The person on the shop floor was very rude. They did not greet us, and followed us around the already small store. This was evidently an act of racial profiling. The owner made my family and I feel very uncomfortable as we were browsing and he followed us directly. I am in shock at the fact that this is still happening in today’s day and age, and I hope no one else has to go through this.

I first discovered this shop 2 1/2 years ago during their grand opening, and whenever I’m in HMB I make it a point to stop in. The shop owners are super nice, and the collection of clothing and accessories are unique, sophisticated and beautifully presented. This shop is on par to SF boutiques. As others have mentioned their prices are so accessible for beautiful couture-like fashion. I receive compliments and inquiries while wearing items that I have previously acquired there. I am very excited to wear my purchases from today, and also visit their Los Gatos boutique, especially since it’s in closer proximity to where I live.
