Warning to anyone to that wants to shop at this store. Stay away they are unprofessional and very rude, I went to the deli section in the back and waited there for long time and there was one customer in front of the store on a saturday night. There was older guy with glasses did not even come over to help me, he was a worker or the owner and I now understand why nobody shops here because how they treat their customers. Want friendly and a better Russian experience? Drive a little more north to World Market & Cafe. Wine Beer & Deli should be shut down by the city of Hallandale they dont respect the community and should pack their bags and go back to Russia. Im American born here with family from Russia.

BEWARE!!!! SPOILED FOOD AND NO REFUNDS!!!!The worst Russian store I’ve ever been too. There are two Russian stores on Pembroke Rd. (Europa and World Market & Cafe) that are better BECAUSE... they actually give you back your money if the food is bad. This store is absolutely disgusting. Even in Russia, today, in Russia, stores accept returns with a receipt..However, this store, in America, where consumers are protected, sells spoiled food items and then flat out refuses to give you a refund. Do yourself a favor and go down the street. This store needs to be reported to the BBB and the Health Department. This is unacceptable!

Great selection of sausages and hams and cheeses. Started coming here for my husband who is Croatian and missed European food. We love this place. Its very clean and all the staff are very hospitable.

Very nasty woman at front counter. And had the nerve to tell me that I HAD to pay with a $5 bill because what I wanted was $3 but I ONLY had one $20 bill on me. She said she didnt want to give back $17 in change.Anyone willing to refuse a paying customer like this will never get my business again. Unbelievably rude. AND has lost a customer that lives directly across the street and would of made regular visits.

The place is filled with Russian products, from pots and pans to hot deli. Prices are surprisingly lower than in other Russian stores in the area and service much better, the deli women actually talk to you and are quite friendly. Food is delicious and always something new cooked.

Awesome selection of wines from my home country Romania! I tried all four Budureasca Noble Wines and couldnt decide on a favorite! I truly recommend them!

The worse store I have ever been in America! A lot of products are not fresh, no expiration day, most of them expired long time ago. Personal is very rude! I got sausage there and when I got home and cut it, it was so stinky! When I took it back and asked for my money back, they refused to give it to me! When I said I will never come back here again and not going to spend even 1 penny there, they were making faces, and said dont come with attitude. The lady on the register with short hair cut and glasses is the most rude person there! I wouldnt recommend that store for nobody!!!!!

BEWARE! EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. Typical Russian attitude (from Nikolai and Irina especially). Loyal customer gone.Many former USSR people are very rude and have attitude, but those that have moved to USA have become nicer. Not the staff of this store.I am from Ukraine (former USSR as well), so in no way I am discriminating for the sake of discriminating.I live in USA and I bough a shish-kebab maker from this store that has a Russian/ Ukrainian power cord tip. The adapters/ converters/ tranformers I tried to power this machine with here in USA do not work properly. Apparently their power output is not high enough to make this machine work properly (not only heat up, but make also the stakes rotate). I called the store for some tips on getting this machine to work in USA. Spoke to a sales clerk Irina, who brushed me off rudely and with rude commentary passed me onto Nikolai. Nikolai was not helpful, and his only answer to everything was, But we told you at the time of purchase that you will need a transformer. To which I, of course, kept replying, I am not complaining about needing a transformer. I simply need to know which one you would suggest, because the one I got is not powering the machine on properly. Nikolai literally kept repeating the same phrase over and over, and acting like he couldnt wait to hang up on me. Do yourself a favor and buy from much more reputable and friendly Kalinka or St. Petersburg (both in Sunny Isles) instead.

When they came with complaints, the owner (Nikolai) threw up his hands and said that he was not the manufacturer ... The money was not returned. Didnt even apologize! In general, in the best Soviet traditions ...Slow service in delhi. Unpleasant rotten smell in vegetables. Close aisles between shelves. The staff does not always know where which products are located. Many bottles have no prices for alcohol.Very small car park but always empty. Draw your own conclusions.
