Located in Haines City on Hwy 17-92, ABC is a discount package store with a good selection of craft beer and cigars. I would recommend ABC for selection and price.

Clerk...at 5pm..couldnt or wouldnt make change for $100 bill on a $2495 purchase...didnt even ask the other cashierAm an ABC Cardholder...had to drive 15 miles to next ABC outlet. Very unprofessional

I am a new Instacart shopper in the area and I accepted an order for this location. I don’t drink alcohol and with me only doing this for about a week, and maybe my third order for alcohol, I did not know where to begin to look for the two items I needed so I figured I would ask, it wasn’t busy at all, I actually think I was the only customer in the store, so I asked the employee, his name is Anthony, and Anthony pointed to the direction of the beverages and he told me he couldn’t tell me specifically, not that I even wanted him to tell me the specific location, but I was so confused as to why he would say that, so I asked why and he said he is not there to do my job for me. At that point I wanted to just walk out but I went ahead and went to the area in which he directed me and started looking and then he comes up behind me and hands me the bottle after making me feel like a criminal, I asked what the point in doing that was and he said he reports Instacart and shipt shoppers for asking where a product is. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. I have never been to this store prior to this and I will never go back. If I receive another order for this location, I will go out of my way to purchase from a different location. I called to speak with the owner and whom ever answered the phone, said they would transfer me to a manager and then Anthony picked up so I hung up. I’m shocked that any owner would allow Anthony to manage the store and treat people like this is just beyond my understanding.

So were in Haines City visiting family & decidedto drop in for the norms First time heeerre Abc fine wine &spirits! So let me fill you in upon entering a gentleman were standing at the door offering everyone samples of blackberry brandy which to me is sweet & strong tasting I can deal with it being strong but not both sweet & Strong & then there were two other bottles I forgot since I am a cognac drinker 💯🍷wine occasionally 🤷😁& the best part the cashier asked do you have a Abc reward card or something of the sort anyhow long story short I we said no got signed up!!I cant recall Bama abc store offering samples & reward cards come on Alabama step your game up😂😂😂

We were in the store trying to figure out between the two bottles we had and a guy kept his eyes on us to then approach just me and ask am I okay and do I need help. I said no we are just trying to choose which liquor purchase we want to make. He then proceeds to ask me for my id. His reasoning is if we are in the same car everyone has to show identification. I didnt mind, rules are rules but his demeanor was gross, no one here was committing a crime. Please advise your workers to stay within the 6 ft radius otherwise their approach will be perceived as menacing.

Great selection and customer service was amazing. I had two people come and help me with my questions. I was looking for a specific alchohol and they also let me try 3 different drinks until I found the perfect one. It was a great experience and the party hadnt even started yet!

I come here seldom the prices are pretty ok but if you’re gonna drink it’s usually a lot cheaper to go to the Walmart liquor store but their customer service is pretty good and their cigar selection is good too UPDATE: I’m tempted to take a star away because my recent experience was pretty awful. To further elaborate I was looking around trying to make up my mind on what I want to drink and not-so-subtly one the employees kept following me around it made me pretty uncomfortable. To top it all off the lady from behind the counter came within three feet of me asking if everything was ok. I know they’re doing their job but they need to find better things to do with their time instead of trying to be security.

Be careful with .05 cents transactions, keep an eye on the card pad at all times. Not sure why a transaction on .05 cents went through their system but thats a reg flag for card fraud specially when every item was scanned and a total should have come up. Now Ill have to keep an eye on my card purchases because of this.

My experience here is always pleasant. I can chat with whoever is on the register or on the floor about what I should get (even though I have little preference). Always greeted with a smile and its always well stocked. I never have trouble finding what I would like to get at the time. Its a good place to stop and get something quick. Cheers.

The sales woman was expeditious with my transaction, however I was disappointed that the gallon of wine that I purchase regularly had gone up 3.00 since my last purchase a week and a half earlier. When I brought it to her attention, she was unaware and shrugged it off with a slight smile.

Frank (The Beer Guy) is awesome!! He really knows his products, sure everyone can tell you about Bud and Corona but Frank can tell you about every craft beer in the shelves and this store has a lot of beer! Helped me with a mixed six-pack as a gift for a friend and he recommended so many interesting beers I decided to have him pick a mixed six-pack for me. Ill definitely return to this location.

Decent selection of wine and liquor but a terrible selection of beer. Used to be a pretty good choice when it came to shopping for beer, but since the last store refresh youre better off at the grocery store.

I went there to try to find a particular brand and flavor of cordial. That particular store didnt stock it BUT the good fellow helping me (José) was able to locate a way to order it, gave me an approximate arrival date then found an empty, 12 bottle box I had inquired about, to replace my waterlogged box at home.I think the the fellow who helped me, went above and beyond!Excellent customer service!!!I will continue to give them my business despite being a little distance from my residence.Thank you José and ABC Fine Wine & Spirits store of Haines City, Florida! Good selection of cigars and beverages. The dont sell butane, which is unfortunate. They should consider selling it because they do sell a cigar lighter.

Beer and wine and gift baskets...pick out food items...glasses...very clean and top of the line. If you dont drink, they have soda and tonic waters in all flavors and price ranges.
