Ordered a horn set for my brother in NC only to get an email 4 days Later saying it was because of fraud. I checked my bank and they were no issues, I called the place up and they told me that because the shipping address did not match my physical address that he canceled the order after trying to reach me multiple times. I can show that they have never attempted to contact me nor email me until today when they sent the refund email. When I tried to call the gentleman and tell him that it was indeed me who placed the order and that I live 45 minutes north and could drive down there if I had to, he continued to tell me that they did not need to sell it to me because they were too afraid of losing the money because they’ve been burned too many times in the past.You’ve got to be kidding me. Who turns away new customers like that?? Needless to say if you want something shipped anywhere besides your house, don’t order here. He doesn’t like new business.

We ordered a V101C-5/310 Loud 162 Decibels 4 trumpet Train Air Horn Kit in December 2017 for a gift, it was installed as instructions said, it blew like a train 1 time and that was the only time it sounded like a Train, it sounds just like a louder car horn. We have sent email after email and called for months, with no response from anyone.Would never recommend this company they take your hard earned money and run
