We make fun of mattress stores all the time.But for some reason we walked in just to take a look expecting that we would be broke after leaving if we got one there.To our surprise the price on a mattress was LESS than the discount store right next door, and obviously much better quality and great service and info.We will be buying our next mattress there without question.Not pushy at all and full of helpful information. This was the second time in a few months that we visited Mattress Warehouse in Hagerstown, Md. Brandon was our sales person both times. This time, we were looking for a mattress for my husband and myself. Brandon was very patient and listened to our needs. He suggested several types of mattresses and allowed us to try them all. Whatever questions or concerns we had, he was honest and answered our questions. Delivery was three days after the sale.Our delivery persons were also, very helpful. They showed up two hours before our scheduled delivery. We were running errands when they called to let us know they were 10 minutes away. When we got home, everything was on the front porch waiting for us. Since we hadn’t removed the old furniture out of the bedroom, they helped us with that as well as the set up.Our overall experience with Mattress Warehouse was excellent and highly recommend them for your mattress needs.

This was the 3rd store I went to looking for mattresses. I walked in and was greeted by Austin. I told him I just needed 2 twin mattresses for the kids and he took me right to what I needed and showed me the cheapest one they had (not the more expensive ones like a lot of sales people like to start with). Then he knocks some money off the already lowered sale price…. ok great! But it gets better. He plays with the kids and keeps them occupied while I’m deciding. In that time I came across some really nice cooling pillows and asked about those. He made such a great deal with those my mom even got one. While I’m deciding on which pillow he keeps the kids occupied again and then as I’m getting ready to pay for it all I also needed a mattress cover for the mattresses and shows me these really nice cooling ones and yet again gives me a great deal (which I know I could’ve gotten a mattress cover for cheaper elsewhere since all I really needed was a basic one but at that point I got these here just off the simple fact of giving him more commission because my experience the whole time was beyond exceptional). Then I end up with free delivery due to arrive in 3 days. I did spend more than I planned but I couldn’t be more happy about my purchase and my experience. I wasn’t talked into or pressured into anything and the kids had an absolute blast. I’ve already recommended Austin to others and will definitely be going back to him when I replace my mattress!

Several weeks ago my wife and I went mattress shopping when we walked in we were greeted promptly. We did the computer mattress analysis and at end it gives you a list of mattresses to try. Brandon was very knowledgeable of all products and after almost 2 hrs my wife and I finally picked a set. We also got the wicking cover and 2 new pillows. We sleep great. We had a wonderful experience with Mattress Warehouse. The salesman was very informative and knowledgeable about the products. He was able to help us quickly and easily and we love our new mattress. We did have an issue with a rude delivery man. 2 men showed up to deliver the mattress and remove the old one. I was unaware they do not remove the frame and headboard. So he asked me what I was going to do with it and expected me to disassemble and move my headboard and footboard. I was told they would remove my old bed and when I explained that to him, he just told me he rudely told me he doesnt do that. I asked him if he could take it apart for me and I could move it. He ended up moving it to my kitchen but wouldnt move it any further. He was loud, threw stuff around, was not very careful at all and just seemed to have an attitude. I would recommend Mattress Warehouse but NOT the delivery service.
