I buy all of my shampoo, conditioner, makeup and cologne in this store and I have for a very long time. I have always been treated with respect and with a lot of help until today. Brianna was very rude, she never left her perch even when I asked for help in finding things. While checking out she complained that she was tired at 10:30 am and then refused to allow us to pay cash. If I had not driven 45 minutes to shop there I would have left without spending a dime!

Misguiding price tag. We went to the store with 20 percent off tag right next to a skincare product. And when we checked out we were told it is not part of the deal and they wouldnt refund us. Even though the purchase results from a misguiding sign.Another sorry but there is nothing we can do store
