I had a scratch near the headlight on the side and he fix the scratch and bus the side of the headlight. It looks brand new such a good job I was very happy with everything. Weve also use them on my husbands car and they did a great job on the bumper. He had hit a cone in the middle of the highway and its split the bumper. You cannot tell its been worked on its just a beautiful job and I recommend them to everyone.

I got into a wreck, lights were broken and my door was pushed in. So I had my car sent here to get it fixed. Called and the appointment was pretty simple. The lady at the desk named Holly made things really easy and simple to understand and got right down to what I needed for my car!( Very sweet lady!) My car was finished in 2 weeks! My car was good as new! No dents, doesnt make the popping sound when opening the door and the paint job looks perfect! Holly also saved me a lot of money! Definitely would go back!

These for have had my car for more then 60 days and still the car is not finished even when the insurance has already paid them in full they keep giveing me dates of completion and its still not done.i would not recommend this shop for any future repairs

The quality of repair work on my vehicle was superb. However, there were a few issues with the overall experience that soured me greatly on this location. They over promised and under delivered, very little communication on their part. and last no attention to details.On each occasion I called they had no idea on the progress or what stage of work was completed.Let me begin with the first issue, I was quoted 2 1/2 weeks to compete the work, It took 4 weeks to complete the work. The day I picked up my vehicle was when I learned the work was not complete. 2 parts were not replaced because they had not received the parts and it would take an additional 7-8 days for them to receive said parts. I had to schedule another appointment to install parts. They could not tel me how long installation would take. However work was completed within a day. Lets move onto a lack of attention to detail. The interior of my vehicle had a layer of dust top to bottom. Items in my glove box were removed and left on the passenger floorboard. No attempt on their part to make it right. 2 parts on interior driver door were not properly secured I had to point out this issue to them so they could secure the unsecured parts on the next visit.They highly encouraged a deposit of half the total amount to order parts and to start the work, which I provided. Upon delivery of the vehicle I paid the remaining balance even though the work was not fully complete.All parts were installed properly. Quality of work was great. Customer service was poor.

Lets me start by saying the office help is not the issue. I took my 2019 Chevy 2500 in on May 18th, 2021. This truck was in very excellent condition inside and out prior to the hail event. I even did a full interior detail with leather treatment prior to dropping the vehicle off to ensure it was clean and free of excuses. Well now here we are and here is the run down:It has taken over 4 weeks to get to this point and my truck is still not complete. I have inspected it 3 times and each time they have failed to fix the original items that I personally circled with their paint pen. Fisheyes in the paint, scratches in the new paint, scratches in the original paint from their work, metal shavings under the hood in the motor, metal shavings scratching new paint, dents not repaired properly, overspray on the interior, overspray on door jambs, door trim not fastened, paint on the hood is not the same color as the rest of the truck, I could go on.I have yet to hear from management after 3 days and 3 separate trips. The shop Forman Martin, is a complete idiot and has no clue how body work is done. He said they dont buff or polish vehicles after painting! Its a wonder how this guy even has a job other than being an interpreter, he has zero ability or knowledge of the industry. He said they cant get anything perfect.. .... This is the attitude and expectation you should have if you drop off your vehicle. Do set your sights to high for the inferior workmanship, you will be disappointed.The shop is filthy, the office is outdated and a mess.They cash the check before you get to look at the vehicle so people are forced to get attorneys involved. They even sign the checks for the customer and claim it is a standard business practice.This business is a complete mess. I still do not have my truck of have I been contacted by management. Insurance company is telling me they are going to have their legal team investigate and seek damages.Do the right thing Collision Maxx, get you affairs in order and do a professional job as advertised. You 100% lifetime guarantee is worthless if you cant get it right the first time!All I ask, as I stated in my initial call, will my vehicle look new again? I was told and guaranteed by the staff that it would look better than ever and the paint guy was one of the best in the business.So far, my toddler could have done a better or equal job.Im waiting!

Be careful here! These guys do not honor their commitments, nor do they warranty their work. I trusted them to repair the front bumper on my Bentley and wish I would not have! The repair failed almost immediately after I got the car back. When I studied the failed repair, I noticed that they used a wood screw to attach the bumper to the fender. That application doesnt work on any vehicle, much less a high end one. We will see what the courts think about this one. BEWARE!!

