Staff is very helpful and accommodating. However, management/owner are very nefarious. Went to buy two separate items this morning. Both marked on sale yet upon scanning came up with much higher prices.

Ive been going to this store for a while now and Ive noticed how rude the manager is.Yelling at Employees and Customers.Ive seen roaches in the store before, definitely a health violation.I used to enjoy going here but the current manager makes me want to start shopping at other places. Greatly reccomended that he is replaced, I feel bad for the staff that have to go through being screamed at during their shift, god knows how miserable he makes some of their jobs feel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great customer service, staff goes above and beyond to help customers. Staff is Knowledgeable about rewards program and other sales.

The women working at the counter just now is the rudest cashier I have ever encountered at a 7-11. If your having a bad day dont take it out on the customers with a nasty attitude, if your miserable working customer service find another job.

No restroom? No problem I will go to another 7Eleven and spend my money there. Lazy employees hurt the brand. Please management get into business.

Whoever works here overnight is really lazy, and doesn’t know how to operate the system, there’s never food in the grill overnight and in my last purchased I prefer the 3$ any taquitos and he charged me 6$ and no promo and said. I couldn’t take it back and I had to pay, paid double for no reason trying to get a 3$ deal. He lied and said “it has to be a hot dog and a taquito” the promo says “any taquitos” got ripped off for free.

Never coming here again!!!..(used to come here everyday) they never have any iced coffee, it’s always empty and I have to wait 30 minutes or more, EVERY SINGLE TIME! They also dont have small or medium size cups. Today I squeezed out the last few drops of iced coffee into a large cups and the lady at register has the nerve to charge me for a medium drink when I literally had 1/4 of a cup filled. And her answer to me was “half a large cup is a medium” .... hmmm. I wasn’t going to argue with her because there was a huge line. Waiting for over 30 minutes every time and then paying 2 dollars for 1/4 cup of coffee. ALWAYS!!! Check ur receipts!!! They always over charge!!!! ALWAYS!!!!! Place is dirty. I will never come back here again.

The dirtiest 7-eleven around Hallandale/ Hollywood area, 80% of the time I get my morning coffee somewhere else, but if I’m in the area I’ll stop in hoping for a good cup of coffee so far no luck... horrible coffee .

The only employee who shows customer service is Ms. A.I appreciate her attention, attitude, and patience with customers.Hint: I love it when she puts background music to set the mood everytime one goes into the store.

I want to say, a person (dont know his name) with mustache who works at the cashier, is the best 7-Eleven worker that Ive ever seen, always in a good mood, extremely polite, very knowledgable about any prices, discounts, coupons... I would definitely put him on the management if it would be my store

Stay away !!!!! The rode manager claims that she is the owner of the place . She didn’t even give me her name because she was scared that I will post something . She has a nasty attitude. YackWill never go back !!!!

The Rockstar energy is not merchandised correctly, the employee had to go into the cooler to find them. 2 rows of sugar free is not correct.

Only reason why i gave a one star is because there is no other worse rating. Employee by the name of ketty refused to give the discount that clearly was advertised by 2 big posters on the front door she also was extremely rude. When i asked her for the discount on tje 99 cent cold drink she said its not today. Then i replied when is it then. She said i dont know and walked away. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

Apperintly the lady behind the counter at 11:15 am on fri 9/9 was to busy to re hit the iced tea brew button or charge me the correct price for my doughnut. When asked to check she said no then called manager. When the manager aggreded with me what kind it was she then got nasty about it. Keep your doughnut i should go on a diet anyways. Stop here 2 or 3 times a week. Not any more.

Only one around and sadly it kinda sucks. I think they changed management the past year or so and since then the staff is lazy and/or plain rude. Half the time youll be standing by the register while theyre ripping boxes or pretending to work somewhere else in the store and have to wait for 5 mins for them to notice and come.
