These guys are very good. They are very professional, and did exactly what they said that they were going to do. My Corolla was extremely damaged by a hailstorm, but Beau and Crew made it look just like new. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend them to anybody.

I had 2 quarter size dents on the tailgate of my truck, an elbow size dent on the passenger side, and needed to replace my windshield as well. I quoted multiple companies. Dent Mechanix spoke confidently when reviewing the damage to my vehicle and asked questions other companies did not consider. I cannot speak highly enough of this business. I brought my brand new truck in with substantial hail damage (200 pings on the hood, another 200 on the roof). This locally owned shop has the best customer service of any shop I have ever been to. I chose this shop solely based off of customer reviews and boy am I glad I did! Beau Allen (the owner) went above and beyond to make sure mine and my wifes car was taken care of perfectly. He handled all of my insurance issues, drove me to the rental car location multiple times, kept me updated the vehicle statuses and even took care of our deductibles! I tried to get an estimate for a major hail damage job for five months. I did everything I was asked to do and visited the shop many times. I always got a different excuse as to why I never got the estimate. I tried to give my money to a small business but apparently they didnt needed and never had the courtesy to say so. If you want your vehicle properly fixed, go somewhere else.

I took my car there a while back for hail damage. My car was covered with a serious amount of damage, my car looked like a giant golfball. I was expecting the work to take a while to do. They did it in a little over half the time. They could have been slow for all I know. I was worried about the large deductible from my insurance company. They took care of me and helped me out big time. I highly recommend them.

Im rating my experience with Beau and his team as average for the following reasons: Dents from my vehicles hail damage were completely removed, however, fine scratches or small breaks in the paint have appeared in replace of them, most prominent on my trunk for instance. Multiple false It will probably be fixed by... and delays. When I arrived to pick up the car, the rear fender and trunk were still being worked on. I had to wait about a hour before I could finally drive it outta there. Bo did go the extra mile in providing me a rental car even though my insurance didnt cover that and polished out the fuzz on my headlamps.

They did an exceptional repair job on my Passat. The car had over 400 dents from hail. They brought the car back to showroom quality. Very professional. They worked with the insurance company to ensure that all damages were identified and included in the initial estimate.

Never had hail damage to any vehicle I have owned. I found this place doing a search in my area for hail repair. I read a few reviews and decided that they were legit. I am one happy camper, these guys know what they are doing, and I must say they communicate well and will do what ever it takes (within reason) to meet your inconvenience. My car was damaged in a hail storm at DFW airport (The Parking Spot (S)) on April 6th. The repaired car is a 2016 Toyota Camry, it had about 300 hits on all areas of the car. It took about a week to fix, and a week for the OEM parts that could not be repaired (Trim, rubber molding, and headlight.) All toll approximately 6K worth of damage. Their communication is outstanding and knowledge of insurance criteria is exceptional. Definitely recommend Dent Mechanix.

Give this magician time and he will work magic! Our F150 has an aluminum hood with hail damage, aluminum is a nightmare to get dents out of but they got them out. Im very picky about paint repairs but these guys did an amazing job.

My car was beaten up pretty bad from the March 16 hail storm. A representative came by my house and was extremely nice and answered all my questions and worked out everything with my insurance. They worked quickly and did a beautiful job.

My new truck was really beat up from the recent hail storms in North Texas. Insurance guys and other shops wanted to replace the hood and roof with sub-par replacements; if youve ever read much about replacing a roof on a truck, you know it is a hit or miss proposition (horror stories include hack saws, crappy welding, leaks, etc.). We were referred to Dent Mechanix by a family friend and, consistent with our friends promise, they over delivered. They spent several intensive days fighting with the insurance adjusters and painstakingly using paintless dent repair techniques to make the truck look new again (without cutting off the roof and using replacement steel). Im a believer and will go back if I ever need similar work.

We had some rear bumper damage, and I wanted an estimate for insurance. They looked at it, and got under the bumper, and pushed out most of the dent, including the rubber bumper strip. We can buy a new reflector ourselves. There were also some scratches on the passenger door that they buffed out. And it cost less than my deductible would have been.I will definitely recommend them to anyone, and if I ever need dents repaired, this it the place Ill use.
