There was a long line here. There’s no true outdoor seating except the 3 smaller benches in the front.Got a small that has strawberry and rosemary cheesecake. The strawberry was really good and had so much burst of the strawberry flavor. The rosemary cheesecake had more hints and flavor of rosemary then cheesecake but still aster good. Staff was friendly as well.

Oh man. We stopped for some Gelato because we were close and boy did we luck out! The owner / master chef behind the Gelato came out and talked about his favorite flavors / combos and was extremely nice. Every flavor we tried tasted natural and great. I got banana and chocolate mix and pictured here is the thin mint flavor. Definitely worth stopping!

Incredibly delicious gelato... all hand made in flavors that are creative and big-time flavorful (new flavors seem to be on the list every time I stop by). I cant get enough of this treat.

Omg this place is my favorite gelato spot! I picked three flavors and the blended so nicely together. I usually get overwhelmed by the amount I’m served, this was relatively the same amount I get at other places, but I was by no means overwhelmed. The experience was delightful 🤧

Strawberry basil and chocolate are my favorites! I love how the fruit flavors have actual fruit bits and seeds, and the chocolate has bits of chocolate too.The owner is so friendly and passionate, and the young man at the cashier is friendly and hard working as well.Highly recommend this place!

Incredible gelato and sorbet. The best part is that it’s not sickening sweet like American ice cream. You feel good after eating this, not like you need insulin.

Great place to eat ice cream! But is pandemic time so only outside seating on 2 bench chairs!!! Parking is easy is all street parking. Ice cream especially chocolate is a bit too sweet for me(thus only 4 stairs).

This is for sure the best dessert place Half Moon Bay. You can taste the real vanilla in the gelato which is quite amazing and you can’t find at any other ice cream shop. If you live in half moon bay or are driving by, you need to make a quick stop here. I could spend hours describing how amazing this place is, but you just need to try it for yourself. I’d rate it 6 stars if I could.

Love every flavor. Whipped cream. Banana, chocolate, oreo, pineapple! Every flavor was so rich and strong! I am not a huge ice cream or gelato person really, but I was so pleased and satisfied with all the yumminess Gulinos Gelato Posesses. I also love that he makes a few batches of the flavors he felt like making, and serves it till its gone! Less waste maybe even no waste! Yay for that.

Gelato is excellent! Definitely more expensive than ice cream but it is a good place to try when in Half Moon Bay when a chain ice cream shop just wont do. Flavors are small batch and limited. Dont know if thats due to Covid-19 though.

This place was so good! Even my 2 and 4 year old boys loved the cookies and cream and mixed berries!

Absolutely delicious! We came here on a whim while wandering the area, and I cannot express enough how great it is. I’m excited to come back as often as I can — and hopefully make it a regular custom once the pandemic’s over!

We came across this local gelato shop. It’s soooo good! The owner and staff are also very professional and friendly while wearing masks to protect themselves and customers. We love their freshly made gelato so much that actually, we came back immediately and got a new one once we finished this!

Hole-in-the-wall gelato!

I waited two years to finally try this Gelato. After vacationing in Europe I wanted more Gelato but all we had here was ice cream. So while wine tasting near this shop i came across the owner who my wife and I talked to and he said he was going to open up a gelato shop here. We were excited at the prospect of a gelato shop near a beach we like so we promised ourselves we would come back to try it. Fast forward two years we came to the beach with our 16 month old son and finally got to try some of the gelato. It was really good, just like in Europe. I would really recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic gelato.

The most delightful experience in Half Moon Bay!’ On top of making just scrumptious gelato, the owner is a wonderful story teller if he has the time. We were lucky to have found this gem on our way out of town on an overcast slow day for gelato. Ended up hanging around talking with the owner for almost an hour. So much fun! Can’t wait to visit again!!! 🥰

Excellent gelato shop on the corner of a cute little Main Street in town. Fior di latte was phenomenal and a perfect compliment to the Speculoos flavor.

Amazing!!! My son says the owner/maker should be on America’s Got Talent for his Gelato. He’s not kidding. It is delicious. We originally tried Almond Butter thinking we wouldn’t like it and WOW! We were wrong. It was so good!!! We went back the next day and had Banana and it may have been even better. The owner was so friendly and warm. We can’t wait to go back and try more gelato.
