I ordered an item through Amazon. My shipping instructions were not followed. Last time.

I was unable to leave feedback through e-bay so I thought I would do it here. The rain cover I had ordered from VCC arrived without the eye-piece to attach it to may camera viewfinder. I contacted VCC and unfortunately they no longer carry the one I received. Brian was very helpful and was quick to offer a full refund for my purchase. I will definitely look forward to doing more business with VCC and would highly recommend them to anyone needing camera gear. Hats off to VCC and Brian for outstanding professionalism. These guys have everything you can think of for photo/video. About a year ago I visited this store. I bought a $200 professional tripod for HD video with a detachable dolly - similar models usually sell 4-8 times more anywhere. I use it in all of my events - it is heavy duty. I cant think of anybody in the 100+ miles radius with such great selection and prices.Yaniv Feldman.
