Bad staff. I was waiting in the queue aware of the covid situation and was standing closer to 6ft distance sign but just not ON the sign. The staff pointed it out disrespectfully, it was weird but as I was already the second person in the queue 😛, I just ordered my ice cream.

Your typical Baskin-Robins...great selection, nice staff. Prices have gone up though. Felt a little burned after paying $7.00 for a small chocolate shake. I guess this is the new norm!

Out of ordinary to write a bad review about Baskin-Robbins but here goes:On Sunday, Mothers Day 5/10/20 I went to Half Moon Bay location to get a milkshake. There was a young man customer before me with the freezer door wide open, he had his head inside the freezer looking at cakes while talking on the phone, with NO MASK on. The sales associate was standing literally right next to him explaining the cakes. After he left, I brought it to attention of Manager on Duty she didnt seem to understand the safety concern stating it was OK because the cakes are in boxes. Not being able to trust safety protocol at this location, their inability to enforce mask requirement, social distant requirement, I left without milkshake, which was no longer appetizing.Apologies to other unknowing customers who may have purchased a Mothers Day cake to not have reported this sooner. I have been trying to get return calls from Corporate Headquarters since May 10. 2020. Telephoned Corporate 4-6 times, each time assured by apologetic, script reading telephone representative a Manager will call me back, then doesnt. It is June 11, 2020 still no return phone call from Corporate despite they have my case on file, each call noted a Manager will call me back.Following paragraph, headlined on their website does not appear to hold true at this location:Our Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)As we continue to closely monitor the global impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking steps to help keep everyone who interacts with Baskin-Robbins safe during these challenging times.

Excellent service, great taste, but no room

They had no prepacked ice cream, the freezer is broken, no fresh baked cookies so I was not able to order the cookie sundae I wanted. The automatic door sound indicator would ring incessantly with no people coming into the store and they were playing super-duper loud country music which made it difficult to conversate with my friend. The actual sundae I did order was good and my friend enjoyed his chocolate ice cream but it was definitely a below-par-experience than what I am usually accustomed to from Baskin Robbins.

Both of my granddaughters a 9 year old and a 13 year old love this place and enjoy the ice cream that they serve.

No one was in the ice cream shop at the time we were there, but service was nice.

Reallly nice guy who helped us so sweet and nice and patient . definitely reccomend.

It was a perfect treat to a perfect pumpkin festival, the girls working there were awesome with the kids and we ended up staying longer as we waited for friends, when in Rome....have another round😎

They were not open. The sign says they are open 11 am to 10 pm but not a soul was around. The sign also said those are their hours Monday thru Thursday. From now on Ill drive over to Pacifica to Cold Stone and get my ice cream cakes!

Not a big fan. Flavors are decent but taste artificial and too heavy. Prices arent great, seating isnt that great either. Not recommended.

I wasnt too sure on how many stars to give THIS LOCATION. The gentleman that helped us was very friendly. But they had ran out of whip cream and a couple of ice cream flavors. The shakes were very watery to the point where you couldnt tell it was a ice cream shake.

Fairly plain for an ice cream place. Not as many flavors as many places and kind of expensive. Floors need to be cleaned more often during the day.

Mightve been because it was late at night and possibly the last customer... but i got the worst milkshake of my life--for my wife. Think milk mightve been sour. Tasted terrible and wife felt sick, after. Wife stopped drinking, i tasted and apologized to her. Figure Baskin-Robbins ice cream still safe--as it is packaged--but will never buy another milkshake... and, sorry--as i tend to ONLY take time to write glowing reviews. Hopefully, the owners-workers will look into why such a terrible milkshake. Worst ever, by far... at premium cost. And to think, I chose real over MacDonalds and Burger King... never again. Hope they fix it.

Small store but we got what we were looking for. Prices are outrageous since my last visits to Baskin Robbins $8 for a mikshske x 5 = yikes!

This is expensive enough and to not get a full 3.50 scoop of icecream is a big rip off. I was looking forward on the treat but was too upset to even give the icecream a try. I much rather grab a scoop at rite aid. Never again will I stop by this place . hi
