Stay away from here. 173 stairs to climb to get inside isn’t the end of the world, but when the pump card reader is faulty and you have to go up to sort with cashier. Then down the fuel. Then up to get receipt. Then down to park. Then up to get food, and shower, then down to go back to truck and sleep then back up in the morning for coffee and bathroom then back down to… no f’ing thanks. I’ll just go elsewhere. McDonalds screwed my order up but I’m not going back up. Then down.

After driving 11 hours get to the parking looking for my reserved spot to find out that is not space available 🥵 so i went to the cashier explains the situation and the 3rd shift manager took immediate action to find and remove the unauthorized parked!Thank you so much I highly appreciate your efforts Mike 😊

Maddy was so rude I decided to take my business elsewhere. Its a clear sign of incompetence and I wouldnt want any complications when performing commercial business. Better training required on the part of pilot flying j in general.

Got a few park stop look like a 100, got some cute ducks walking round, clean shower they also got a shop

2 washers & 4 dryers for laundry. None of them work. The change machine also doesnt work. Half of the fuel pumps arent working either.The dine in section of the McDonalds is still closed and they serve you OLD fries when you get a large fry with your meal.Half of their washers for cleaning towels & washcloths are down. Youre lucky if your shower has a clean washcloth & towels

So let me tell you about my stop lastnight. Many staff was not wearing mask 😷 tonight, there was a sick Pilot employee not wearing a mask.. sniffling, stopped up very very very much should have had a mask on and a off sick day. 😫 WOW !!! Bog thanks to that. Had to empty a can of Lysol when I got back to my truck. Broken pumps. Broken lock on the shower door. No trash can in the shower, had to force the shower door shut, shelves where not stocked, coolers where not stocked, trucks parked just anywhere, list goes on. I arrived at 9pm had a reserved spot of course some drivers was parked in 5 spot without paying. The manager came straight out with the tire guy as backup and within 5 minutes I was in my spot that I paid for thank u to this Pilot awesome job.its packed but if u dont pay for a spot dont get mad when they make u move.

Good place for an overnighter, but has poor parking later in the day.Five stars for the WiFi premium speeds. 45 mb/s down. Signal okay for at least 300 ft. Better other pilots!

Im an over-the-road trucker and when we see a pilot sign its always a good thing cuz we know we can pull in gas up get our food a nice hot shower enjoy some company with other truckers enjoy the nice staff and get on her way down the road delivering all year commodities safe travels

While visiting the McDonald’s in this pilot about a hour ago my husband was shocked at the lack of cleanliness and basic sanitation. He was the only one masked including all staff no one was wearing hair or beard nets Food preparers had gloves. Ok not the worst he’s been to all over the country then The worst happened as he watched a woman mop the floor then proceed to push the bucket behind the counter bare handed then proceed to reach for his food to pack! He. Never ever gets grossed out he said stop and she asked why. He said you were mopping touching the filthy bucket with bare hands then go to touch the too go orders and did not wash your hands. Response was well not touching food but the packaging would be ok to wash her hands now though Others said they were thinking same thing but didn’t know what to say. Even if we weren’t in a pandemic this isn’t right. Manager needs to be informed and staff need to be supervised

What a poorly run disgrace. Disgusting bathrooms. Out of all veggies for subs and salads besides tomatoes at the subway! So you can order a tomato salad. Somebody isnt doing there job/s here. Never again.

This spot is very unusual but at the same time I like it even the fact that you can do a lot of exercise going up and down the stairs inside to get Subway and McDonalds entrance to the truck diesel area is very tricky the sign is small so remember it goes a little forward other from the entrance you got to pass the entrance of the gas station first inside is clean and the service is really really good.

Yeah they have issues with the pumps but they make up for it with great customer service and a clean store. From the front to the back clean! Smiles and attentive attitudes. I stop in here every other day an spend the nite,thay have a lot of parkin but it fills up fast! Its pretty clean inside an offers subway an McDonalds,easy access just off I81. An you can get your exercise goin up the stairs! Their is a bunch of ducks that always hang out there an thay like to be get,which is pretty cool!

Avoid. Small. Hard to park. Fights over parking. And, no running water in toilets. Unless thats the type of place you like to end an 11 hour day.

Love the night shift! They were amazing customer service providers and puppy friendly. Omg they made my night! This is a big location with a truck stop that has almost anything for sale. Very clean and a MC Donalds attached to it.

Place is a mess… Garbage cans are overfilled theyve been that way all weekend got here on Friday its Sunday theyre still overflowing… Shower was not adequately cleaned....usually a long line inside too!

The manager Rod completely mishandled an argument between two customers. He added fuel to a heated fight. This manager needs to have better training in customer handling. His actions escalated the argument that could have been diffused by him.Poor training... pick your words Rod...

