First they take a full day from 10 am to 6pm after asking to come back in 2 hours. Then they scratched both front rims. After I start driving I noticed the tires were super unbalanced. I bring it back, they said they would solve everything and I would be able to file a claim for the rims. They tell me to come back in 2 hours i come after 3 hours just to be safe and they had not even started and even dared to say that there were 2 cars in front of mine. I ask for a refund, they said they can’t do that. Terrible service! Stole my money and damaged my property.

A busy shoppe on a busy corner in a bustling locale. An appointment is recommended but not mandatory. Prices are fair and they took care of me quickly all things considered. I would recommend for any your tire needs!

Get the oil change and a great service tire rotation!

Paid for a simple service—“ top off all fluids in the car” NOT DONE !!!!!! Paid for tire rotation and oil change now I’m wondering if that was even done. Making an appointment on line is a waste of time because they will call and reschedule it… happened to me 3x’s.

Friendly staff is the only plus. Service sucks ! Come see your car get whipped around the parking lot at about 6:40pm. Theyll hold your car til the next day, not to boost prices, just because they werent working on getting you resolved fast.They have about as much employees on the desk as in the shop. Allowed me to leave with bald tires, and a new noise in the truck! Dont waste your time and money here.

They replaced my battery with a new DieHard, got back on the road quickly.

Absolutely horrible customer service at this location. The sales clerk at the front desk was rude and dismissive and blatantly ignored me choosing instead to help the guy who came in after me. I made a complaint to the manager at that location and if at all possible he was even worse that the sales clerk. The type of service I received shows that they do not care about their customers and there is too much competition within spitting distance of that location for me to bother going back. I live within walking distance of this location but I will never use their services again.

This shop is a disaster and a half 2 items were checked good though they were not checked properly my wipers were checked as working but i know for sure they are not working .This is all after paying $126 for a good oil change real mechanics are needed in this business.

Be cautious going to this Firestone location in Hallandale Beach. I went in for a oil change, alignment, and rotation of tires.Prior to taking the vehicle, I marked the rear tires to verify that the tires would be rotated.When I paid my bill and walk to my car, I noticed the marks on the rear tires were still there and not in the front.I confronted the store manager and issued a compliant and he was very unprofessional.The dishonesty at this location was the second incident to my vehicle.Don’t be misled.

Terrible experience. Get there around 9am and they said only 1 car in front of mine. Estimated time 1 1/2 for an oil change and alignment service. After 2 1/2 hr they have not even touched the car at all. And we he technician now need it a break. Wish they overpromise and under delivery and not the opposite.

Amazing service from Clarence. When I called, he took the time to see if they had my tire in stock since it is relatively rare. He was patient and very helpful. When I came in, he made sure to inspect all my tires and then took the time to find out if my tire was still under warranty, which it was. He got my car in very quick and got me a great deal on other services Ive been delaying for a long time (brake light, oil change and alignment). With the money I saved on the tire, I was able to get the services done for just slightly more than what I would have paid. I recommend this firestone to anyone needing to service their car or get tires. Clarence and his team were great and it was an actual pleasant experience dealing with them.

Wont go back. The governor lifted the mask mandate months ago yet they are still requiring their customers to wear masks. They lost a complete brake job and ALL of our future business due to their ridiculous and unscientific mask policy.

I have been going to this Firestone for more than 10 years. I wish that they can have a make over of the waiting area. I am glad that they have a female manager now. Unsolicited advice from me is to focus on customer service by acknowledge each customer as they walk in. Customer waiting area should be large and more pleasant. Coffee pods instead of a coffee maker. And filtered water.

Best place ever!

Though it was long wait the customer service truly made up for it. My car was done in the time frame they provided as well. Besides it’s Sunday and I walked in at the last minute. They were friendly, funny and made my long wait comfortable. They recommended things I may need but did not push to the point I felt uncomfortable. First time at this location and I will be back!

There is literally one person working the front and he works very slow. It took him over 38 minutes just to deal with one person. Mind you there was 7 people in line.

