Wish I could give them 5 stars, but everything after them taking payment was a bad experience. We drove 2 1/2 hrs to get there, walked in, were greeted, assisted to find 4 types of tile and carpet and granite, and paid. The customer service was great, the selection was great, the prices were very good. Everything had to be ordered and we were told it would be approx 2 weeks to get it in; they told us to download the app and track our order. 3 1/2 weeks later the app didn’t show our order had arrived, and we had contractors waiting. We called up to ProSource and were told “oh yes! Your order is here—everything arrived last week”. We drove 2 1/2 hrs to ProSource and they then told us we had to drive to 5 different locations to pick up all the parts of the order ourselves. One of the places didn’t have our freaking tile—it would be another week. Which meant ANOTHER 5 hour round trip to get the rest of it. It is SUCH a hassle to get what you order that I wouldn’t go here again

This company has to be moved to a five star. After a mix up in the tiles ordered the manager, Daniel stepped in since Alexa was out sick. He took charge of the situation, located the problem and more than satisfied our need for getting the product to or home.

My husband and I were advised to visit this business to help in our search options for flooring. We were greeted by a staff member and told that the account manager we were to see was with another customer and would be with us shortly. While waiting, we shopped to try and narrow our selection and afterwards took a seat and waited to at least be ACKNOWLEDGD by this account manager – the customer that was being assisted had left and there was no one at their desk. Unfortunately, we were not acknowledged, and had no idea how long the wait would be. We would have appreciated the common courtesy of the account manager walking over to us, introducing themselves and advising that although their schedule for that day was full, as a courtesy to a fellow contractor, they would be with us as quickly as possible. A business is only as good as their customer service.

Selection was great. Price was good. Communication was exceptionally bad.It’s been frustrating but I won’t say that I wouldn’t go here again if I was on a budget...Once the main part of my order was done, I couldn’t get my salesperson back on the phone to get the tile I needed to finish the job. It was something that was not super urgent...so I was patient...but after 4 voice messages and a few texts unreturned, I called, explained the issue, and asked for someone else to help me...no one even bothered to apologize that I couldn’t get help in 2 weeks, just passed me on to someone else and then they took my order (I only guess they ordered it since he didn’t call me back either to confirm but since I was charged for it...I’ll have to call to see if it arrived, I guess).

Great place...especially after the remodel. Matt is great!

I brought a client into ProSource by appointment, looking for master bath tile and Brian Fraley was able to bring pieces together that met my clients expectations. He gave her reasons for not buying one which shed brought in from another tile company, pointing out the shape would build up soap scum likely on the walls. we both agreed. Then she picked a beautiful 4 x 18 bianco glazed porcelain that had subtle waves that made it glisten throughout, and will be put on a chevron pattern to add interest, as Brian suggested. When we left, she pointed out Brian was more knowledgeable than the rep from the other tile company. Thanks Brian!

This review is definitely overdue! Our experience here was amazing. Neil Lima is the BEST! We LOVE our new carpet and get compliments all the time on how nice and plush it is. Neil asked all the right questions and then directed us to our choices for each of our rooms. Also had a contractor readily available the same week. Thank YOU!

An Outstanding experience! This was my first time ever visiting this business. When I walked through the door, this (beautiful) woman...who was on the phone, took the time to give me a big bright smile, wave hello wit her free hand, and silently motioned her lips to say hello. As soon as I walked into the showroom a sales rep walked up to me and asked if I needed help. I was referred to Edgar, so thats who took care of me. Edgar was very cordial, friendly, didnt hesitate... by his actions, to let me know he was there to accommodate me with finding what I needed for my project, and he was very knowledgeable with wood and tile flooring in, whisper was why I was there in the first place.The place was clean, set up in an organized manner, and had a good selection of window and flooring products.

Once again Bruce Blackmon has come through for me and my clients. I can always count on him when it comes to cabinet design.

