Hey just wanted to give a huge shout out and thanks to the Belknap location and the entire staff especially Mr. Kenny for getting me squared away. First it’s a process let’s be transparent we are going here because of decisions or choices we made. They are taking a risk on us to help us rebuild and renew our credit story. Mine started after a car of mine went bad and needed another one I was directed by an Ex’s Father great guy after falling at his dealership to go here. They got me approved first into a Impala never got it because I was a knucklehead and trying to keep the Ex not involved. Anyways ended up with a Toyota Camry keep it for two and half years and traded in for a Dodge Challenger which I loved and just a few days ago got into (because of equity in the Challenger) a brand new 2021 Dodge Charger from Autonation with only 7 miles on it. God is Good but we must first trust the process and follow directions to better we must have the discipline and willingness to learn from our mistakes. Thank you Chacon!

The company itself is not an issue to deal with. I was actual sold my vehicle from Dwayne from the corporate location and he was great. If you’re going to buy a vehicle, do it from him!! The issues I have are with the dishonest staff at this particular location. Chris (office manager) was the one I deal with and I caught him in several lies hay got them out of paying me for my referral. Go do business with one of the other locations and I’m positive you will be good but stay away from the kind of atmosphere that Chris runs and the service he allows his salesman to serve to the public.