My car was undergoing a general check-up, and three days ago I had changed the brakes (discs and pads) and had changed the steering pump, seeing for at least 30 minutes the mechanic who was doing the check-up sitting down and with his cell phone, I asked if my car was ready, the answer was that I had to change the brakes and the steering pump, hu! Just because he saw some oil on the underside of the engine. So far I have not been able to understand what was the check that they wrote. Or is it just for me to agree to have the work done with them. Sorry to say but my money was lost on that poor quality check.

They took me just a half hour before closing and replaced my flat tire so I could continue home with a trunk full of groceries. They even stayed past closing time to finish the job. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience at Firestone. The manager, Evie, was great. She took the time to explain everything that was being done to my car, why it was needed, and the costs. She was super friendly and helpful and made sure my car was done quickly.

I called and set up an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Showed up at my allotted time at the start of the day so no complicated fixes were delaying my appointment. I was told it would take about an hour and 40 min because they didn’t have staff. Don’t book appointments if you can’t staff them.

Wow was really impressed with this Firestone! Customer service was exceptional! Clarence was definitely the star of this location! Saw him deal with about four different people all left with smiles 😁

I got a great service when I spent $700.00 service took 2H no appointment. Now bill is $0.00 because its on guarantee for balance and rotation. Just dropped off car. They say it could take 1.5H or longer with appointment made 3 days ago. Feels like it is better service when I spend more money.Update; it took 2H47M

Feel good business. Seems fairly priced and no glamour, to the point service. Would be useful to have some power outlets available for the customer while we wait, and some more seating, but happy with service delivery. I will come back when needed.

They were very nice and professional, but all I wanted was for them to install four tires. They checked under the hood and told me I needed filters and fluids. They said u needed wipers. Because of all this extra stuff it took over an hour. All I wanted was for the tires to be installed!!

While waiting for my cars oil and filter change, the Firestone team member James was an MVP in keeping me up to date with my vehicles status, while even explaining to my mom and me why the procedure took a bit longer than usual. James even tripled explained the reasoning to my mother and me with the same enthusiasm and approachability as he had done this first time, just for our assurance. Truly a wonderful auto care experience and would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

This was one of the worst experience I ever had I left my car there at 8:30 for a simple oil change, I had called them at 1 because they took forever they were like I was just about to call you they told me my back light was out I was like okay cool you can go ahead and fix that 3:00 passed no call I walked over there and seen my car just sitting there and no one decided to call me, I am in the front desk waiting for someone to assist me and no one came 20 minutes passed and they finally assist me, never again worst experience ever and I been going there for years.

I keep giving this place a chance and every time they disappoint. Completely unorganized.Two months ago, I dropped off my car for service, gave them all my warranty information and at 6pm, they still hadn’t started working on my car.Today, I brought it in for tire balancing at 1pm. Should be a twenty minute job and simple, they even quoted two hours. At 6:45pm, haven’t even started. It’s now 7:15, still not started.This business needs to get it together or just shutdown. I hope the DM contacts me to further discuss.

I am still there waiting. I came in early for a puncture and oil change while I was at it. Asked how long it would take.. answer less than one hour. So I decided to wait. After a while, the clerk comes back and piles me up with extra work needed. $$$ . After 3 hours, I am still waiting and the clerk is looking at everyone with his I am so sorry face.I was a customer here for over 5 years. I’ll make sure to take my business elsewhere. What a pleasant experience. How many times would you expect someone to be happy getting 4 new tires? Everyone at this Firestone location was wonderful to deal with, treated me, a woman, with respect, and I now have four terrific new tires for my car. Lifetime alignment and rotation plus 6 months 0% terms. Im a happy camper!

I have been a long time customer to this Firestone and their service is exceptional and fair. Their newest manager Evie is very kind and understanding to your car needs.