This company is the best kept secret in North Texas. They have a great website. They treat their customers right. There was a mixup on my order where they accidentally charged me a lower price and they honored the price for future orders so they did right by me and that is why I give them five stars. We are going through Pro Source in Fort Worth for every single tile, wood, carpet, and backsplash choice in our home. I want to give Leah Chalfant 10 stars because 5 just is not enough! We are building a new home and I have never walked into a tile showroom, so to say I was a bit intimidated is an understatement. Leah literally read our style from the get-go, absolutely nailing every single choice, making our visits actually fun and relaxing. We made 3 visits total, the third was trying to adjust the choices to the budget a bit more. She was SO patient in the process, even though we had to undo a few of the things we chose at first. The third visit was actually the charm because we feel they were the best choices (and met the budget better!). We really appreciated all the time spent. I learned to just trust her lead and enjoy the entire process of discovery. She is a delightful person to work with and one who truly enjoys her work and clients. She put a lot of heart into our job, and I absolutely want to thank her by leaving this review. We cant wait to see how all the selections we made together come to life in our home. I actually wish I could give the Fort Worth ProSource zero stars, because our experience has been one big foul-up, and we still dont have our wood floors, which we purchased on April 16 and were supposed to have been here on Thursday, April 19. Today is April 24, and we still have no wood floors. The guy who sold us our flooring has been MIA, as weve tried to get our flooring. We were told on April 23 that our floors would be here on the 24th. Called the morning of the 24th and were assured that a courier had just picked up our flooring, and our order would be delivered to our home within 2 hours. Another lie. Then I found an email from ProSource, which had been sent an hour AFTER our floors were supposed to have left their warehouse, stating that our flooring was in and ready for pickup. Yep, thats right. Our floors had NEVER been picked up by their courier. So my husband called and said hed pick up the flooring, because we sure as heck dont trust them to deliver, but he asked the so-called customer service guy to physically check that our flooring was there. The ProSource guy named Bryan actually asked my husband, Oh, you wanna go there? Uh, yeah, were going there, because ProSource has done nothing but lie to us from the moment they took our money. In fact, the only thing theyve done with any semblance of efficiency is take our money--and then they were ugly to us for calling them on their multiple failures. To say that Im furious is putting it mildly. To the potential customer, RUN, dont walk, away from ProSource. I will warn all my friends about this company.

Dishonest company!I recently built a house and my contractor uses ProSource for the flooring. My wife and I went to the Ft Worth store and made our tile and carpet selections. We dealt with another salesperson and not Matt who my contractor usually uses. We were told the tile we selected should be in our budget and that the pattern we selected shouldnt cost much more to lay. We later found out we were $2000 over budget on our tile. We decided to keep the tile pattern and go ahead and pay the difference. After the job was done, we had in excess of 220+ square feet of tile @ $3.46 left over. I talked to my contractors secretary and explained to her we have an abundance of tile left over. She said they usually send extra in case of tile breaking and the homeowner keeps some in case they ever broke tile. I explained to her that this was more than just a few pieces left that we could redo our whole bathroom again. Matt originally told her the tile could not be returned because it was special order. I called Matt and explained the situation to him. He said he would take it back but we would be charged a restocking fee of 10-15%. I told him I should not be charged for restocking fee because they had the dimensions of our house plan and someone came out and measured. The amount they ordered shouldve been correct. He also wanted to know if I could bring it back to them. He did send a courier to pick up the extra tile. After he received the tile back, he told our contractor we only sent back 200 sq ft and we would be refunded $480 after the restocking fee. We should have received a refund of over $700. Im sure my refund came out of one the salesmens commission so that is why I did not get my full refund. Do not use this company. They are dishonest.

My experience with Pro Source was horrible. All they want to do is sell you something. Once the sale is complete, they dont follow up to help you actually get your product. Then, BEWARE! They never tell you that if you return anything they will charge you 25%!!!!! of the amount you paid for a restocking fee. SURPRISE! Then - I never got the credit applied to my credit card so I had to call to get that done. I would wholeheartedly suggest you shop elsewhere or be prepared to have to stay on top of them daily to get any service out of them.

The staff were very helpful, and they even met me on a Saturday when they are usually closed, because I could not get all of my purchase in one load. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with flooring needs.

Bought 8k worth of flooring. Asked at sale if I could return unused stock and was told yes. Called to verify before returning 4 boxes and again got yes, then verified at sales desk. Needless to say, guys in warehouse wouldnt take back the stock. The old bait and switch. Wont do business with them again and advise you to seek out their competitor