I brought my mustang here for repairs. I paid out of pocket so I was looking for a deal. Well I got a deal, i should of went to Service King instead. They repair most of the parts and even used some of the damaged parts that werent bad. The manager/owner Mike told me the most expensive part of the repair was the head light which was 1300.00. Well, he bought an aftermarket head light for 700 and they do not match. They are different colors. When I told him about the light, and showed him the difference, he told me I needed to pay the difference for the OEM original light. Iif you tell someone thats the most expensive part then you should by the correct part. Now my car has body lines that dont match up, Im missing an inner fender well, and dont forget, 2 different head lights. Thanks collision maxx, Ive learned my lesson.

Horrible place. Do not get suckered in on the paid deposit offer. You will end of paying more in rental fees plus the shoddy repair work! They took over a month to fix my door. Did a horrible job with over spray everywhere. Clearly the door they used to replaced mine with was from a junk yard as it has cuts along the window sill. I took it to an adjuster after I saw and she told me I should have my insurance company cancel that check! She couldnt believe the condition of the car gave it to me in! The interior was absolutely filthy! They tried to blame me actually implying because their are scratches on the outside ( from strays cats probably) that I MUST have brought to them that way! Yes somehow scratches on my car explain the dirt, grime and powder that was so think in my car that dust flew up when I slapped the seats! After I proved that no my car wasnt like that when I dropped it off (through showing them the pictures my insurance adjuster took pre-repairs) only then did I get a lousy $50 to get my car cleaned!

During quarantine I lost my job so my car was just parked. Couldnt afford insurance. One day a pick up truck running away from a hit and go smashed into my car and yes, ran away. I really needed a job but my car wouldnt move without rubbing into the tire. I called and Holly gave me an estimate I couldnt afford since Im out of work. All I needed was my car to move and for the damage no to be on the way. She understood my situation and made sure my car had only the necessary repaires so it would work in an affordable way. within two days I had my car back! Once I get a job will take my car back to fixed the rest of damage that I couldnt afford initially.

This place definitely lives up to its reviews. I took my Explorer in before going out of town for two weeks, was told, two weeks is more than enough time, no problem. Here it is, day 18, one week of bumming rides to work down and they tell me should be ready by Friday, its Monday. Oh, and before they respond with insurance this and that, I had payment approved and set up to be sent to them before I left town. Try somewhere else, unless you got an extra car.Edit: After getting my car, a month later, the airbag lights stays on. They said they will contact the insurance company and call me back, two months later, no call. They have not called me once throughout this whole ordeal. Good Luck.

Unfortunately this place did not meet any of my expectations. I took it in and the paint I guess was dripping and dried up that way. The tailgate top piece was supposed to be replaced and what they did was used the previous piece and it was so crooked that it was lifting up from our back tailgate. When I asked to speakWith a manager I was told that the front desk lady was the manager but she was unable to help find a solution to the problem. So then they kept it to try and fix the issue when I got the truck back it was so dirty. The interior was mind you, like they had nothing to do with the interior only the back of the pickup. So overall do not take your vehicle here it was very poor

I could not recommend more highly Don and his team. These guys are in business for the right reasons and offered fantastic customer service throughout. Stopped by there on the referral of a locally respected service shop because our front bumper kept popping out. After about a 30 second diagnosis, it was determined that the part needed to fix it would only cost $2.50. Don insisted on ordering the part for us and doing the work at no charge since it was such a minor fix. Turns out it wasnt as minor as they thought and still insisted on doing it at no charge. What?? Fix something for free for a person that they had never met before? Who does business like that anymore? Ill tell you who does... the honorable, go-above-and-beyond Collision Maxx in Haltom City! Complete rip off ! Got the insurance check and my car has been there over 5 months, no loaner vehicle, not even a call to let me know what was going on with the repairs. Lied to every other week about when to come get the car and it would be ready and never has been ready. I had a high deductible on my vehicle and its a lease, after i threatened to come pick it up regardless to whether it was fixed or not.. they emailed me and said I can only pay cashier check or money order to pick the vehicle up. After they inconvenienced me for over 5 months, got paid, never called in 5 months to tell me about how much the estimate was, what the repairs were none of that. I have a lawyer and I am suing this company for discrimination if nothing else. However, I would never recommend you take your car to this place unless you want a constant headache. Dan, Holly, and whoever else they have working there are useless. They have all been trained to lie and they do it very well. They will mess over the right person and the entire business will be shut down. They say they charge the insurance company more to help you with your deductible, yet they use cheap parts, keep your car for months, and provide crappy service. Never ever again will i take my vehicle to any of their shops, but I will see them in court ! Very SOON !