The food was good, the McDonalds doesnt want you to set in their booths unless you purchase food from them. The showers had nice hot water, soap and towels provided, a small seat to set on with toilet and sink in shower room. Staff was very helpful, providing an extra set of towels for us. We had to pick up power steering fluid and oil, but they didnt have they clutch fluid we needed. Im extremely satisfied with our visit, will stop in again in the future.👍🤗

The staff here is friendly, like family always ready to go out of their way to be of assistance how a we the need, the truckers get first class service, and waiting is never an issue, because its staff is very efficient, a wonderful place to stop during travel with options is fast food

Need to keep up when the maintenance with the pumps. Pump seven d e f has been broken for over 4 months. The kitchen is awesome, the food is great youve got to try the pork chops. The older lady in the kitchen would make a good wife, she kicks out food better than a all-you-can-eat restaurant. The staff at the front desk very good people the ground Crews my buddies. As a FedEx driver I love this place they know who I am.

I find this to be a very clean travel center. Its well stocked and the staff is polite and quick to respond. The fuel pricing is lest then most in the area most of the time. They have a McDonalds and a Subway, Ill leave that up to you as I dont eat this type of food. All in all Im pleased with this Pilot and the service. Good place to take a break. Now a bit on the Truck parking. This stop is a bit larger then most Pilot truck stops but much easier to get in and out of. the steps leading to the store are steep and for allot of driver it is difficult to traverse. It would be nice of Pilot to provide would provide golf cart transport for some of the capable individuals. My stop here was comfortable. Enjoy!

Terrible parking lot, always completely full. Its $15 to reserve a spot, and youre extremely lucky if theres one for you even after you reserve it. McDonalds ruins your order every time, subway is far from fresh, and the workers Ive dealt with havent been too pleasant, although they seemed very understaffed. I hate stopping here but the one off of exit 24 is tiny and the one in Breezewood is a rat hole. At least I could get fuel...

I have received more then excellent customer service from miss Marie. I had couple of complicated request in regards with the products they sell at the store and she handled it professionally and was very polite and kept up with the positive attitude the whole time while dealing with me. The Slowest Worst Service at the McDonalds within the Pilot, The Manager Ray has the worst disposition definitely hates his Job his Attitude so negative everytime he works the lines around the block I don’t plan on returning!!..

Employees very nice and very helpful..Above and beyond service. I would not hesitate to stop in again ..showers are very nice with excellent water pressure and adjustable water settings too.

Very efficient and offer many different types of products and services to truckers and they try to make it easier for them. They have a shower and a McDonalds and a Subway. Very nice Customer service and the product on the shelf is relatively cheap and is targeted for the customer which is people who is on the go and make a living on the road.

Heres An Earlier Pilot Travel Center In Hagerstown, MD, Their Gas Station Has Some Great Service Like Loves Travel Stop, Their Restrooms Look Very Clean And They Have McDonalds & Subway Connected To Their Building.

I was waiting since 20 minutes in front of a washer to finish his cycle, suddenly the shower boy came by and told me I couldn’t use it because their washer was out of order and they needed it. They created a big drama for absolutely nothing. Shower boy started slamming the door of the washer. Omg... very rude personnel! 75% of the parking lot is reserved spots at 15$ !

I stop into the AC&T everyday. The people who work in there are always so friendly. Prices are great and the hot food is delicious! And only a short distance from the highway makes it convenient if you need to stop quick and go.

Great gas prices, great food, and great associates. The showers were hot. The food was delicious and hot. There are w restaurants inside of this pilotThere is a Subway and a McDonalds. Its less than a mile away from I-81. Very friendly environment for truckers or a normal passer by. I highly recommend this pilot gas station!

Would have gave this place a 5 but I saw a cleaner of the showers not being very clean... shower rooms need cleaned.. at least have the trash took out and swept.. everything else was awesome.. 1 more thing. That little dude needs to slow down on that buggy and work...trash is awful around the trash cans.. he only had 1 bag.. other than that it was really great..!

Tight getting into fuel island not much room between frontline n fuel line. Having water issues. All livable. Stop there all the time.

Always stop at pilot while traveling. Big selection of hot or cold drinks. Has anything you need to complete your travel. I stop in every state I travel for collector items of that state. Most have a Wendys or Subway attached so you can also take a break and enjoy the food. They have everything from a pack of gum, electronics, clothes, car parts, etc. Its a must stop for me.

We try to hit up the truck stops when were traveling. Always a fast food joint connected to it or you can just get what the truck stop has...coffee, tea, soda, and the grill items!! Plus plenty of snacks and a variety at every one. And the people...theyre so nice and helpful.

