone talks about. I was told it isnt open today (on a Friday evening) even though I watched someone walk into the lounge right before I asked. I guess he meant it isnt open to me. I also dont appreciate the fact that I get followed into the humidor and watched like a shoplifter.

Rudest customer service. He denied me service by refusing to let me go into his humidor because I didnt know what I wanted. I told him that it was wrong that he only served experience smokers and he chewed me out and raised his voice telling me If you dont know what you want then get out of my store. You are wasting my business and time. I was the only person in the store.

This place is great very helpful staff, you dont have to be coy either you can tell him what you want and he will help you out.
