I rarely give negative feedback, but this is one store that deserves a one star. I gave it two stars simply because they had in-stock what I went for. However, when I asked the fat man at the cash register if he could help me find what I needed, he looked at me as if I was interrupting him while was texting on his cell phone. He could barely understand me since he clearly spoke little English. I took him to the shelf to show him the Invisible Glass on the shelf; I then asked him if they had the applicator---a device with a handle on which you attach a specially fitted microfiber towel for cleaning interior car windshields. He had no idea what I was talking about, so clearly he didnt know what merchandise the store had, or he just couldnt speak English. Either way, he barely said a word and each time I looked back at him (standing behind me), he was looking at his phone. I ignored him and just looked for what I needed. Finally, after combing the entire wall of auto cleaning items, I found what I was looking for, but it was no where near the window cleaner of the same brand. Why wouldnt a retailer put the items of the same brand together instead of on separate shelves, far apart? I was then ready to check out, and the man started to put the numbers in the computer. I waited for him to ask me for my rewards number or my phone number as they do at the regular Advance Auto store I go to on Miami Beach. He never asked me, but instead told me the total of my sale. I asked him why he didnt ask for my rewards number, so he deleted everything, and asked me for my phone number. I gave it to him and he entered it, but without saying anything to me (because Im sure he couldnt), he simply showed me that the computer search was blank. Why would a US retailer have anyone working in a store with no customer service training? At least make sure they speak English! From now on, Ill go order online from another company. This is bad business, and before long, these businesses do fail when we consumers simply stop supporting companies like this one.

The gentleman who helped me out didnt even say high; before and after I bought a couple of wrenches. Usually I do get good service at the location. Its not my first time buying there.

The young lady with a short cut advised me she could be out change my blades as it was after 6 pm but she could go out and change a battery, if I was Spanish she would have helped me. The gentleman with the dread locks changed them and was such a life saver. I give 5 stars for him no one else.

Franklyn is real good person who can help and he knows and does his job very well.

Illegal mechanics without a license works in the parking.lot.City should do something.

Staff is accommodating always willing to help, check parts out BEFORE you leave store, they have sold the wrong part at times.

If you ever go to this particular auto parts ask for Rebecca. She’s the best! She was able to help me find the right battery for my Audi. And helped me get a discount. She really went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal for my budget. Highly recommended!

The Store on 117 N Federal Hwy, Hallandale Beach, FL is Displaying the wrong prices on the products. Mr Rodriguez store managers notice the mistake and didn’t want to overwrite the price! He wanted me to pay full price or take the green containers because those were 2 for 6 !And the green containers didn’t have the 2 for 6 sign!

The manager gave me all my money back on a defective battery. Didnt fight me, didnt argue, didnt try to sell me another battery, didnt try to give me store credit, just did the right thing. He has a customer for life as he is one of the few good guys out there.

Went to pick up package, no one wanted to help, had to go back 3 times . First time a young lady, nose piercing short hair, Im sorry it hasnt arrived I just looked. Ups tracking said its been here 2 days? No its not, probably still on truck. Okay karen I came back a hour later who actually wanted to do his job and less than 3 min yup its here. I knew it was there, ups tracking said 2 days its been there. karen didnt care or wanted to work. Everyone wants money but no one wants to work for it..ty for reading my angry review.

Horrible experience! I ordered a AC Cabinet Filter with them for pick up at the store! Next day pick up! Their system was down and they couldn’t find my item. Can back on day 3. The item still haven’t arrived and they needed to reorder it! Now it’s day 4 and THEY STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANYTHING! Actually the associate stated that the Manager who ordered it didn’t order it properly!!! Customer Service Suck!! Don’t Come Here !!!

Management and employees let Rex TRIPLE RRR O AUTOMOTIVE work in parking lot on customers cars.He agreed to change 3 hoses For $25.00 each total of $75.00 . Upon completion I gave him $100.00 He was insulted and belittled me said I owed him $75.00 per hose. After arguing with him he said give me another $50.00 . Avoid this mechanic .Does not honor his word. Totally dishonest. Code enforcement issue.

