Apparently the woman behind the counter had “a case of the Mondays”…when I received a less than welcoming greeting. After placing my order for an iced latte I was asked if there was anything else she should know? Uh, what?It’s not like my drink order was some exotic concoction. I had the feeling I was more of a hinderance or annoyance than a welcomed customer. How about I take my money to another local business who appreciates their customers or even Starbucks.My iced latte was fine with the exception of the honey at the bottom of the drink was crystallized. A crunchy mix of latte and honey…

Service was efficient, staff was friendly. The coffee tasted great, however the pastry was very very dry with its texture. Pastries could use some work.

They Coffee House is great and I recommend it. They sell Lizzys Coffee which is a local roaster known for the super high quality coffee that is tasty and smooth as silk. Roy and his staff will take care of you - breakfast food is yummy and the coffee and drink menu are vast. Only place in Hailey with a drive through to get your coffee or snack on the go.

I needed a carafe and some burritos for a meeting this morning and they were so kind. Greeted me so warmly and took the time to answer all my questions. I appreciate being taken care of and great service! Everything was so yummy too and coffee was great!
