I have to agree with Kirk. Walked by yesterday and my Mom saw a pair of kids shoes she liked. I told her she could fit in a youth size. The girl working never acknowledged us and acted like it was a chore to help us. My Mother had a broken arm so I helped her. We asked for a 1/2 size up and were given a whole size. I asked about it and the girl said they are only whole sizes like I should know that. I could go on... and on. Let’s just say my Mom was so sweet and after we purchased two pair of shoes (one in store and on out of stock to be shipped) MY MOTHER thanked the girl and she didn’t even reply. If it were me, I would’ve told the girl to refund me and gone somewhere else. I will never go back. There are plenty of shoe stores and as someone who collects sneakers and has several hundred pair, I will go to a store that actually provides a pleasant experience not one I have to thank for taking my money!

Was looking for a specific pair of Vans.They had what I was looking for but not in my size.When we walked in, no greeting at all. I oicked up the shoe and asked if they had it in my size. The girl acted like it was a bother. She came back and told me they didnt but they could order them.I asked how long it would take. She gave me 2 scenarios one of which was quick if they were in the warehouse. I asked her if she could check and see if they did. She said yes she could check... and just stood there. I asked can you find out today so I can decide if I want to order them?She said yes. Then told me yes they had them.The girl had the personality of a rock and inspired zero confidence.I wont waste my time there again.I ordered from Amazon.

Hagerstown journeys - all they do is bug you into buying other stuff your not interested in I told her no and I don’t have the extra money and she kept bugging
