She did not know anything and everything she did was wrong. The other guys couldnt even hide the smirk and wont help her. She was running up to them for help every 5 min like a puppy. Nothing worked when I tried to activate new phone. I spent another 2 hours on the phone with Verizon. Now it is day two, and it does not work so far. They screwed me big. Save your nerves dont go there.

I’m client of Verizon. I had opened my account at this store 3 years ago. Came at this store around 5pm. Specialist is Christian Pereira. I had 2 questions- account details and replacing IPhone glass which I bought at another Verizon. He didn’t help me with both questions. He couldn’t enter at my account because he didn’t want to do his job. The second question is replacing Glass. He said that he needs a proof that I bought Glass from Verizon. I began to call to customer service for my receipt. But he said me that I must leave the store. I asked him - say again. He said me - Get out from my store! I said him - only after customer service. But Christian Pereira called to Police and they came at store. He made a stress for me and he didn’t do his job. And now I’m stop the contract with Verizon with all my family. Very expensive company and very bad service of your specialists. Christian Pereira doesn’t respect the clients. Unbelievable!!!Zero rate to him, zero rate to this store! You must close your store.
