I was treated horribly when I worked here and was fired for not learning fast enough, even though the night before, I denied a managers request to go to church with them. I explained I wasnt religious and of course she bombarded me with why? how? instead of just being respectful of my beliefs. Funny how the next morning I was fired with no explanation of how I was learning slow. I explained how I was a slower learner because of being neurodivergent, and it wasnt a problem then. Now yalll want to care when I dont share your beliefs? Hobby lobby is a cult and any self respecting Christian should avoid this place at all costs. I thought Jesus preached about loving everyone, even sinners

I love Hobby Lobby, but I disagree with the companys politics so I rarely shop there. Im not a good enough Christian to be a Hobby Lobby customer, but I think its a good thing. Four stars for the store, -1 for the politics. Read the Bible, people. Jesus specifically said not to be a douche to others.

This place is for you if you love arts and crafts! Not only do you find the simplest of things you find a variety of home goods and decor items for everyone, and every season!!

We enjoy this place thats a lot of interesting things for the home. This time weve got a picture frame and a mat that was custom cut turned out beautiful.

Hobby Lobby always has a large variety home decor and crafts. Its the one place where I take my time looking at all that they have, and Im not really a shopper.

I came in to get an autographed concert poster framed. When I came home with the piece, I noticed the corner edge was torn and there were creases on the surface of the poster. I have never unrolled the poster after I had it autographed, so I know the poster was neglected while it was in their care. I definitely will not be going back there for custom frames anytime soon. Very disappointed with the service.

I always love hobby lobby but unless what you are looking for is on sale it is just too expensive, and usually I can find a good coupon if it is not on sale but lately it has been really hard to find any good coupons.... But I will say they do usually have some great sales and I always get inspired when I go there.

The Hagerstown Hobby Lobby is the nicest cleanest one i been too. The associates were pleasant and happy to assist you.

I had an amazing experience at this store but the person who stood out to me most was Brody. Brody sure does put the Hobby in Lobby when it comes to his job. He is such a respectful young man that is going to do great things in life. He made my experience go from only great to phenomenal.

First time in a Hobby Lobby. I was very impressed! Very clean and organized. Tons of product, and really great prices. Very easy to find help throughout the store. However, they loose 1 star for checkout. There was a hold up at one of the registers and the other had a long line. So while I waited what seemed forever to get checked out, I observed about 5 employees standing around talking and laughing at the front of the store by all of the closed registers. If these were not cashiers, they should have went somewhere else to chat. It really irritated me to see that while I stood in a long line for longer than I should have. Even though, I will travel an hour to shop at a Hobby Lobby from now on, rather than going to that other over priced disorganized empty craft store that merged with the other craft store that was better than the one that took over.

Cool place staff member Randy he went out of his way to help me and my youngest daughter finding items. Nice selection of model paints brushes and other assorted things to help build models (which Im trying to get back into) excellent art supplies for my daughter too.

We were very disappointed we were looking for an item that was at a ohio store it was a volcano used for a baby gender reveal. At the Hagerstown store didnt have the sales girl said not all the stores carry the same products. I think that stinks all stores should carry the same products.

Everyone there is so caring and helpful...I spoke with the manager for about 15 minutes. There was no problem it was just conversation while my wife shopped.

Took my granddaughter here to spend her birthday money. She wanted glitter glue and water paints. The selection was minimal at best and even though I read the packaging when we got home one of the paints she did find was acrylic. BIG no no for a 5 year old. It was in with the water colors.This store is great for adults and did have some great things for kids but was not what we were looking for.

Big store. I loved it coming here and the amount of high quality and upscale decorations. They also have very nice selection of items to plan parties. Prices are a little high, but everything is beautiful and well made. I will be coming back to Hobby Lobby for some more! Warning: You will spend hours in this store.

Love their yarn and fabric selection. This store is huge. So much more than just crafts. They have a lot of home decor and small gifts as well. Definitely bigger selection than other craft stores in area.

We were buying decor for a fundraiser & the manager was truly accommodating! He even brought us decor he thought we might use. Using a tax exempt can be a hassle in some stores but the cashier made it an efficient and pleasant experience! I highly recommend the Hagerstown Hobby Lobby!!

Had a bad experience with Michaels having a framing job done. Came to Hobby Lobby in Hagerstown, MD. Told Randy the situation and he treated me like I was the only customer in the store. He asked about my document, and told me the pros and cons to what materials I used without being a pushy salesman. He is a consummate professional and will have my loyalty as a customer!

Love the store, feel sorry to the cashier who has to work there. Its the 21st century and this company makes a killing on profit. Time to make upgrades to you cash registers and invest in better equipment

Very disappointed in this magical store. Picked out a basketful of gifts from the rack labelled 50 percent off. When I reached the register I was informed that it only applied to wall decor and that I missed the sale, it was last week.
