I have such a pleasant shopping experience every time I come here (and a hard time trying not to buy everything in the store!). They now have a partnership with Marie Kondo (aka the queen of organization) and the stuff they sell is very tempting. The store is run by very nice people. Would come back to buy more things I didnt know I need.

I visited this store recently for the first time. It is big, well organized and the cashier was nice. There is plenty of parking. The products are quite pricey but other than that it is a nice store to visit.

Great place to do your business, great customer service.I did my order online,parked in the loading zone, got my items brought to me by a very polite and friendly employee.

Great store if you need any size containers.

I ordered an elfa system with installation.I got confirmation of everything.The very same day that I am picking up the order, and one day before installing, I get a phone call saying that they have everything ready except for one work surface piece.They wanted me to reschedule and did not offer an alternative. They should have offered to have everything done as planned and the missing piece shipped separately, which can be installed after initial setup of the unit,Bad service

Fairly good quality products, practical storage solutions, and convenient hours of operation. Have been customers since they first opened doors in Florida years ago. Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped with our remodeling project. Everything we bought looks great 👍 but wheel casters gave in rather quickly due to poor quality making the “movable storage solution” unmovable and, thus, a lot less practical 😔 than expected.

Absolutely the WORST vendor. I sent them three different requests via their online customer service form to cancel an order over the space of a week.They ignored all of my emails and sent the package anyway. Since returns are at the customers expense this has cost me a great deal of money. I suggest you buy your products on Amazon which has a much better customer service policy.

I love this place! It sparks so many organization and storage ideas & solutions. They had a product/solution for almost every home, office, garage storage and/or organization challenge.Word to the wise, if youre looking for something specific, have measurements readily available - it just makes it easier!

Awesome selections to pick & choose from for a variety of household or office needs. Store has a nice and pleasant scent upon entering thats not overbearing, the sales associates are helpful and informative. Its very easy to allow time to slip away while shopping. I purchased wall paper that I couldnt find anywhere else. Theres plenty of convenient parking spaces to access the store. And its located conveniently near other stores.

Everyone was so helpful and wow what a difference from the last time I was in a Container Store. I had no idea about the custom closet design! I will be back

I absolutely love the Container Store! They have everything I need to organize my house. I have lots of shoes and had run out of room to store them. I had a flimsy shoe bag from Bed Bath Beyond that I kept under my bed. It wasnt doing the job. I found two high quality underbed drawers from the Container Store. I loved them so much, that I went back and bought a third one. They hold lots of shoes, sweaters, and caps. They are very durable and will keep the dust off my items. The sales associates were pleasant and I liked the fact that they were helpful when I needed help, but also allowed me to explore the store without following me around. They were not pushy ☺. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that this store is kind of pricey. I do plan to go back next month to buy those lovely and expensive looking jewelry organizers for my closet.

They have everything here to organize your home. They will even send someone to your home to build a custom closet. Beautiful hangers to choose from including some basic styles as well. Plenty of parking and centrally located.

I only came in here to use the bathroom. The stuff they sell looks nice although it does look a bit pricy. I think that you could probably find anything you can imagine for storage and organization here. I think they should probably have some kind of security here and check the bathrooms. There was a guy that seemed like he was living in there, so I ended up not using it. I guess its just the nature of the area, being near the racetrack.

If you want containers, storage solutions, and lots of handy household items, this is the place! Good quality items and nice variety. Such a refreshing place when comparing to Walmart or other options.

Super rude employees!! We were told rudely with major attitude they were closing in 10min, again at 5min, & then that they were closed repeatedly by every employee. They hound customers to leave. We had merchandise in our cart but when we went to check out a lady rudely called out to us across the store we are closed! There was a line to check out! So they didnt want to check us out because they were in such a hurry to get off work? Ive worked retail & you never kick out customers with merchandise! We left our items without paying and left. Ill never return to such a rude store!

If you like to organize this is your store. They have everything. I also found lids to my glass jars.

Prices are over-priced I dont know if hes the rent is very high buy customer deserve better prices

Been a while since I have been here. Always fun to browse. Didnt have the floating shelves I was looking for but still managed to find a thing or two to purchase!

Pay to have them install elfa closet or buy another system... Im a very talented handy man But I had to go back to this store 4 times to get everything I needed... They load you up and everything is supposed to be there... GOOD luck with that!I called and I asked questions about installing and got a supportive attitude from them but got a big zero on real answers to my installation problems.

Great store and service. It was my first visit. My only complaint was that they did not have what I went there for. I wanted a stackers jewelry box with the charm rods for the Pandora jewelry charms. All the stackers stores on line and in the UK carry them. I bought a beautiful white glass Stackers jewelry box but I really hope they start carrying the charm rods. They are losing out on a lot of business. Ive been in retail and customer service my whole life. This is a no brainer for me. I couldnt stack the charm bars fast enough if I was managing or owned that store. They are losing out on growing the business even more.
