Totally impressed with this place. Had some pretty significant scratches on my new car and they did an exceptional job repairing them. They fixed this while I waited despite being obviously very busy I felt like I was a VIP. unbelievable professionalism. Carolyn was awesome and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this place and will use them again for all my future needs..10 stars

They supposively fixed my front fender...but did a bandaid solution on it... just to get my insurance $$$... well 8 mos later this is what happens its all chipped off little by little... they must use some CHEAP sorry ass paint! Dont come here. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment.
Please dont go to this place car has been sit for two months and finally got and now the parking sensor got mess up so I got to return the car to this place to get it fix, plus they told me that the car was going to get wash before I get man !!! Somebody was using my car and they are so dumb that somebody leave a drink can into the holder cup, overall 1 star
I do not recommend this business, I have been waiting on my vehicle now for two mths . Yes ppl two mths !!! On top of them giving me the go round they don’t communicate what so ever . It’s like chasing toddlers around . Prepare to lawyer up if you come here cause that’s what’s about to happen with my situation if this chaos continues .

If you are wanting to get services done here make sure your on top of them and knowing when you will get your car back. Because apparently my parents car was ready on a Friday, didnt get a call that day nor all weekend. WE finally call in on MONDAY to see when it will be ready and they say oh it’s ready. We get there and half of the door handle was missing which they had absolute no idea about because their car was left out front without any security since Friday!!! Somebody tried to rob my parents car n they didn’t even once apologized for what happened. Instead they want to make up excuses and blame the fact that we got a “discount” for our repairs. Discount or not that shouldn’t even be brought up when all of this could’ve been avoided if they would’ve done their damn job and gave my parents a call the day it was ready. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They definitely lost a customer and future referrals if our cars aren’t even safe at their facility.

They were super nice and helpful. I went in to get an estimate for a small bumber incident and they took the pictures and did everything within an hour and about 2 hrs later i got my estimate emailed so that whenever im reads to take it in, they have all of the information.
Just wanted to shout out to Carolyn she was a wonderful lady that will guide you though the whole process and she stay on top of this body shop is a place to go for repairs.And i live in the Red Oak area and it was worth doing business with them.

We have been rear ended and was not our fault. The other people had elephant Insurance & went through some company called innovation, but we were connected with factory finish and glad we were. They kept in touch with me the whole process and Matt did an excellent job on Customer Service. In the end they totaled the car completely but I had to go back and get our things out of the car and I had a lot of stuff, and Matt backed the car up and helped me move everything to the rental car. Always a :-) and if we need any kind of work done we’re going to go back there again. I trust them they’re decent and they are all family and that’s wonderful
Extremely disappointed in the service I have received. When my car was “fixed” the first time they did not replace the front grill that they were supposed to, they painted over a sensor, they did not reattach the plastic clips in my wheel wells, they also took the damaged supports out from under my back bumper and forgot to replace it. 3 weeks after they had “ordered parts” we were able to bring it back to be fixed again. I will say they fixed those items....but upon return of my car there was an empty beer can left in the back seat that was not there when we dropped the car off.
Factory Finish is one of the best customer experience i have ever had. Starting with Matt Argil who not only kept me up to date but went above and beyond at getting me my car back as soon as possible. And the quality of work they do is exceptional. Thank you everyone at Factory Finish.
Christmas eve I was rear ended in my 94 Toyota Pickup truck. I am thankful the person that hit me had insurance. I took my truck by Factory Finish and they said it would be no problem to fix it. They also took care of arranging for my rental car. Manuel and Lorenzo explained that my truck was pretty old and it is sometimes hard to come by salvage truck beds or panels in good shape. I had total confidence in them. I appreciate that Factory Finish knew how much I like my truck. Honestly, I am more comfortable driving my truck than a rental. When I went down to pick the truck up, they walked out front with me. As I rounded the corner....all I could say is WOW!!! My truck looked great, better than I could have imagined. Thanks to everyone at Factory Finish.
Very polite and friendly. Kept me updated on my car while it was in the shop, although, it took three weeks to finish it which wasn’t ideal. Other than that, great service!