I took my car about a month ago, and after reading some reviews I am not sure if i will get it anytime soon. I understand it takes time but they never give updates on how everything is going which is really frustrating. One time I called to check on it and they told me “it wouldn’t get fixed over night”, but it has been a month, so I don’t what over night means to them. I have been struggling to get around in the mean time with no car, I wish I would have made a better decision and gone somewhere else. The only thing I am hoping for is for a good quality work on my car.

My husband and I were highly impressed. We took our truck in for hail repair and it looked great!!!! They also waxed the truck which you could even see your reflection in. Took a Ford Fusion here to get the bumper replaced. Geico referred me to them. They said it would take around three weeks to complete. I finally got the car back a month and a half later, and to this day I am still having issues with the bumper they installed. The headlights were not adjusted properly, and when my wife talked to them about it they told her she would have to make another appointment because the bracket that holds the headlight in place was stripped and hard to get to. This repair was done quite some time ago and I keep having to replace headlights. I don’t feel another appointment should have been made and they should have got the car in when it was made aware to them.Just took the fusion to the ford dealership to have them look at the headlights and they told me the whole passenger side light assembly had to be replaced. This is what collision max said was hard to get to and would have to make another appointment. The cost for the repair is over 900$. This should have been taken care of by collision max at the time they had the car previously and not out of my pocket. The insurance company paid max the money for a new bumper but not one where the light assembly has to be replaced.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Took my car here in may after the hail storm in April 2017. They had my car just shy of 3 months. After 2 1/2 months they told me my car was ready. Went to go pick it up and the car is dirty. White stains all over my black seats, dark stains on my car liner, a snag in the liner. They messed with my remote starter and popped out plastic pieces they had no business taking out. The outside was worse. The outside was dirty, had scratches in the windshields, scratches in the paint. Not just compound that could easily come off, like deep long scratches and nicks all over the car. At the time my car was about a year old. Well kept since I’m keeping it for a long time and the first car in my name . I was very unhappy with the condition my “fixed” car was in so I spoke to the owner and he didn’t want to take any blame. Saying all the scratches and stains were there before and I needed to take better care of my car. I left my car so they could fix those issues and was told they would detail inside and outside. Came back the following week to pick it up. Some scratches and stain were removed but not all. All though some scratches were removed, somehow new ones formed that were yet again my “fault”. Took my car to a dealership after and the head maintenance guys said they didn’t fix the hail dents on the side parts of the roof. They just put compound over it and now if I don’t keep up with maintaining it, the compound on the roof will crack in about a year or two. Absolute horrible service! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Before reading reviews we referred my uncle who took his three cars there and his experience was just as bad as mine. His review is actually some spots down from mine.Edit: The car was brought in under my fathers name, not my name since he was the one to set up the repair.

When I brought my vehicle in for repairs, I really didnt know what to expect. I have never had a wreck before. They were very friendly and helped me understand what to expect. I had a $500 deductible and ended up not having to pay any of it!! The car looked great when I picked it up. I would definitely recommend this place and (although I hope i wont ever need it... I dont even know were to start. I took 3 cars to collision maxx for hail damage in may 2017. One of my cars was in the shop for 3 months. I was told to come by the next day to pick up my car it was done when I arrived my car was still not cleaned up to inspect, as I was walking up to it I could see the hood of the car was not lined up, I mean not even close. I was told this the best it will get, I told them I guess your going to have to order another hood because I will not accept this. My other two cars are still waiting for the chrome stripping to complete the service it is now been 3 half months.

