Bad customer service. Really sucks
Two salesman three customers. Spending an hour in a shop. Staff leaves the shop to the back office and comes back every 5min. The same customers are still in line. Worst customers service ever Ever! Ever!

Worst attention ever. I enter in the shop saying that i have a tmobile number but that im not the titular of the line, the guy says there is no problem (i want it to buy a new phone) so we start the while process and after an hour (because they had “system problems”) the guy told me that the titular of the line have to be in the shop to check the ID... he didn’t even apologized... very disappointed.

Manager Gustavo is useless.He is very unprofessional and has no clue about customer service nor technology.I spend over a week going back and forth to fix my dads phone. At the end he did not give my dad a new iPhone as customer service promised us over the phone.
Aliana was really helpful and took the initiative to expedite our service by doing the work herself instead of leaving it to us. This kind of proactive service and caring for the customer is rare these days and should be commended. She deserves a raise.

My present carrier was hack and service is “The Worst,” in all forms of service. I decided to switch to T-Mobile last Friday and upgrade to IPhone 11 Pro. On Saturday in the US Mail I received a letter from a collection agency stating that I owed T-Mobile $2,261.68! Incredible! I did not have a T-Mobile Account? I called T-Mobile Fraud Department and was on the telephone for an hour and forty-five minutes. I was instructed by Christen given a Ticket No.: 41767287, file a police report, notify US Postal Authorities both which I did. I told the individual on the telephone I needed a Corporate Store and twice was given a franchise store. I went to this location spent another hour and thirty minutes and finally directed to Hollywood Plaza T-Mobile Store, where this matter can be addressed, hopefully resolved. Customer Service promised to call me back within 72 hours day four still no call back? I need to go to Hollywood Store since this matter affects my credit score. The people in the store are not trained in professional customer relations nor have a system as to why you’re in the Store? I waited 45 minutes to be served another 45 minutes of employee on the telephone finding out what to do. For the record the employee argued with me for first 15 minutes as to what was it I expected him to do! Absolutely unacceptable! What businesses do you know that do not have an immediate check in? I’d give customer service a zero but this site does not allow this. I shall follow up with Hollywood Store, for now customer service and this store both receive one star.Regards,Daniel C.
Not only was my experience there worthwhile, it was also quick. The sales associate were knowledgeable and capable on addressing all my concerns. While stopping to take a bite to eat outside of my geographic area, I’ve noticed the store and decided to check it out. No exaggeration but it was simply amazing. The customer service was great, including the treats. Ill prefer to stop by there when and not I’m near by. 😍😁🏆
Fantastic T-Mobile store. The staff is so friendly; customer service is top notch. They are very knowledgeable and make everyone feel so welcome. We have been to this location several times and have always had an amazing experience. I would give them 10 stars if it was possible!!!

Great customer service!!! After months of debating if I should switch over from AT&T, Frank and the whole team at the Hallandale store explained everything clearly and assisted in a smooth transition. Definitely recommend everyone to go visit them.

The worst service of all, stores and offices that I visited. employees work very slowly and reluctantly. I had to wait more than an hour to get the service. its just not possible. I will never visit this office again.

Shady service. After waiting half an hour to get in line I bought a phone and they said it was $19. I read the contract before signing and it was $19 a month. No discount for trade ins. No discount for being a customer for 5 yrs. Only 2 people working 4 stations. Very disappointed.

One of the better T-Mobile locations, and Ive visited many, being a Tmobile customer for over 13 years. Parking right in front is difficult, but available right around the corner, near Burger King.

Ok first of I’d like to say that I never take the time to write these! Lol but I am a firm believe that when you have received the impeccable service I have it needs to be told! So when I arrived I wanted to do a upgrade! Well let me tell you I did that and more! I ended up leaving with an upgrade, 3 Apple watches, cases and glass protectors! The patience of this staff has left me in awe. I had a few issues and they dealt with them all with me in mind! I closed the store down and they didn’t complain not once! Making me happy was the top priority and for that I’m grateful. Nowadays people in customer service actually show the opposite of what’s expected! Instead of being courteous they’re rude. Instead of having patience they’re impatient. Thank god I didn’t experience that here. This staff worked as a team to best meet my needs! Everyone was involved and helped with a smile. From now on this will be my TMobile Fam! Love you guys~ Amber

Mr. Gustavo and the woman who was on duty today 03/27/2021 have treated me super badly today, they have given me the worst experience I have had in a telephone company, I dont know how TMovil can have those people working with the public Apart from the bad treatment they had very little knowledge. In the end I left without buying the equipment that I wanted so much because of a bad job of the two of us, I recommend to all people not to visit this place so that they do not have the bad experience that I had
