The pharmacy department should learn how to open on time as medicine is extremely important for your customers!
The store is supposed to close at 12:00am and when I get there at 11:54pm they don’t let me in and said they were closed in a rude way.
I am not one to leave reviews but the pharmacist in this location is beyond rude. Just go to walgreens honestly.
THe worst pharmacy around. Long lines. They are always out of the prescriptions I bring them. They dont follow up on refills. The pharmacy technicians are less than friendly. I no longer give them my business and now got to Publix Pharmacy across the street.
Dirtiest CVS I’ve ever been to. There is always trash in the walk way outside and the aisles. They are always out of products as well. Really need to improve on cleanliness.
Am a cvs cliente but today I got very desapoint about the service receive.Just one attendant persona and a big line after wait for long time the sales persona indicate to me if I would like sign for a story cardSaid yes but for same reason she could do it and told me that come another day for the card because a big line people on lineWell I guess me as a client was un unrespectfully and and top of that they charge me for same that a diden,t ask for so I have back to story for credit.Need people to serve customer’s at cvs unbelieving!!!!!
I had a great experience with wonderful customer service Today from employee Marlene. She went above and beyond to assist me finding what I needed and then again helping me at self checkout. She multitask and yet took care of her customers each in a timely manner and with such care. I hope CVS appreciates her as I did today. Thank you, Jenni
Both this store and the one on federal highway in Hollywood FLORIDA are just horrible. They never answers the phone.I had a prescription transferred there and now it is lost.

Good Location but some of the clerks are very rude with customers and some of them do not use the mask to cover their nose, (only their mouth, which is pointless). If you need a medication right away, Then go there but if possible, i strongly advise to use an online pharmacy.
Just went to the pharmacy and saw an employee and the manager wearing their masks under their noses, while in the store, attending customers. I gently confronted the employee, saying she had to set an example; she replied she had to breathe from time to time and didnt even care to put back hey mask on her nose. I didnt speak to the manager: at that level of denial and rudeness, Id rather save my own breath.
Came to pick up my prenatal vitamins with my 2 month baby and I needed to pick up and leave however Vanessa who started to help me was talking to an other customer who was after me and taking her time to help her. You need to finish helping one customer at a time.Very unprofessional
The pharmacy NEVER answers your call. So, if you have an urgent medication of need to transfer from another store, it will never happen.Try another location
Horrible experience from their pharmacy today, came on a bicycle to the drive-through window, waited in line for 20 minutes and then was rejected by pharmacist because i must be in the car to get service. Very nice 👏🏻👏🏻I told them that I don’t feel comfortable getting into the store due to the virus but they are like “nope, it’s the Health smth policy!”Are you for real people?
The Pharmacy is a total waist of time!!!I keep calling back and forth my doctor office and them to have my only pills I get all year long. Once they have an old prescription, then they give me the wrong quantity of pills, after waiting in line in the store or on hold on the phone 😤😤😤I am so exhausted of all this !!!
No matter what time i go there its always packed up. The pharmacy has the nastiest employees. They just dont seem to care. If you call in advance you will be on hold for 30 to 60 min. I waited there yesterday for 2 hours for them to tell me they wont have the medication i needed until the next day!!!! 2 hours i waited... Why?!?!?! Unreal
One of the ladies that works the front counter is extremely rude and always appears angry for no particular reasons. She is the dark skinned hispanic woman at the front desk. When you say hello to her she doesnt respond or even acknowledge you.

This store is understaffed or poorly managed. They do not update prices on the shelves and tried to charge me 10times the sticker price claiming they just don’t have time to update shelf prices. They also have a no refund or return policy these days. When questioned the price they tried to insinuate that I must have moved the merchandise. After proving I didn’t they still refused to correct the shelf sticker price or move the items (since they initially claimed items were moved to that shelf). This cvs is price gouging.
Id give it 5 were it not for the rude cashier that ignored the 3 hellos from my son who tried to greet her. The other staff are always friendly and helpful as needed, not to mention handle the busy moments and the customers that take their sweet time at the lines.
I am not surprised that this CVS Pharmacy have bed review I had today bad experience with pharmacies by the name Gabby I had to go and pick up my prescription medication and I called to make sure that my medication ready for pickup they answer and told me to come another 1 hour, and I come to there 1 hour and 15 minutes from the time the pharmacist told me I went to the drive-in and this lady Gabby told me go and come back another 15 minutes without any respect and I told her that you told me 1 hour now 1 hour and 15 minute pace why is not ready she told me this the way and thats it she talked to me very bad and not nice I was so upset and I had to wait another 20- minutes she was very rude and I told her that the last time Im going to be buying from this Pharmacy and she said thats okay no problem these is my experience with this Pharmacy I am with in about 4 years and this the second time I have bed experience with this location
Was really good experience at the store on Hallandale Beach. Kevin was helpful, polite and very kind to us. He helped to make a few pictures for passport, we were very surprised with the service what he provid to us! More professional staff like Kevin!
I will for sure move my mom and dad’s RX from here. They never have enough people to help, it is an adventure going there and waiting. They told me that the delivery was free—later I found out they charge $5 for delivery! We are moving them to Walgreens because the service is much better there and they provide free delivery.
The pharmacists service is so bad that it seems like they are conspiring against CVS to encourage customers to move to Walgreens or any other pharmacy nearby. Theyre rude and ignore customers claims in front of their faces. How does a pharmaceutical company have a team diservicing the public like the ones working there
This is my second visit and service was fast on both occasions. I also visited the pharmacy both times. My prescription was processed fast....plus the store always smell great.
We’ve been residents of Hallandale Beach for 2 years now and I’ve never had a problem here. The spanish young girl in the registers is very helpful, specially when couponing. She’s even helped me find the items around the store, when there’s no line waiting. I’ve never had an issue with the pharmacy either. This location is organized and clean.
The worst CVS I have ever been to. Pharmacy staff totally incompetent, charged wrong prices three times, never answered or returned telephone calls. Denied receiving scripts. You name it and they have done it. A real nightmare!

