Just left the shop after being recommended this place, A day before i was scheduled to leave out of town. Walked in and met Alex, right off the bat he is very polite and professional, even though he was working on a tight schedule himself, he managed to fit me in and repair my truck, with as honest and very fairly priced as he is, i will gladly be doing business with him in the future!

Its so hard to find a mechanic you can trust. When I find someone I can trust, I tell everyone about them. When I met Alex in 2009, I was in a rough spot financially. I was recommended to him by a friend. Up until that point, I had never met a mechanic I could trust. I was amazed at how straightforward he was to deal with. He fixed my car for next to nothing and didnt try to sell me anything else. He wasnt like your typical mechanic that says, Well, while we were in there fixing the main thing, we noticed 17 other things that are imminently going to fail. Itll be $3 billion dollars plus your first born and the next two years first-round draft picks. I told him that I was amazed at the way he did business and asked him if he treated everyone this way or if he was just hooking me up because of our mutual friend. He replied that he treated everyone this way. I told him Id send him everyone who ever told me they needed a mechanic from then until the end of time. Ive kept true to my word. Im an insurance agent (a fairly successful one) and I meet a ton of clients. Im not saying this to toot my own horn, so to speak. Im saying this to let the reader know Ive sent Alex/Auto Xperts somewhere between 5-600 customers since Ive met him in 2009. And every single customer has called me back to tell me how amazing their experience with him was. They all have variations of my same story: Alex was the cheapest they could find, he only fixed what was wrong with the car, he got it right on the first try, and hes so very knowledgeable and just a great person in general. Before 2009 and since, Ive met several people who have told me their mechanic was the best but after hearing my stories, agreed to give Alex a try. It turns out their mechanic wasnt the best and theyd switch to Alex. In fact, out of the 600 customers Ive sent him, exactly zero of them have ever called me to complain or tell me that he was more expensive than somewhere else. Hes never lost to anyone. And thats amazing, considering he could charge so much more than he does since hes got 40 years of experience working on cars. Its rare in any industry that youll find someone who gives you the best quality of work AND the lowest price. Usually, you get what you pay for and if you go somewhere thats cheap, youll get cheap work. But with Alex you get the best of both worlds. Youll pay less than you would anywhere else and youll get higher quality work than youd get anywhere else.P.S. He doesnt pay me a dime for all of the referrals I send him. I send him all of these people because when I find someone whos amazing at their trade and doesnt charge a lot, I send them everyone I can find. I like helping people, and so does Alex. Thanks, Alex, for being the best at what you do. I hope you live to be 140 years old so I dont ever have to look for another mechanic!!
