The staff here is great, especially the leadership like Brittney and Greyson. My family and I have been going to this GameStop for years. Good selection, good customer service, and good game knowledge.

Employee here dose not lesson when told. It to be separate 0rders when there are 3 people picking up there own orders. The employee rings up all 3 customers orders on one. Order when he was told again the orders are not together there employee did not fix this made us all check out together. This is not how you run a business

All of the employees there are really cool and relatable. Plus they can sell something like their life depending on it. And the way they work as a team is really rare to see in a workplace nowadays. You can tell they enjoy working together.

I have only been here once but they did have a nice sized shop and the staff was very hands on for info when needed. Lots of gaming and merch from all franchises so you can find something to peak your interest Im sure.

Usually have what Im looking for. Have been able to reserve easily when I want. Likes can get long because of sometimes too many questions at the register, but thats more corporate policy. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

5/13/2021 I went to GameStop to exchange a different game because my son already has the game but the woman did not let us exchange in the game for a different one . She was rudeI come to this GameStop very often ... and now I feel unhappy with this service if I could I will give O starsNever come back.

This GameStop, unlike a vast majority of them, actually cares about customers and does whatever they can to make your experience better. CANNOT stress enough how happy I am with this location. The employees are very friendly and do more than just try to sell you things you dont need.

Everyone was so helpful and polite. Iam a grandma trying to help my grandson pick up parts to his switch. He had to work so I decided to go there for him. Not knowing nothing I came home with everything he needed thanks to the employees there . They are awesome. Ty guys .

Outstanding customer service. Employees working 12/23/17 went above and beyond to help me. I had placed a hold order and they could not locate item at first, they were relentless and did not give up, even went as far to call store manager at home to find the item. After 15 minutes of searching it was found and I walked out very impressed and thankful.

Only place I could get a joy con

I have to give 5 stars. I bought a new game that was supposed to have a code inside for extra content. When I got the game home, there was no code.I called the store and told them the situation and they happily gave me another new copy of the game since mine was missing important information.

By far the best Gamestop I have ever shopped at in my life! The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and passionate about games. The manager Grayson has been a pleasure to work with and is absolutely prolific at making sure you get the best value for your money. Any time you check out he brings your attention to whatever deals the store currently is offering. On numerous occasions he and his staff have saved me money and provided a exceptional experience. I would highly recommend this store to both seasoned gamers and newbs.

Everyone was awesome when I went into the store. I looked around for a minute and was asked if I was finding everything ok by an employee (didnt catch his name but very helpful) that was walking around. I got to the counter and was greeted by Grayson, who rang me out quickly while making me feel welcome. I will use this location for my purchases in the future. Wonderful place! 👍

Why on Gods green earth, that 1 person is working a lone? Absolutely unacceptable! Where is the DM who allows this? People what are we running here? A Klown show? A multimillion dollar company that is cutting staffing to save on their bottom line. This is absolutely horrible!

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable

Only had three customers when I entered. The two cashiers just stood and had conversations with the two people at register knowing I was in line.I stood there 10 minutes before third employee decided to stop walking around and wait on me. A nice line of customers behind me up set as well. When I left first two cashiers still working hard on there conveconversations.

They have almost everything you could be looking for in modern video games. The price isnt very competitive though. Kind of pricey compared to other video game stores.

Apparently the staff at this particular GameStop have no idea how to deal with any form of social interaction. Each time that I have stopped in, it seems like they cant be bothered to assist in any way, even if they arent busy. Not only that, but Ive bought used games that are guaranteed to work, but never had a chance to play them because they were trashed. No one seemed to know what to do or cared much about me wasting money on games didnt work, and brushed it off entirely. I just dont understand how difficult it is to be thoughtful and able to do your job, but Im sure they could teach lengthy classes on it.

The cashiers are always friendly and amazing to help! However this chain has really slipped down hill the past few years. ONLY reason to buy here is for preorder games to get exclusive content. Other than that find your games somewhere else. If your looking for consoles DO NOT BUY HERE! Unless of course they have a great sale which isnt likely. Extremely pricy. Pre-owned games are a gamble I personally dont see as worth it. They will literally rob you blind then upsell it for a fortune. Again this isnt the workers fault. Its the chain. If it wasnt for the workers id honestly give this 0 stars. Sort of convenient. Depends honestly. Most locations are out of the way anyways if your not already there. If your a parent of a child see if cartridges galore has the item you need. Unless your kid or you are hard on games and systems and run through them in under a year. Thats when the warranty ends. The warranty is of course extra. Still dont see it as worth it. Rather just take my business elsewhere but they have cornered the market for new games and systems. Very unfortunate for the gamer of current times whos budget is almost nothing.

I visited this location like 3 times. Sometimes its just swamped with people. Plenty to look at, had everything i was looking for. Prices are like all Gamestops high but hey, what can you do? The guy working who was tall with long brown hair was extremely rude to me and other customers, he gave me attitude and stared at a couple next to me like he wanted to kill them. I have never seen or had a expirience with a employee that disrespects customers like he did.

I came to a videogame store to buy VIDEOGAMES not PHONES!! The manager, or whatever he is in there Grayson? Greyson? That guy needs a serious attitude adjustment or a new job. If you want to be treated like a customer thats actually valued try a little store called cartridges galore across town. I just stumbled upon the out of the blue one day and Im glad I did. Way too pushy about getting me to join their rewards program, even after I said I was in a rush. I asked for a copy of GTA 5, so they went back and got me one. It wasnt until after I got in my car that I realized it was a used copy, which they sold me for $45. Returned it and got one brand new at Wal-Mart for $30.

Theres really nothing bad about it but how expensive it is.