Curbside pickup advertised by Website and over the phone does not work - too long of a wait time.Ive placed a simple online order for transmission fluid. After placing an order I received an email stating: Most orders are ready for pick-up within 30 minutes. Waited 2 hours - no email. Called them, yes, order was ready. Drove by the store, called them to deliver my order to my trunk outside, lady said OK, waited 15 minute - no one outside to hand me my order. Called again - long wait time, could not get to talk to anyone. Has to go to a meeting, left the location. Now after the meeting I have to spend more time and go back, and hopefully pickup my order otherwise I cancel.UPDATE: second attempt was not as bad, only waited 8 minutes. bumping up reviews to 3 stars.

Advanced auto as a company is great for its online purchase discounts. I recently bought parts online from them and had them delivered. They arrived quickly. I bought these parts out of pocket instead off Amazon credit just because those parts were out of stock. But got them at 25% off. In general advanced auto is my go to brick and mortar stores. This one right on the tracks on hallendale however is a little low in stock and difficult to get to.but still Advanced auto

I was only person in line for like 5 minutes and everybody ignore me just doing their own thing, until somebody seem like they were in the mood to cash my items...

I was going to use the bathroom and the store manager was in I politely knock the door he came out upset I was dressed in a way I look as I am homeless. He treated not like a human being like he did not have manners as he grew up. I would never go hear again

Worse customer service ever. So my car breaks down 4 blocks from this place. We quickly diagnosed the issue and called them. Guy with the dreadlocks comes on the phone and tells me he has the part and to come over. When we got there the dude with the ponytail tells us hey we are closed and everything is shut down. We still had one minute on the clock at 8:59pm. So this individual proceeds to tell me to go to the Pembroke store. Well he knew we were on foot so thanks for nothing a..hole. by the time he finished apologizing it was already 9:01 he could have sold us the part instead my kids were stranded on the side of the road for an hour until the tow truck came. I am going to make it my mission over the next six month to put your name to shame. Count on it!

If parts or item not available, staff memeber will pkace an order for it for delivery to store. Very quick service, almost next day delivery in all cases.

I will never go to this store again. Been going there 25 years. They sold me a battery that is too weak for my car and wont admit it. BEWARE, Advance Auto Parts will sell what they have not what you need. I looked for the same at Autozone and they are quick to tell you that they do not carry the battery for my car. I have researched this and I know what Im talking about.

Items within the store where are easy to find, I like the layout of the merchandise in the shelving makes things easier to find..The counter help was very friendly and was easy to pay and get the heck out

They test the battery and print a report. They replace the battery. Done in less than 20 minutes.

Placed an order online and went to the store to pick it up and it was totally a hassle. I had to phone their 800 number to try to straighten it out and the person on the phone had an attitude to top it off. Last time shopping here. I will shop elsewhere with better customer service.

I bought a car spray at a different location but unfortunately other customers spray them In store to test the color, but Louis the Return police doesnt have enough common sense to understand that so he didnt allow me to return it because he assumed I tried to return a used product with the original receipt. I really dislike advance auto, They are not personable at all. I called the original store and they put me on hold and went to check the others to see if I was lying or not smh I bought the item the day before its not like it was 29 days ago. I will stick with autozone.

Went to this location for rear tail light bulb called first to make sure they had it guy said 10 in stock went to store to pick up they could not find any behind counter. When asked what other I could use they did not know I went online on my phone and found another bulb that was comparable. Folks here are little clueless as to helping customers. Know what you need before you go in to this location

Went in to get my battery power checked out. Turns out battery was dying so I bought another at a fairly decent price.

Noone offered to help. They didnt even greet me. Rude staff. Walked past me several times. I walked to the desk and no one was there. Oh and no they were not busy. There was a total of 3 customers in the store including myself.

The place to go for quality parts and great prices.

I would stop at this auto parts place in NC all the time, but this one in Florida is a tragic mess.... 7 people behind the counter waiting for commercial customers, while the regular customers stand in long lines going out rhe door, only 1 counter girl working.... Tragic.