Was there recently to get na wild change and mount a tire. Firstly, they changed the wrong tire! Thank God they fixed it, but only when I pointed out that they didnt do it right. Second, and most importantly, I asked them to take a look at my air conditioner because it is only blowing warmish air and takes a long time to get cool. They come back saying it is a cabin filter issue and try to charge me $132 for an A/C evacuation and recharge. I declined and when I left, I notice now my car is blowing very warm air and doesnt get cool - it was much worse than when I took it in. I took my car to my regular mechanic who said that the issue was the condenser, not whatever Firestone was talking about. I got the confessor replaced and now it works perfectly again. I will never come to this place again, they only make problems worse.

Ended up paying usd 90 for adiagnostic instead of a fix. They recommend I go elsewhere since they could not fix the problem with a low beam. The invoice is full of other diagnostics and recommendations I did not ask for or need . Things like replace gas cap etc. Anyway wasted time and money.

We always have a positive experience when visiting Firestone..They seem very fair, honest, and sincerely friendly..I honestly cant say one negative thing about Firestone or their staff.I find them to go somewhat above and beyond the Call of Duty as a service provider..I can be very difficult and picky when it comes to service providers I am very demanding when it comes to spending my money..I give Firestone two thumbs up 100%

I had an extremely positive experience at this location. Clarence helped me along with Jessica and they were beyond courteous and professional. I needed allot of work on my car with the brakes and they found the most cost effective solution to getting the work done. They even applied all the coupons they had to discount what they could and saved me a pretty penny.Im honestly not used to the experience I had here and based off everyone elses experience that came in while I waited, it looked like they kept the customer service up the entire time. Im not going anywhere else for oil changes and work on my car. Highly recommended.

Walked in today into my 11 oclock apartment. 2 gentleman were in the front, one of them was taking care of a customer and the other one was on the phone so no one else in the room . Waited for him to get out the phone but as soon as a white lady walked in, hang the phone up and started helping the lady, I didnt believe what was happening then I asked what happened than he said he didnt see me I said oh my God wow I understand then I walked out. I was quoted 225 for a power steering pump. I left my car overnight and went to pick it up the next day. The mechanic stated that there was something else wrong and they fixed it without my approval and it was going to be 500 dollars. I told him I didnt believe him and that he had no right to fix something without my permission first. He became angry and stated ill just take the part out then. I told him Id pay for it but Im going to take it to another mechanic right after and if the work they say wasnt done then I would sue them. He then took this charge off proving that he was lying about the extra charge the whole time.

They just want to sell you tires like everybody else. But the guy that I was dealing with just wanted me to be safe and he had good reason. I still think this brand tire shop sucks

A nail recently punctured a hole in one of the tires. I took it in for repair and they had it patched very fast. Great service and people!

Very disappointed with the service I had a radiator issue and they told me it was most likely the fan the fan wasn’t working because only one fan turned on, I changed the fan at another place and the mechanic told me the fan worked perfectly and showed to me, then I changed the radiator and haven’t had a problem since. But what’s crazier is what I’ve saved up going somewhere else rather than here was ridiculous. Although I did pay for an inspection that was honestly the worst $100 as they told me nothing but bs

This was my 2nd time to this location and it was a very different experience than my first time. I was taken care of by Evie, whom I believe is a new manager at the Hallandale location.She fully took care of my needs as I explained that at the North Miami Beach location, they had repaired my flat tire for a 2nd time as I starting losing air from the fixed flat after repair seemed to initially work for several weeks. The 2nd repair was much worse as I was losing a lb of air an hour. She said that its not wise to fix the same patch a 2nd time, but she had the tire checked to be sure there wasnt a 2nd puncture.As there wasnt a 2nd puncture and all my tires had uneven wear, I needed 4 new tires. Since I always buy my tires at Firestone, I had warranties on all the tires and received a very fair credit for the remaining tread.Evie gave me my diagnosis much sooner than predicted which also pleased me.Having the lifetime alignment service on my cars, I got my 4 new tires, with road hazard warranties and an alignment and left a very happy camper!!