I couldnt find the review page for Watauga/Ft Worth area. We sent both of our cars off separate times from the hail damage! Stupid insurance company only wanted to give $500 for both of our vehicles and Mario and his coworkers got them to insure all the damage. I had a 2016!! I was determined to get it back to brand new considering it was only 2 months old if that when the hail came. My car is back to tip top shape. :) It only took a bit longer because of the insurance company but still had it back to me within 3 weeks. People complaining about slow service and crap must be close minded because I am pretty sure they have limited people for the mass over flow! They did a GREAT job with my car. Mario came and got my car and dropped off because I had kids at home and worked night shift which eased my mind so we just happen to have an extra car so I didnt have to rent even though that was covered also. My husband got extra work done and he is A-OK and happy with all the extras they did. Will definitely refer people to them. I had my 2017 GMC Sierra repaired at Collision Max, the whole passenger side was crashed terribly. The front door would not even open...The office staff was very friendly and helpfull, I was sure there was no fixing it, but they assured me it would all be fine..Before I knew it they called me and my truck was ready. When I seen it I could not believe my eyes. It was like the accident never happened, the finish looked better than factory and they even cleaned the whole truck inside and out...The crash was very unfortunate but they exceeded my expectations and would definitely recommend them to anybody.

These people were supposed to call the auto adjuster back out to total the car out and instead they did the work in 3 hrs and charged for a lot more hours than it honestly took. They put the same parts from the wreck on my vehicle and tried to call it good. Two ye at a later they tell me that they gave the car away and without legal process. I have an unknown person driving around doing only God knows what in my vehicle in my name. I have received tickets from multiple cities and toll tag fees. Be weary of this place.

Wonderful recent experience at both Collision Maxx on Watauga road and Davis Blvd! Raymond Wagoner (Davis blvd) helped establish the work that needed to be done while David and Holly controlled the management of their services at Watauga store. I think my car was repaired better than it was before the wreck! Thats saying a lot! And they saved me my deductible as promised! The repair took a little while longer than expected but it was well worth the wait! Thanks again to the whole team at both stores!

If I could give a negative 5 star rating, I would. I took my car here because I saw all the good reviews but, unfortunately, I had the opposite experience with them. First, I dropped my car off on 7/18 right after I got my inspection done. I know that my car is hard to find find part for, but does it take 3 weeks? Maybe. They told me it would be done by the middle of the week of 8/1. I call to get a status update and they say we got the part and we are working on it, it should be done by Friday. Friday rolls around and no one calls so I stop by the shop and ask them about it. Don says they just have to get it cleaned and detailed. Call tomorrow morning and it will be done. I call the next morning and the guy who is there has no idea what Im talking about, he says that he was just thrown in at the shop. I tell him that Ill just wait until Monday. I call Monday morning and the lady says that the car just got up to the front and she needs to check on the balance (I was confused because the insurance paid for it). She never called me back, I had to, once again, call her. They said I could pick it up...FINALLY!!! I got to start my car and it wont start...at all. Everyone acts confused and so then some guys come out and they are like oh, there are a lot of cars whos battery goes dead bc the cars are just sitting here. Then he tells me that theyll give me a jump and I have to go to Auto Zone down the street to get the battery fully charged. 1. They KNEW my battery was dead and no one told me 2. I left my car in their care for 3 WEEKS and they could just drive it around the block once a week so the battery wouldnt die? Seriously, you know that the battery is going to die and paying customers are not expecting to have to spend the next 1 1/2 hours at Auto Zone getting their battery charged. Then I leave get my battery looked at by Auto Zone and they say, your battery is dead but its going to take a long time to charge. Well, I have this thing called a job and I cant spend an hour sitting at Auto Zone so I decided to drive out the charging. Now all the lights on my car is going off and the engine light is on, I call Collision Maxx and tell them, they have the stank mentality that none of this is their problem and my battery is bad. I bought a good battery 2 years ago, its not bad...at all. Then I have to get jumped again after 30 mins of driving and after that, I cant even turn my steering wheel so, I call Collision Maxx again. And Don had the same stank mentality that none of this was their fault and I just needed to get a new battery. But, if one would think about the root of my problem, it is ALL their fault because they allowed my cars battery to die and to have a car in their care for 3 weeks they, as a car care establishment, should have known enough to drive my car around do the battery would not die. I strongly dislike this place and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone.

