Sure Publix Has Just About All The Groceries You Need For a Daily Use. Not Too Over Crowded When I Went, Lines Are Fast Soo, Easy Checkout. Very Convenient If In a Hurry.

One of my favorite Publix to shop at. Customer service there is excellent. One of the better Publix IMHO.

I go to Publix 3 times a week. The managers are awesome snd the guys working in the fruit & vegetable ares are awesome & very helpful. Specially Mario he always helping me when I am looking for anything & I cant find it. Mario is such a great worker I always tell the area manager how helpful he is whenever someone needs help. Thank you for having him in your store. What an awesome customer service he is. 👍👍👍

This Publix is a good store to go cuz it is clean n friendly employees. When I went to get a fountain soda was disappointed 2 times the first time it tasted like dr pepper instead of coke. 2nd visit I bought it n it was nasty thrown it outside the parking lot. Not used to layout yet. But not buying the prepackaged chicken liver spread or any other ones. Date was good but got home to eat it was smell like rotten eggs. Couldnt enjoy it. I do like there chicken wings.

Ehhhhh..... visiting from the East Coast and we dont have Publix. I guess it is a decent grocery store, prices are a little high. They wanted to charge over $3 for just 1 pepper. Lol... They also have staff that look like they dont want to be working, lol. The lotto machine doesnt accept out of state licenses. The store is clean. Parking lot is a disaster

I met Bree that runs the customer service at the liquor counter adjescent to Publix and I must say she was so nice and so helpful that I decided to make this review specifically for her. It is understandable that Publix received a large number of customers any given day and it can be hectic and strenuous nfor those who work at the counter. So when you encounter a rep that is nice and still can keep her composure after dealing with hundred of people in one shift is worthy of respect and attention. Thank you Ms. Bree. I appreciate you very much. 😊

Its a clean supermarket. Its what you hope for. cleanliness among workers, shelves, food, clothing, etc. especially that were not out of this national pandemic. the quality of food is standard mediocrity and acceptable among the natives. Its what you hope for in capitalism. Happy customers.

Always one of the better publixs in the area but also always busy. From fresh produce to fresh bakery goods excellent selection of meats. The Deli can use a revamping along with a few more employees. There is always a line and never enough staff to handle it. Pandemic staffing or not that place is always in the weeds. Sushi is always fresh staff is friendly through out the store.

I like this place.Always someone to help me out.Im very small and I cant reach a lot of things.It helps that I dont have to wonder around looking for help,someone is almost always near by.1 question though.How come I cannot find the throw away aluminum broiler pans? I can find everything but that. Publix isnt the only store we have looked for them,and we cannot find them anywhere. I really need these and so does my daughter.1 More question is publix going to carry clearly Canadian sparkling water? Please say yes or that I can order it through you!Im so glad they are bringing it back,I cant wait for the cherry flavored Clearly Canadian to get here.Im so happy about it that Im already tasting it from memory....Please Publix say you will?

This a very well stocked Publix! Produce and bakery section is large. Self check out has some kinks, but staff is friendly and helpful.

This store is always poorly stocked. I use instacart for store 402. They only have legs and thighs whenever I want to buy their fried chicken. The shoppers for instacart always want you to take replacements which is nothing like what you needed, this is the worst publix I have experienced.

If this gave me the option for zero stars thats what they would get. The district manager is very nice and helpful however I cant say that about the other employees. DO NOT go to their pharmacy, the manager is one of the rudest people Ive ever encountered in a retail environment, and majority of the time they dont know what theyre doing. I spent 100 dollars on groceries and they act like Im lying about a 10 dollar gift card that was given to me by the district manager for issues with the pharmacy. I would not recommend this store at all (theyre out of stuff half the time anyway) but if you do and have issues like me the district manager will definitely help.

They keep placing items on shelves without pricing. I consider that as quite strange, not to say against the law. Every item on shelf must have pricing label

I have never been to a Publix with more employees in the deli department. Crazy thing is they purposely go slow, hoping you give up and leave. Today, i was completely ignored. The employee went straight to the next customer in line and completely ignored me. Didnt even look at me. Worst Publix ever! Its not my first time there. Now i will have to drive further in the hopes of better customer service. Pathetic management.

ROGER in the DELI DEPARTMENT was very disrespectful young Hispanic guy had no customer service skills at all . Simply asked him a question and he completely ignored me, asked for the manager he pointed and stated “he’s somewhere over there” . I will never return to this Publix. And I have been a customer for years and have never experienced this from any Publix at all. Management needs to address the issue immediately!

Priced are off the wall crazy. I prefer to go elsewhere where they have the very same products but my wallet doesnt suffer quite so much!

Very disappointed with management. On my recent visit there were several cars parked in the handicap spots that did not have a plaque or a handicap plate preventing somebody like me and others from parking there legally. When I called to inform management their response was theres nothing they can do. I can call cops if I want. I informed them that one of the cars had somebody sitting in it while the other person went in the liquor store and then came out and then the other person got out and went into the actual store. I told them the color of the car and what kind of car. Theres nothing you can do? As a manager you go outside and inform them that they need to move their car and if they dont move then you call the cops. Its your store its your parking lot. Why should your patrons have to be inconvenienced.

Cashier was very rude. Never said hello, never said goodnight. Never said one word to me. Took my money, gave me a receipt, and continued to ignore me as I walked away. I had to bag my own groceries, and took my groceries to my car without anyone offering their help. And to think these employees think they deserve $15 an hour. Publix went downhill quick. I’ll never return to this location, ever.

Myrlande and Keshauntay provided horrible customer service to me. I came in to receive Western Union money transfer with my government issued driver license and reference number for the transfer and the full three names: first last and middle name for the sender but it confused Myrlande and Keshaunte thats my middle name is not spelled out completely and they refused to give me my transfer covering up with protocol even though Western Unions protocol is to present government ID and reference number just two steps not only they requested me to provide three steps verification but even three step verification is not good enough after wasting 20 minutes of my time they said they understand my frustration. do they?

My father loves but on this day march 13, 2021 he was discriminated and disrespected all because he do not have an UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ID OR DRIVERS LICENSE. the customer services manger told him he couldn’t get his no tax obligatory status in which my father is entitled too according to the US Constitution. if you are native, indigenous, sovereign citizen or national this is not the publix too shop at.all moorish americans do not shop at this Publix in Fort Lauderdale.

Stay away far from this PUBLIX they are disrespectful and rude. The customer service manager Janny Jasmin discriminated my neighbor on March 13, 2021. Publix is one of our families favorite Supermarkets we love there professionalism and neatly stocked shelves but this location treated our friends like they where nobody especially Mr. Jasmin. You would think the pandemic would have brought people together. If you are ever in Fort Lauderdale don’t shop here.

The publix bakery was very unwilling to even try to provide a cake that fit our theme. I tried to email so they could see the colors since I am out of town and coming in for a party - they wouldnt even give me the email address. Ive never had a Publix bakery that didnt even try. If its not online - we cant do it.

This Publix is one the worst in the area. Badly maintained and stocked. Even though it is the closest to my place, I would rather drive 20 minutes more to go to another location.