Its has a nice variety of things their for a convenience store. Log books, showers, and other odds and ends. Easy to spot from the road and easy access. Its pretty popular to all the regular in the area I noticed. A few pan handlers as well who hang out front.

Pilot is your typical understaffed busy as hell truck stop with the usual amenities you would expect at any travel store..gas.. cigs...drinks...candy..snacks..this particular one does have a cinnamon..if you want 6 cinnamon buns for 14 bucks they got u...also this one has a subway rest. As well

The pilot store no issue. The pilot shop is a joke no one wants to work. Three people changing one tire no one in the office. Sat there for approximately 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged and still would not help. They had two trucks in the shop. I was advised that they were full and was unable to help. Later that night my reefer went out. I called there 24hr number and tech advised he was unable to come due to he didn’t know anything about a reefer. I advised him it ran out of fuel and I filled it back up and needed to get it started. He then stated that he could help me with that but it will be several hours before he could come. Bottom lone he didn’t want to come.

Pilot is convenient for me. They usually have the best gas prices in town. The store is kept very clean. They have a great variety of merchandise. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

The store itself was clean, good water pressure for showers. My biscuit from McDonalds could have been used as a hockey puck and one clerk was kinda rude. Good for a quick rest break

This is an okay truck stop. Staff are okMight have a diesel pump or two downHard to find truck parking here after 5pmThey have a McDonald’s. Plus there also a truck stop right across the street that sells home style southern food

Truck parking is certainly a premium but whats here is easily accessible due to spacious lot. Showers are a bit small, but unless your very large it should be fine. Ill stay again if I pass, certainly not the worst Ive been to.

Store was good. Clean and staff was friendly. Would rather go hungry than eat at either the Subway or McDonalds. Subways sandwich stuff looked old. Lettuce was brown . And the McDonalds cant get an order right. On the upside, fuel pumps worked

The McDonalds there is good, but every item in the Pilot store is overpriced. Cheapest drink available was around $2.00 and deals are not up to par with the competition. Good selection, high prices.

Staff friendly, ladies room very clean. And this particular location has a hike up sorta steep stairs from the diesel island. Gas island is flat. Nice inside store, clean and well supplied.

The facility is ok on the inside. Like most Pilot travel centers there is very little parking. The service in the truck care center sucks. I was left waiting for hours to just have a tire changed. Definitely planning on avoiding this spot in the future.

Not enough parking. Reserved spots are not clearly marked. I was asked to move after sleeping only one hour. It was late and I managed to squeeze into a small spot at the tire center. Didnt need the aggravation.

I guess pilot just will never seem to disappoint me walk into the store with a Loves truck stop cup the STORE MANAGER Catarina says why are you bringing that cup into MY STORE and I responded because I love my loves truck stop and then she got angry and said but you by my hot dogs. Very rude! The clerk was friendly at least. Another reason why I avoid Pilot at all costs GO LOVES TRUCK STOP!

I could NOT believe the manager had the nerve to argue with me when I approached her with a customer concern!He cleans hundreds of showers a day. Its possible he misses something once in a while.Yeah, he missed something alright: piss on the toilet and seat, fingernail clippings behind the door, and coils off hair clippings on the shower walls, shower floor, on the counter, in the sink, on the wall next to the towel hook, on the stool!Seems to me that all he did to the shower was spray some dropzone to make it smell fresh.

Parked in a free spot no markings on the ground, they come out at 10pm beating on my truck telling me I have to pay to park in spot. I have to pull out and show them its not marked before they leave me alone. Last freaking time this place gets my money for anything.Why would I call you. Nothing will change. You woke me up demanding money for something I wasnt supposed to pay for to begin with.

Very bad service . Always minimum 30 minutes waiting time for shower, daytime or nighttime, not bz busy, bz no one wants to cleaning the shower.

Stopped in for gas, coffee and restroom. Mens restroom has 3 stalls that are missing door handles, those 3 stalls had no toilet paper and no toilet seat paper covers. Bathroom was a bit messy. The women behind the counter seemed to be interested in their personal lives more than helping customers, and 1 of them decided shed rather argue with the beer delivery guy about if he should leave his delivery outside or in the cooler before checking it in, rather than allow me to pay for my stuff and get back on the road. While she was arguing with the beer guy, she rang my coffee up for over 14 dollars, then realized she charged me for someone elses fuel. She quickly corrected the issue, but its clear that the employees have a hard time focusing on their job, due to distractions. Coffee was good.

Usually the lowest gas prices compared to Exxon, Shell or BP. The Country Pride Restaurant is the main reason I go. Great food, the freshest soup and salad bar. Very clean.

Weve used the pilot gas station for our RV the past four years.....always happy with gas pricing and ability to get in and out quick....and coffee is good plus clean restrooms