Spend your money on a more effective marketing strategy. Do not come into a gated apartment complex and leave your PAPER brochures on everyones windows. Especially when it is about to rain and youre informed that its about to rain. A few vehicles already had paper stuck to the window from recent incidents with your company and you still had the audacity to leave ANOTHER piece on top of that. It is unprofessional and leaves a bad impression of your company.

DONT TRUST! Ive had my car in their for two months now! When they first towed my car in to the shop they called everyday to give me an update. At the end of the call they would ask for the insurance check. This went on for about a week. Once I handed them the check the calls stopped completely. When I would call for an update, customer service sucked! No one in that shop knew how the car was going! Got a call from an ex employee that told me my car hadnt even been touched! Dont trust these people with your money!

They did a great job on my Armada!!! Paint job matched perfect! It was my first accident and I really didnt know what to do besides claiming it, but they handled everything! I was worried about getting screwed or not liking the results but everything turned out great!!! If I ever have or am in another accident (hopefully not lol) I will go back to them! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!This was the worst experience I ever had. I brought my truck here because I was trying to save my deductible and ended up being the worst decision EVER. The damage I had was a dent on the side of the truck bed. Nothing major. I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday and i was told it would be ready by the end of the week. I called on Friday and was told it would be ready Monday. I called on Monday and they said they havent even touched it yet because they was waiting on a part to come in. I use my truck for work so I am now losing money on wages the longer they keep it. I was told once again it will be ready at the end of the week. I call at the end of the week and now they say they waiting on more money from my insurance and was told once insurance approves it should take a couple days. I called my insurance the same day and was told it was approved and everything was good to go. Couple days later I call Collision maxx and was told they are short staffed and they have other cars in front of my truck and are just now starting on my truck but once again it will be ready at the end of the week smh. So this makes the third time Im told it will be ready at the end of the week and mind you I have now lost about 1500$ in wages as I have not been able use my truck. And I had to turn in my rental car because I was already paying 150$ out of pocket and didnt not want to pay any more. I call Collision maxx at the end of the week once more and was told they havent even painted it yet and it wouldnt be ready till the following week. Finally at the end of the following week my truck was done. I picked it up and it paint does not match and the I am missing the bed liner on the new bed part. But I cant afford the time to have them fix it again so Im just gonna have to live with it. So basically I took my truck to get fixed with the expectation it will be done in 4 days and save 250$ deductible. The reality was it took about 4 weeks and although I didnt not have to pay the 250$ deductible, I lost 2k in wages and had to pay 150$ for my car rental. Still had to bum rides around for about 2 weeks and give money for gas to friends and family. Def not worth it. Do your self a favor and just pay the deductible and take your car to caliber collision or some place like that.Side note- one girl in the office I think her name is layla was very pleasant and helpful the whole time. As for the other office girl I think is named heather was rude and and seemed like she could care less of my situation. She should take notes from Layla on customer service because her customer service was just as terrible as the paint job on my truck..

My brand new car sat there for 10 days for miscommunication and bad work ethics. My brand new car sat out side with both windows down for most of the days while my brand new leather interior and media center filled with dirt and dust. Than they couldnt even match the paint properly. Im guessing they used paint thinner on the over spray to wipe my plastic seals around my door and windows and the plastic trim melted. This place is a joke and shouldnt even be open.Metalic black cx9 is the paint color from the factory.. not just black admitting to not matching up paint properly is your own doing . And body rock replaced my seal and window. If you want work done right go toBody Rockspaint and body.

Used the location at 6404 N. Davis in NRH. The negative reviews are correct. The owner Mike seems like a good guy but he has some real turds working for him. Repairs were not done correctly, interior of my truck was filthy, and Robert does not give good customer service- he is dishonest nor does he do the Quality Control work he should. He comes across as a good guy but dont be fooled- once he has your vehicle hes a different person. Took 7 business days to repair a minor dent in the rear quarter panel of a Silverado and replace 1/2 of the plastic bumper cap. Heres a tip for Collision Maxx and/or their competition for handling fender bender customers and the like- get a credit card on hold from the vehicle owner (were already on the hook if the insurance company refuses to pay so whats the difference), order the parts/supplies, then when they arrive schedule a technician to complete the repairs at a coordinated time with the vehicle owner.

