Nice clean store, but, the customer service lady, she did her little speech, then acted like she didnt have time to answer and questions. I have never had such poor customer service at Bath and Body works. The rest of my experience was great however!

This Bath & Body Works is my absolute favorite place to go to when I need anything from perfumes to candles to soaps, lotions, etc. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly, always there if you need help with a question answered or to find something in particular. Been going here for years and purchased alot of stuff here. I will continue to keep going here as well too. No matter if there is a few negative rates about them because I know for a fact what they are all about. Keep doing a great and fantastic job staff.

Every single time i go in there the employees are all over you like its a brand new company or something. Most people know the sales and the drill. BBW is almost 30 years old and theyre still training employees to hound you. Thats with every location though. This particular location is always too hot, they need more air in there.

My favorite store!!! Everything smells so good!!! I love it when they have the 5/for$20 sale. Stocked up on so many body sprays and lotions 😍 staff is awesome will definitely be back.

Excellent selection but very pricey. I really wish that theyd carry all natural products. The body washes dry out my skin due to all of the harsh chemicals which basically makes it detergent for your skin.

The prices are always a bit higher at places like this but you get what you pay for and ive never been disappointed. The customer service is always top notch and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

This was the first store I worked in for the chain and its the only one Ill ever go back in. Its the staff. The manager has a good heart and attitude and it shows with the employees.

Tiffany the manager was completely rude. I had some scents that I did not like and I thought I would take advantage of the supposed 100% guarantee. They not only refused to even exchange them but only gave me $1-$3 for each of my 20 items. Never again!!!!!!
