Hi,by far the best pharmacy in Hallandale, Hector and the other gentleman are second to none. All blond ladies are wild theyll help you in 1-2 minutes. Now the front desk black lady is the most polite person in any pharmacy, extremely helpful, question? no problem she knows the answers. All prescriptions are done in 5-8 minutes. Disgusting service from a pharmacist name Hector. They refused to fill my valid prescription from my husbands doctor because they didnt know who the doctor was. I have moved from another state, I have private insurance but they wanted to treat me as though I was filling oxycodone for cash. It was disgusting - I was given 3 different stories from Hector and another technician and couldnt receive a consistent answer. The pharmacist Hector, hung up on us as we spoke and claimed we werent being nice.Edited on 1/20/21 - Since the owner replied with a half-truth, I decided to edit this post further based on the conversation we had with the owner after the initial conversation with Hector. The owner/adminstrator of the google account wants to claim we were combative with following their guidelines which is inaccurate - our entire concern was being misinformeded and given 3 different stories about filling a valid prescription. Why would the story keep changing? Turn away the prescription if you dont want to fill it, but dont come up with 3 inconsistent lies and then get aggressive with paying, privately insured customers..The owner/adminstrator of the google account also forgot to mention the part where we discovered that Hector the technician/clerk misrepresented himself as a licensed pharmacist during the initial conversation - and when this was pointed out, the owner then backpedaled and claimed Hector was like an owner since he worked there for several years.Either way, the lack of honesty and transparency between the employee and and owner when it comes to forward facing customer service makes me glad we went with the chain pharmacy nearby instead. If the owner/pharmacist in charge is okay with a technician/clerk misrepresenting himself as a licensed registered pharmacist/doctor of pharmacy in something as simple as a customer service exchange, I would never trust receiving any prescription or medical advice, or guidance from these people.

Best Pharmacists and Staff of Employees, Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to please. Family type atmosphere with every customer who enters! We’ve been using them for years and years. Thank you Budget!

Price gouging us. $10 for a mask and $10 for a flimsy shield for the face but they obviously made themselves. Everybody should remember this after this is over

Best prices around bar none. If you understand how business was done 2530 years ago you can deal with the folks here. They are are in a fast paced and exacting environment were precision and low errors are key so you are going to get somewhat terse and abrupt treatment. Its an old New York northeast style customer service. Very familiar, very quick. If you can handle that go there.

I cant say enough for the kindness, professionalism, and human touch of everyone at this pharmacy. Even medication problems that normally take weeks to resolve with chain pharmacies, done within minutes! Even if they werent local, Id go out of my way to come here. Its about the people, and the people are wonderful.

I was in here yesterday with an elderly man who upon entering said they had refused to fill a much needed prescription for him following his surgery because He wasnt filling all of his prescriptions there! What??? Is this their policy? OK, I wasnt there for that one, but when we did enter this time, the Pharmacist was yelling at a hunched over old man with a cane at the counter. He never said one nice word to the man and my heart was reaching out to him. I wanted to take him somewhere where a pharmacist would be happy to serve him and where service would be pleasurable. While I may have to assist someone who wants to go here in the future, I NEVER will buy anything in this store and will voice my opinion of them to anyone who asks!

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. They refused to fill a medication they had in stock because I am not filling my everyday medications here. They care nothing about me, the patient. They were very rude over this situation. SHAME on them

Unfortunately I have been put in the position of having to call around to local pharmacies to get a prescription filled for a hard to find medication, so I called this pharmacy.I was treated rudely by two people, and they did not have the medication either, I do NOT recommend this store !!