Dont try to save your deposit/deductible... It honestly is not worth the trouble... Go to Service King or Calliber Collision. With friends, references and close family including myself... Weve gone through these three companies... And this company is by far the worst and sketchiest of the three... They promised O.E M products and to bite the deposit/deductible. I called and made appointments with the three and all the companies are maybe a dollar or two difference in price... But main reasons to select a collision company is for one 1) Respecting the customer... 2) Stay true to your word 3) Quality 4) Time it takes to complete the job 5) any rental or help to get a car to drive in the time being... Etc... And 6) cleanliness. And from those companies I tell you the truth that this one falls short in every category... They promised to fix my one light that had a small fracture on the very edge of the light... Said it would cost anywhere from $500-800 per light so I said no... Its ok do not change it out! Leave it alone... Why? Because I was afraid that they would take my two lights out and replace them with cheap lights such as HIDs... And they did... They took both my lights... And after I noticed I confronted them and they said they were sorry and theres no way to put back old lights because they threw them away... Really? Haha! Those were brand new lights! Nothing damaged other than a small cut line the size of a 1/4 of an inch! Everything held in place and you couldnt even recognize the cut unless you seriosser were up close to it! My lights are dinner and not even adjusted and bounce all throughout the night.... And its not even tightened... Im just waiting for it to fall out of place do that I can call corporate because management wouldnt do anything... Promise me... Save the trouble... Go to Service King! Do not try to worry about save $200-500 because you will be ripped off!!! And my paint doesnt even blend or match! It still has hairs/lent on it! So yeah not professional or anything. They said it would take 2 weeks or less... It was over 3 weeks... And 2 weeks in didnt even start on it! I called every other day to check up on it... They lied and created new stories every time... Could even hear them in background say... Oh its that guy again... Hes calling again... What do I say...? (And if they say Im not a customer Ill show paperwork and try under Enrique Mendiaz or Elisa Mendiaz... Try looking up Mendiaz family in general... Yall are extremely rude people)

I was referred to Collision Maxx and I regret taking my vehicle there for extensive hail damage repairs. I dropped my vehicle of around 5 pm on 03/28/2016 and wasnt given an ETA on when my vehicle would be completed but with an insurance check in hand of almost $8,000 I assumed they would get to work soon. My insurance called me on 04/09 to let me know the shop had requested a supplement of about $700, which they had provided, and ETA of 04/13. I never received a call from Collision Maxx on any of the information my insurance provided so I waited until 04/14 to reach out to them. I received some excuses about delayed payment from insurance, which I stated was not true as I had already spoken with my insurance, and then another excuse regarding the PDR not being able to get all the dents out of my roof and doors. Im sure Robert could tell my frustration as he stated my vehicle would be done by end of next week, 04/22. I am then informed that the rental car I am using needs to be returned by 04/21 which prompts me to call the shop on 04/18. Again, I am met with excuses about paint and special pinstripe detail work which will now cause my vehicle to not be ready for another week. If I would have known it required over a month to complete the repairs I would have gladly taken my vehicle to another shop. I am extremely disappointed in Collision Maxx due to the lack of communication, the constant excuses, and extended time it took to repair my vehicle. I would not recommend Collision Maxx to anyone.UPDATE 05/27/2016I picked up my vehicle on 05/03. I had finally received my vehicle back after 36 days. Unfortunately I took my vehicle back on 05/05 for the paint and pinstripe to be re-done. Not to mention they damaged my vehicle and returned it extremely dirty. They didnt even bother to clean the dirty fingerprints on my ceiling lining. I spoke with Don & Holly regarding my disappointment of the condition of my vehicle and was assured that everything would be addressed and corrected. I picked up my vehicle yesterday, 05/26 around 5:45 pm for the second time. To my surprise my vehicle was completely re-done. The pinstripe looks great and my car was cleaned well. There are a few places in the paint that have imperfections but after 56 days of not having a vehicle I am willing to overlook those imperfections. Don stated I could go whenever I had time to get these imperfections addressed.UPDATE 06/06/2016The paint on my vehicles roof is cracking and looks as though it is melting off. Holly & Don both apologized and stated my vehicle would get repainted. I took my vehicle in on 06/04 for Don to look at it and he stated he would get me a rental vehicle on Monday and have my vehicles roof repainted. I received a phone call from Mike, shop owner, who demanded I remove my Google review if I wanted him to pay additional money out of his own pocket to get me a rental. Mike cursed and yelled during our conversation and when I asked, Does the quality of service and work on my vehicle rely on the removal of my Google review? Mike insisted that I was not listening to him and that he wants the review removed if he would pay for a rental. He mentioned that the warranty covers the paint but he did not have to pay additional money for a rental. I asked why I was offered a rental by Don if this was not a possibility without the removal of my Google review. Mike said it should have told to me that the rental was depending on the removal of the review. I told Mike it did not seem as though he, as the owner, wanted me to have a good experience with his shop and that I would have to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. He stated he could not do anything about that and asked if I was dropping off my vehicle today. Needless to say I was extremely frustrated and disappointed after this phone conversation. For the owner of Collision Maxx to tell me that my vehicle was costing him money or that my vehicle has been expensive to repair is just appalling and speak volumes to the level and quality of service I’ve received.

