Third world operations. Dropped off a script they said it would be ready in one hour. Came back made me wait 30 minutes. They then said the medication is out of stock and I should try a different Walgreens. Spent 45 minutes waiting while they helped other customers that came after me. Terrible experience. Not friendly staff. Not organized.
Made my appointment for a COVID test 3 days in advance. Pulled up to the drive through and there was a piece of paper printed out on the window notifying me that COVID testing was cancelled for the day. No notification prior, I even got my confirmation email the same morning. Now I have to wait another 2-3 days for another appointment to get cleared to go back to work. Based on the other reviews for this location, their pharmacy staff needs some help. Fast food workers are held to a higher standard than this, I never expected to get “Ice cream machine broke” regarding a PCR test during an international pandemic.
Ive been leaving in Hallandale almost 8 years and come in to this Walgreens many times. But is the first time that some treat me to bad an she is the manager stated. I went to pick up photos and she asked me very rude what I want to pick up?I do not If you can pick up something else besides photos?? Them she left me there almost 15 minutes and them came back and asked me what size of photos? I said many sizes and gave my name. IShe gave me the envelope and dont even check out so I wait as well for that. Really my worst experience. Try to training your managers!Customer service is the first thing!!
This walgreens has gone downhill. Computers are always down, cash only.Never any stock you need. And only a few great employees. So sad.. Close it. Or get a new mngr

Great customer service. Great employees. Great products. I really love the store. I always find what I need. The store is clean and neat. The staff are very helpful, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable, especially Ms. Elsa, Ms. Hodges, and Ms. Nelly. They always assist me whenever i need assistance. They always go above and beyond to help me out. Im truly appreciative of them. They deserve a raise or a promotion for their tremendous performances. I hope they can keep up the excellent work that they have been doing.
Be aware of incompetent Pharmacist manager on duty 2/16 10am, I was told by him Im only allowed to take 30 pills 1 a day, yet almost 4yrs Ive been always taking 90 pills 3x daily even confirmed by my doctor and yet refused to admit his mistake and apologize. I never had issues before until these last 3 months and always with the same pharmacist who clearly doesnt know what he is doing he gave me an attitude in the drive thru and again by phone when I found out hes the manager as well still trying to tell me how much I need for my medication

The most unprofessional and slow service I ever experienced in my life, I had an appointment at 1 for a covid test I was there mins before one, two cars were in front of me by time I got to the front of the line, I was told I have to come back at 2:15 because whoever perform the test is already at lunch after waiting 30 mins I’m the line ... I now came back at 2:15 pm and waited another hours, please avoid the location if u want your test done at Walgreens or make sure you don’t schedule if u have to go back to work or anything like me ! But this is the most horrible service I ever experienced! Totally unprofessional and ridiculous.

Horrible experience...on my way out I saw a Contigo bottle & it was only $14. The bottle had some sticky unknown stuff that got on my hands but it was the only one & I really liked it so I intended to buy it anyways. Before checking out I asked an associate “Rochel” (not sure on the spelling) for the bathroom so I can wash my hands. I was told that it’s closed, when I kept insisting that I needed to wash my hands I was simply told it’s closed. A bathroom is a basic human right & it should be accessible especially to a paying customer. How is it that amid a viral pandemic where we’re told to frequently wash out hands the bathroom is closed inside a pharmacy! I live down the street from this pharmacy & frequently shop here but after multiple uncomfortable experiences, like rude cashiers & not accepting cash, I’d rather drive further down to CVS.
Its incredible they have one person for the entire store night shift..... ( at least thats what the associate and store manager said) horrible customer service... long line of people waiting because there is no one else available...

I went there yesterday and while at the candy isle looking for some chocolate, this white,long haired and bearded man came and right in front of my face started to take off the sale stickers without at least saying excuse me, so i said excuse you but he didnt care at all. On my way to the cash register i met the manager (Haitian woman) and told her what has just happened and seemed like she didnt care much about it! To both of you, your customer service sucks!!

There is a man that works there at the cash register that is a real-life pain in the rear. He is extremely rude every single time I walk in there and I see him being rude to other people as well. Just a nasty guy. Hes got long fingernails and hasnt had a haircut in about 7 years.
Had to get a prescription filled there. The girl working the counter, Victoria was very helpful and explained everything to me. Very nice people and very friendly they were.
The gentleman at the photo counter was so nice and very helpful.
The best and friendliest staff ever only marred by how hard it is to get checked out. Bad enough the check out desk is very small but they constantly have only one person at the register to deal with a long line.

They are terrible. I would truly give them an F-.For months I have been having a terrible experience with them. I have never seen worst service. They renew prescriptions that have been cancelled for 4 months-even after I have called repeatedly to cancel them,; actually speaking with a person, who guarantees that they are never going to refill them. Then, they do not have the only two that I need; and they double another one! They are completely out of control.They leave a pre-recorded message saying you have a prescription re-fill, and do not say which medicine it is for. If course, my husband picks up and pays $150 bucks-and it is the cancelled one! Then he comes home and complains how much it cost., so I have to repeat the whole scenario.If your only hobby is going to WALGREENS a few times a week for nothing, or if you love speaking with automated phone systems; this is the place for you.
Kerline the manager is the rudest ever! Every time I ask her for a product that is not on the shelf or a question she starts scratching her head with attitude and cracking her neck as if I am bothering her. I asked her to open the restroom for me while she was talking to another employee and she told me I had to wait until she finished talking to the employee to open. I once went back for a return which I thought I was going to get cash for and when I asked her why I was getting a store credit she told me but if I dont want the credit I didnt have to take it with an attitude. The night manager Eric is constantly talking bad about other customers in front of customers he starts closing the store 45 minutes before closing time on the loud speaker. Not to mention reminding you when you come into the store that they are about to close. Insinuating that when customers are making returns it is because they are stealing the merchandise from other stores. This is the absolutely worst Walgreens that Ive ever been in!!! the customer service was horrible! the cashier waited until after I swiped my card to tell me that they didnt except credit cards for those transactions. Good thing I actually had some cash because my money wouldve been gone and not refunded to me for a few days. DIANA who was my cashier didnt smile didnt even attempt to apologize for her mistake. Then as I am leaving I say thank you and I know she heard me but she proceeds to ignore me so then I repeated a little louder and she still ignores me. Everyone in this Walgreens looked like they were just chilling around and getting drinks out of the cooler. Im definitely calling corporate.
This Walgreens is the pharmacy for my family. They are convenient, super friendly, knowledgeable staff, and always have the medications in stock.