Took car for repair after accident. Repairs was supposed to take 4 weeks to complete repairs, they kept my vehicle for 3 months with very little communication. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I realized someone rummaged through my middle console and stole my expensive sunglasses and Identification. Although I was told my repairs were complete, they were not and my car is still requiring repair. They insist that all repairs were completed, my car is worst off than is was prior to the accident! All from an accident that was not my fault. This place is trash, I would not recommend anyone to use this shop! Low quality customer service and repair. If I could give zeros stars I would.
Honestly, I have the worst luck with cars. If its not one thing, its another. I was on my way to get an estimate for my car, when while on the highway, things went south. Long story short, right at my wits end and with nowhere to go I was literally picked up and my day was saved by the owner, Manuel. He saw I was in distress, and came to my aid. They were able to get a tow truck out, and able to get me into a rental within an HOUR! Not only did Manuel (and Factory Finish, of course) restore my faith in humanity, they also made me comfortable and reassured that I was in excellent hands. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Ran over a sign and tore my bumper on my work van. I explained that I cant work without it. They put a rush on it and got it out a day earlier than they originally said and it looks great! Very happy with the whole experience.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! They have had my car for 60 days for a 14-day repair. Theyve been paid over $6000 so far by my insurance company. They have lied repeatedly. They cant solve the current alleged problem so theyve pawned it off on the dealership. It took them 26 days to even order the parts needed to fix my car. They dont return phone calls. They dont give status updates. They are rude and condescending. They dont work quickly. They dont apologize. THEY ARE AWFUL! I have to show up at the shop in my rare spare time to get any information. Read the reviews on Yelp - Ive experienced all of their complaints. Ive filed complaints with BBB and the Texas Office of the Attorney General Consumer Affairs Division. Choosing Factory Finish was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made.
Once again factory finish has me driving away happy! They have worked on now 3 of my cars and they always do amazing work in a timely matter and a great price! Ignore those negative reviews!
Ive taken my vehicle for Repairs here and I am absolutely pleased with the results! They are not only great with repairing my vehicle, the staff are also very polite and helpful they go above and beyond to help you. They even Clean and vacuumed my car before I picked it up!! They are great!!! 😉

They did an awesome job on my 2016 Mitsubishi, body work was amazing my car looks like it never had any damages to it.
I had my personal van worked on by Factory Finish, my wife backed into a tree. Not only did they get the back open, they repaired the door and made it look like it never happened. Service was great, price was cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere, I would definitely use them again. Not only that, but they detailed my van for me before I picked it up. My van hasnt been that clean since I bought it.
WORST BODY SHOP IN AMERICA. I took my car in because Infinity insurance uses them to do estimates. So I was thinking they would be a good company. They put on the first bumper and tried to give my car back with the bump completely miss aligned. Also there were 2 small holes on the front fender. When I went back they put a new bumper on but it was still miss aligned, the fog lights were not tightened and there was damage to the drivers side back bumper and tail light. Factory finish not only did a horrible job on the repairs that were needed but also else damaged my car further or have no way to protect the vehicles in their possession. I will be filing a BBB complaint, contact the Texas insurance commission so other insurance companies know about factory finish and get a lawyer so I can get my car fixed correctly.
Taking my car here was the worst decision ever. I was referred to them by Acura so didn’t check their reviews. Big mistake. The repair work was supposed to take 5 days and ended up taking 15 days. I would always have to call for updates (they should of called me to tell me it would take longer). The worst was when I went to pick up my car. The center console had a tear in the leather, which was not there before. The car was left disgusting inside and out. They said they would investigate the damage and came back and said it was already there. Um no. I think I would of noticed a big rip on my center console. They wouldn’t budge. So now I’m stuck with paying for the damage they did to my car and will have to detail the inside. Very disappointed with this shop. Very unprofessional and shady. Do your research before coming here!

My son has had his car in there for 11 weeks now and they are STILL not done with it. I was called last week and told the car would be ready yet the wiring was still not complete and now they have submitted another claim to my insurance company wanting to charge them for something they lost! I am not happy with this place and I would highly suggest anyone find a different shop to go to!I have now filed a complaint with the BBB as we found out that they installed a motor with 10k more miles hen the one that came out of my sons car. They respond to all complaints the same, even on BBB stating that they have done all they can.
My 2015 VW GTI was very nearly totalled by a front-end collision, and Factory Finish did a _phenomenal job_ on the repair. The car looks and drives like new, so I am very happy overall with their work. There was even a minor issue with my seatbelts that they are working to resolve now without having to bring my car back.There are two reasons I dont give five starsFirst is because it took 83 days to get my car back. It was certainly a large job, but thats a heck of a long time to be without a car, and for the price, I would expect timely service. There were several weeks when I heard it will be done by xx date and it kept going past that date.Second is because there were very few times when they said we will call you back that I actually received a call back. If you arent going to call... dont tell me you will - please.I will say that Traci and Richard were friendly and professional on the phone and always did find out what was going on with my car for me when I called.
DO NOT USE. They promised to fix the 1800$ of damage they caused on the inside of my car to fix the outside hail damage. Even destroyed my headliner and wont pay a dime. Took my car to another place and they showed me where instead of pulling the dents out they used filler across the roof of my car. It is now damaged forever. My car was 4 months old when I took it to them with less than 3000 miles on it. I now can feel the cold air blowing in on me from all the holes they left in my car. Horrible horrible place