I took my work truck in and the office personal where extremely nice. They took the time to explain all too me. After I received my quote I turned it in to my office, and once I received the OK to get it fixed collision maxx in haltom city received it and ordered the parts and in one week the truck was done in a week. When I arrived to pick up the truck was sitting out front and it looked brand new. I opened the door and got in and my truck was filthy inside because I work in a lot of dirt and mud. The truck was detailed inside and looked better then I could ever make it look. I was so happy and very pleasantly surprised. When ever anyone I work with or anyone who asked about a body shop I will praise collision maxx.

I chose Collision Maxx initially because it was close to home and helped with the deductible. Big mistake. When I finally got to pick my car up, there was over-spray all over the body and windows. One of the techs actually said out loud it was like that LMAO! Another poor tech had to spend hours removing it with some kind of putty. The handle on the door on the side of the car they were working on got broke when it was removed and the speaker grill on that door had a hole in it (they did replace the grill). Ill stick with the usual suspects from now on, so much for helping out the little / local guy... :(

This is an update to my review below, which was written and posted in late November, 2015.I received a call from Robert, the new office manager at the Collision Maxx North Richland Hills location a few days after I was turned away. He told me that they had located my misfiled paperwork and that they would be happy to replace my broken door handle, free of charge. He said he would order the new part and call me when it came in. I got a call two days later and was told the part had arrived and I was asked to bring my car in and drop it off. Robert told me that he anticipated my repair to be completed at the end of the next day, (paint drying being the subjective.)He called me just when he said he would and told me that my repair was complete and my car was ready to be picked up. I didnt have a ride, so Robert offered to come pick me up. I have to admit, their body and paint man does an exceptional job at matching up paint. I believe that my initial experience was simply a misunderstanding, and I would recommend Collision Maxx to those in need of paint and body work.Posted by Charles P. Altman on 12/14/15We took our 1999 Buick Park Avenue to the newer Collision Maxx location at 6404 N. Davis Blvd. In North Richland Hills and dealt with B J, who manages both locations. We have a door handle that you lift up to open. The metal catch had broken off, so the door wouldnt open. The fix was simple-remove the inner door panel, remove the old handle, replace with (what I was led to believe was) a new GM door handle, which had to be painted. They completed the job on March 19, 2015. I paid $263 and left with my “lifetime warranty” in hand.The same “GM” handle they replaced, broke again in mid November 2015. This is a one man shop. He came outside, gave it a jiggle and told me “Yup, it broke again.” I left a copy of the original receipt with him, and he led me to believe that they would order another handle and call me when it came in. I got a call three days later while I was out of town. When I got back to town on Nov. 30th, I went to their office. The guy behind the desk was told by B J that they couldnt repair my vehicle. I asked why not, since its a GM part, Im sure theyll replace it. He said he didnt know where they got the part. I then asked him what if I pay for labor? He told me “we dont want the job.” I turned and as I was walking out the door, he said “Were sorry.” I thought to myself that he had finally said something that I agree with.Posted by Charles P.
