Im very poor and sometimes its hard to shop at pulix. But I have to tell you, its even harder not to. Very clean, great people there, all of them, cleanest restrooms, and their bakery is the very best. Cant say enough good things about them. Im actually trying to get my 16 year old a job there because the environment is so good.

This Publix will do anything but help it’s customers when they are waiting in line for subs. There have been multiple times when I am in line with 7 to 8 other people and only ONE person is making subs while the other employees are sitting in the back or running things around with out even acknowledging the customers. These employees are being managed horribly, because they should be taught to always help the customer and not to ignore them. It’s not the employees fault, it’s the managements fault and whoever is in corporate should really be watching who these put in charge of running their stores. Don’t have two sub stations if you only use 1, and don’t make people wait in line for 30 to 40 minutes every time they want a sub.

I absolutely love Publix!!! Winn Dixie has quit carrying my favorite chips and cokes.Publix goes out of their way to see I get what I want!!! Winn Dixie will do NO such thing!! The guy the other day tried to tell me cherry coke is no longer made!!! Well.. I checked with Coca-Cola and they told me Diet cherry was being discontinued. Lousy customer service Winn Dixie!!! Publix not only had my sodas, they also had my chips!!! Way to go Publix!!!

Love the self checkout option now. I have always loved the quality/items at Publix but in the past there have been times where I have left without getting what I needed due to how long the lines were and it taking too long to wait to checkout. Ever since I have come to this location my shopping has been easier/quicker using the self checkout option. I will definitely come back to this location for all of my Publix shopping.

I couldnt find what I wanted and a manager actually walked us over to the Birthday candles we were looking for. The downside was in Bakery where we were being helped by a woman and then the other woman who works there also started to speak a little loud to her telling her how its supposed to be done. We just wanted to know the flavor of a cake. We didnt feel comfortable after this and went to finish our shopping.

Cashier was rude. Maybe she hates her job. She had been there since 2017 so new isnt an excuse. Store was good, neat and clean. Only issue was the customer service or lack of. Wont stop me from coming back just find a different line next time.

Publix is a top notch place to shop. Everyone in the store says hello and can they help you. Customer service is the top priority. I may pay a little more for some a little less for others but at the end of the day I want to shop at a place that feels like they care. And the people that work in the Haines city Publix do just that. It not the name on the window it the name on the person is my reason to shop at PUBLIX

Generally speaking, I love Publix, and this store is no exception. Employees are always helpful while shopping and at checkout, wanting to assist with carrying your bags out to your vehicle. Prices seem to have escalated, and its probably out of their control given the rampant inflation we are experiencing, except that the nearby Walmart is not hiking the cost of goods to any noticeable extent. Thus the 4 rating.Despite this, I still shop here for most of my grocery needs. Less crowded and help is always near at hand, and thats worth something to me.

Like always this Publix offers impecable customer service. Better yet after the gym I came to get some fresh honeydew and wow 🤩. Just take a look! Freshness Guaranteed!The fruit section is always so delicious!

Wow publix is becoming like walmart. I used to walk in and was always greeted by someone. Was always asked if I needed help. Now I walk in and I cant find something I have to search for someone to help me and that takes some doing now. Publix used to be so great and the people were so great now I feel like its becoming like another walmart.

Publix is a nice place to shop for bogos. The people that work there are wounderful, so very helpful and friendly. But I find them a bit expensive. I shop carefully there. Im a big compare shopper anyways. Even the Bogos are a bit high in price but because your getting two it is not to bad.

It’s one of our favorites to shop at. They have the best tres leche cake!

Im not happy with their self checkout machines. Very sensitive.. Everyone was having an issue with bagging and requiring assistance.. Small area for so many carts.

Been shopping here for 20 years. Once was my fav grocer. Its changed. Added new self check out, and less cashiers, like a discount store. Yet prices are getting too high. Customer service has gone downhill, the vibe is differant now, some employees are kind and helpful, but some really seem miserable and annoyed. Shopping here has not been a pleasure for me lately..

Go to Publix for lunch! Boars Head Deli is better than the other delis...

Never disappoint! Publix always has everything! And if you shop the sales, it is better than going to Walmart!! I also use instacart and they have not brought me anything with the wrongs cuts (deli). Their hot food are just delicious and honestly the same price as if I were purchasing them raw to begin from scratch! I love this place!!

Publix did an amazing job on our wedding cake. It was delicious (like every other Publix cake), and it was beautifully designed. The bakery staff was easy to work with, and they did a great job of delivering the cake to our venue.*Cake topper pictured was purchased from separate seller.

Nice people. The lady on the backery was amazing, friendly. The place its clean y the line move fast.

The meats are excellent. The people are that work there are very helpful and polite. The baker use to raspberry turn over that were very good but stopped making them.

Stopped for a quick trip to pickup cupcakes. Paid for them and the bagger (an older lady) asked if I needed her to help me take the cupcakes to the car and I declined. Its nice that you can always depend on them to have great customer service. Sometimes paying more makes a huge difference.

Dont like the new self check outs. Something Im going to have to accept. However, if I have to do the work, then I aught to get at least a 10% off at these registers! Just a thought!

Customer service at this publix is below average, compare to others publix. I noticed that management are more concerned on watching shoppers to see if they are stealing than providing the Publix customer experience.

It was crowded and the assistant manager was so nice, he opened up a lane and invited me over. He was great. Lots of good Bogos too!

Horrible. Customer service is awful at this Publix. The employees in the deli are rude and do not value the people who shop here. This Publix certainly does not live up to the reputation of the others. It is always dirty. The only positive is that the bakery and the staff within are super nice.

James Harmon store manager at Publix is outstanding and the deli department as well. I was in the store this morning to pick up pre ordered food. Could not find my order, so they gave me the trays for free. I realized that i made a mistake, i ordered it from another location. They even called the store to have it delivered. I apologized to them for the confusion. He still gave me the food so i would not be late for my parents service. We went to the correct location and bought the correct order. Youll went above and beyond customer service. You made my service perfect.

On hold for 18 minutes. Manager said they would place the order for me if no one picked up. Needless to say he didnt follow thru. Its a shame because their subs are awesome. I wish they had someone working there that was reliable and did what they said they were going to do.

Shelves empty or poorly stocked. Uninspired meats...very run of the mill cuts. Veg was for the most part old and again Uninspired varieties. Disappointed in this and other Publix stores in this area. Publix in Lakeland and the one in Celebration are well stocked with lots of varieties of meats and produce as well as pantry items.

Ordered online for 2 subs to pick up at 7:55 pm. Went in for designated time..order was not waiting in pickup area heat lamps. Waited for 14 minutes and finally was acknowledged. Told they would still be another 15 minutes. Came in after 15 minutes and here I am still waiting for two subs and no acknowledgment yet again. Over 30 minutes for two subs and counting.However 5 starts for Sylvia that is working behind the deli for helping me out. She deserves a management position.

What is it about this chain that they cannot handle rush hour traffic? Every Publix Ive ever been to simply cannot manage to have fried chicken cooked and available for pickup between 5 and 6 pm. Basic merchandising. Its not that difficult.