2016 VW Jetta 3 months old and a hail storm hits Arlington TX. Took the car to the “Dealership Preferred Collision Center” Factory Finish in Arlington. Was told did not need an appointment for the repair, “just drop it off anytime”. I dropped the car off on Friday 4/15/2016 and was told I would get a phone call on Tuesdays and Thursdays with updates on the repair status. On Saturday 4/16/16 I received a Text from Car-net that the car had been driven at 92 MPH for 10 min. and 8 sec. On Monday received a notification from Car-net that the car had left the Arlington body shop and after checking Car-net again, discovered the car was parked in Haltom City. Tried contacting Factory Finish that day (Monday 4/18/16) via phone – no answer. Went to the Arlington body shop on Tuesday 4/19/16, was told they transferred the car to their body shop in Haltom City due to their workload. Would have been nice if I had been notified prior to the transfer? Said they would “look into” the 92 mph from Saturday a few days earllier. Was also told they were submitting a supplemental claim (which is normal) to the insurance company to replace the car roof and hood due to the damage. Told it would take 7 to 10 days to complete this supplemental process. Received an e-mail from the insurance company on Monday 4/25/16 that supplemental was approved. No notification or further communication from the body shop.When our rental car authorization was due to expire in two days (30 days paid by insurance), I decided it was time to retrieve my car from the body shop and find an alternative repair facility. Contacted the Arlington shop on Thursday 5/12/16 and told them of my plan to pick up the car. Was told I would have to deal with the Haltom City shop. Drove to Haltom City and told them I wanted to get my car with no more work done. (I also wanted to look at the car.) Found body shop had subcontracted the paintless dent repair (PDR) on the sides of the car. PDR had been completed by day 17, according to the note written on the car windshield. Car had been at the Body Shop 28 days and the remainder of the repairs had still not been started.They said they would have to get the invoice together with what the cost was to date and get the car ready for delivery. Should have everything completed by the next day (Friday 5/13/16) and they would e-mail me the invoice. Received the e-mail Thursday evening with the invoice and stated we could pick up the car at 10:00 am Friday. I noticed on the invoice that we were charged for PDR repair on the trunk when in fact I had looked at the trunk when I was there and no repair had been done to the trunk.Arrived at the Haltom City shop at 10:00 am Friday 5/13/16, discussed several problems/questions with the invoice, paid for outsourced work done and parts they had ordered but not done anything with. Went to look at the car again. Tail lights were still not installed on the car and all kinds of markings were still all over the car (dents circled, notes on the windows as to what had been done and when the PDR was completed, nothing done to the trunk “because there was no access to do the PDR”). Had to request that they clean the windshield before we could drive out. Obviously car was not ready for delivery to us because of the condition we found it. Loaded the parts in my truck and drove off.Bottom line: I do not recommend Factory Finish for any type of car repair. Very poor communication, lousy customer service, and want to replace everything they can make more money on and ruin the integrity of a new car. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THIS BODYSHOPP.S. – Found a reputable brick and mortar PDR shop Friday afternoon 5/13/16. They received the car at 2:00 pm the same day we took the car from Factory Finish. They completed the PDR on the entire car (no parts replaced) and had it back to me the next evening (Saturday 5/14/16) by 7:30 pm.
The estimate lady S.G needs to get fired. ordering parts without having a work order signed and now charging me for something i never gave permission to it. and im not talking about a small amount of money. poor company if thats the way they work with customers its sad. people like that just ruin the business.
The reality is: Their service is horrible, poor and mixed with very bad miscommunication!1. They took an extra 20 days to fix my 2003 VW Jetta b/c they had internal issues going on... which cost me money out of my pocket for a rental and gas!!!2. And for the inconvenience the GM said they would try to work something or give me a discount for the inconvenience and he went back on his word.3. I reached out to their owner on more than one occasion and he has neglected to call me back or email me.4. Im contacting the BBB for their bad business and service5. In addition, they call themselves a Christian Company... Bad business. BEWARE or BE BURNED.
