The owner has really nice stuff and my wife and I have gotten lots of things there over the years. The woman owning the shop has always been very kind to us. You should understand that shes a bit paranoid since shes had a lot of people break things in the past and that she had to replace at her expense (including some kids smashing everything they could and then running away.)
I had an interaction with the female shopkeeper where she was so rude I would never buy from her, even though I think the pieces are lovely. I had touched something in the store, looking for a price (there are NO prices on the lamps) and my foot hit something on the floor and made a noise which startled her. She wanted to know what happened so I made the noise again, because I knew it was innocent and would not damage anything. But the woman started muttering under her breath and though it was a different language I knew she was saying how stupid I was. So no sale from me, ever.
What a gem! We enjoyed the creative and artistic lighting selections. And we were really captured by the range of art, glass, and table & hanging decorations. We were greeted warmly and kindly. Our stop there was the high point of our travel down Route 1.
The guy is disrespectful rude and ran over a trash can with a broom and trash collector and walked off like nothing happened don’t do business with him