I had an appointment at 2:00 PM for an oil change on 2/28/2018. After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes my car was finally ready and paid $101. I walked to my car, I got inside and turned it on and I felt something was wrong. The car was taking too long to turn on (approximately 2 seconds) it was lagging. I told them about the problem and they took half an hour trying to find the problem unsuccessfully.They asked me about the battery and I told them that I changed the battery 3 weeks ago so it was brand new. The manager came and the only option he gave me was to do a free computer diagnostic and he said it normally costs $100 to do it. He also said that it would take 1 hour and 30 minutes to do the diagnostic, and I told him that I didnt have that much time (I had already waited 1 hour and 20 minutes plus 30 minutes extra). He said there was nothing else he could do. I told him I wasnt going to come back. I drove half a mile and the car died in the middle of the street. I had to call road service and waited two hours blocking the traffic. Now the car is outside my building and it doesnt start. I have this car since 2014 and never had any problems with it. The car was perfectly running the day before I took it to this place, and it was perfectly normal on the way to that place.This incident took place in Firestone of Hallandale Beach, I have my receipt and road service receipt also.

I had a bad experience at another location and brought my car to this location to get a nail removed & tire patched and they were so much more friendly and done in an hour! Not to mention they kept me updated and let me know what the problem was initially. I will definitely take my car here in the future for tire needs!!

Had the worst experience here!!! Called ahead for an oil change and tire rotation and the rep LIED and charged me for an inspection on a brand new vehicle as well as the other services. I also had previously paid for lifetime alignment and tire rotation and was charged for the rotation. Rep advised it was only for the life of the particular vehicle which was not explained to me previously. Had I known that I would NOT have forked over almost $400 for that amenity. No car lasts a lifetime and I was advised it was on my account for use whenever I needed it. I will NEVER come here again. They lost a longstanding customer. Hey are the worst. This company is going downhill fast.

Recently after an oil change they left the oil plug loose, and just today went to have a nail removed from my tire had to wait 15 mins in line because the woman behind the counter will not get off the phone for her to then tell me they have no time to do it . They had 2 hrs before closing for a 15 min job.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to firestone complete autocare locations since 2005 for everything from tire replacement to warranty work. Five vehicles, three states, since 2005. I get consistent service regardless of location. They don’t BS you...they tell what needs to get done now and what can wait. On several occasions, theyve debunked what the dealership was telling me, saving me quite a bit of money ( e.g. dealer told me head gasket was leaking, firestone showed me it wasnt). Military discount is a plus. Prices are crazy cheap compared to elsewhere and the level of service won’t disappoint. Going on 14 yrs now and going to continue using Firestone for all my automotive needs. Did a fair amount of offroading in my jeep with destination A/Ts, mountain snowboarding trips in deep snow, AND a cross country trip. Solid brand of tires. Overall great experience. Also, if they can give you a discount on something, they will. Always customer-focused.

I left my car for oil change at 2pm, and I called at 4pm, they haven’t worked on my car yet....if I didn’t call, I probably wouldn’t be able to get it back today....I specifically made an appointment so that this wouldn’t happen! This is very annoying

I had a appt to install my tires that I purchased on Tirerack and was told it would take about an hour and a half. About 4 hours later, it was finally finished with other people who came after me leaving before me. I got the usual excuses that they had a shortage of mechanics that day and there is only one machine to do the alignments....but if I had an appointment, I should be a priority!

During Holidays my tire sensor came on and after work 6:30. I went to this location. I let person know my situation and he said he was closing soon and i would have to come back in morning . i commute overi 95 and 595 and explained to him i needed possibly a plug or a patch but he just offered to fill up tire with airAnd take a chance with it .I was even willing to purchase 2 front tires to be safe at to get it done before my morning commuteh owever i came too late to service all he could do is add air to tire. Not safe recommendation to drive on open highway with low air in one tire bad.... I went to Pep Boys even after 7pm and they helped me just fine. Very dissatified