I called few time to ask in the pharmacy about vaccination. After wait 30 min the person that answer hung out the phone.
Went thru drive while waiting for my son prescription the employee throw my id and the receipt inside the basket .While I was signing then she throw the medication in the basket . Don’t know the staff name never got it usually they greet when they get to the window I did not receive the same service I usually do!! If people don’t want to work don’t work !

Wish i had read the reviews before trying to fill an insulin prescription here (im type 1 diabetic and rely on insulin to survive). i called as soon as they opened and i told them i needed it that day since im leaving town tomorrow. they told me it had been processed and would be ready at 3pm that day. never called me, and when i called them to check on the order at 4:30 they said it wouldnt be ready for another 3 days. they made it very difficult to understand what happened to the prescription, but eventually told me that they didnt have it in stock. why did they not call me back immediately after my first call and tell me this?? instead they ignored it and waited for me to call them. had to have the prescription transferred to another pharmacy with only a few hours left until closing time. i did not receive any form of regret or apology. you would think that pharmacists, of all people would understand how important prescriptions are. the staff here is incompetent, lazy and rude.

Poor service. Custumer service reps is non existent. The pharmacy does not care or treat customers appropriately and im a Veteran Told me my meds will be ready at 7pm called at 730pm they stated will be ready in another 20 minutes went thru car window waited 15 minutes no answer came in waited in line another 15 then was told meds not ready that they have been busy. WTF. The manager of the pharmacy should read the reviews there is something wrong with this pharmacy.

This location is very clean and organized, and the staff is kind. They have slow service but overall is a good CVS.
This is the WORST pharmacy Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It is ALWAYS something with them. They dont have the prescriptions on time, they never got the prescription from the doctor, they dont see what youre talking about, and this is on multiple visits. I do noot ever want to have my prescription sent here again. Some of the employees are nice which is why I have it 2 stars, but overall its terrible.

This CVS is not one of the most welcomig,I had a prescription medicine for my baby.Waiting on the drive thru for over 30 min behind a ladies car. When I finally get to the window they tell me that the medicine is going to be ready in 5 min and that I have to wait in the parking lot.WHAT????I had to wait behind a ladies car with my son crying!!!! Over 30 min and this guy tells me to wait 5 min in the parking lot.OMG !!!!Be professional CVS.
There is a program called OTC that senior citizens use for an allotment of money per month. The general management (CEOs of CVS is really lame, They could be making fortunes in impulse buying when insured senor citizens come in for their over the counter monthly allotment. I know there are things that I would buy beyond that allotment . Also the monies allowed will be doubling in my policies that means more to spend in that EMPTY STORE.
Terrible!!They are so rude in this CVS. Drive thru is a waste of time. The pharmacy staffs are very very rude. They are all over the place in this pharmacy. I waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru before one of the staff came. He told me That he has no way to know if someone is in the drive thru and he had an attitude. Also, They gave me the wrong pills, i dont trust that place and I have no energy to deal with morons. On top of that, I parked my car, went inside to buy a water, the line was out of control because they are short on staffs.
The pharmacy is terrible. I came in with my insurance told that Im covered come back to pick up prescription Im not covered but they will send to Walgreens. I was told they will take care of it I dont have to do anything. Then when I go to Walgreens a week later they dont have it when I call cvs I ask why it wasnt sent he says Walgreens has to call them. When I ask him why I wasnt just handed back my subscription paper his answer is I dont know. The. When I ask why I wasn told I dont have to do anything he says you dont they have to call. How can Walgreens know to call if I dont notify them that is exactly me doing something. He is continuously saying to me that I dont have to do anything. Then I finally say well if I do nothing how will they call you? Do you send gen an invitation to call? He says no you have to tell them. What the heck are these idiots doing to get hired.

Never has prescriptions needed in stock at pharmacy. This pharmacy always has to order prescriptions and you have to wait a few days. The wait time to pickup prescription is 2hours. Not a convenient pharmacy for when you are really sick.

I would not recommend this place to anyone because there are associates in the pharmacy that the treatment of customers is not the most correct all the medicines are messy the prices are not in the right place and the cleaning is terrible and there are associates of the pharmacy who do not treat To the customer with the respect he deserves, that is why I give him 1 star and believe me that if I could give him 0 star I would give it to him because the associate of the pharmacy passes you by the side, he does not say hello to the customer, he keeps walking and annoyingly talks to you. wrong
I do not understand why you do not have people who speak Spanish in this Farmacy, the commercial advertising that happens on TV or radio talking that (we speak Spanish.)

They do not speak Spanish and I have tried to communicate and they treat me badly according to CVS norms they speak several languages and have translators but it is not true CVS has become racist
