EXCELLENT SERVICE. Kristyn was perpetually cheerful. She stayed very late after normal business hours to help her friend complete a sale, and was very transparent with options. It was a refreshing experience to work with a sales woman of her caliber.

Id like to start by saying that we didnt end up buying from here. Only because we were able to get approved somewhere else for more money, less deposit, a newer truck and a warranty. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful, they had a lot of decent vehicles, and several of our friends have purchased cars here. I would still recommend Brothers for someone who might have a little trouble financing elsewhere.

Its a small building/lot but dont let it fool you. The people inside, specifically Kristen, took care of me. She stayed past 7 helping me finalize my first truck. Even helped me set up insurance for it with Geico. Id call that going the extra mile. I recommend them because of the existing staff.

They helped me get my very first car. They were referred to me by a friend and did not let me down. Good place, very professional and to my surprise quick. Went after work around 4 p.m. and was able to drive off the lot, with no loose ends, around 7 p.m. Love the car I have, and will definitely refer anyone I know attempting to get a car to these guys.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! CROOKED FAMILY BUSINESS!They all crooks, disrespectful and rude all their cars are salvage and they make most of their money off repos when the cars breakdown. They sold a car with a bad engine to a single mom I know and now they dont return her calls.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!Disgusting and rude employees trying to sell garbage cars that have not been inspected legally. took car for test drive and check engine came and eddie claimed it wasnt a problem and then can use their scanner to clear the light and that nothing is wrong with the vehicle ... do not buy here

If you even think about buying a car from here...PLEASE THINK AGAIN! I was totally taken for a ride. I returned the first vehicle b/c my mechanic informed me that it was a lemon, after being told by this dealership that it was a great vehicle. The replacement vehicle, after a month turned out to be even worse. However, I am now stuck with the vehicle. Since, I have come into contact with 3 other individuals that had the same experience and 1 of them is currently in litigation with this dealership.Please listen and take your business somewhere else b/c I can almost guarantee any vehicle purchased from here will not withstand more than a few months. Most of these cars have come from the floods in Houston, which I wish I would have known that prior to. I hope this helps someone else not make the same mistake I did! Be Blessed...

So my friend bought a car at this place over the weekend. It seemed like the sellers were very trustworthy and nice. They told us that they would do a 150 point inspection on the car to make sure the car is good to sell. When we bought the car and drove it back to Memphis, our hometown, the engine started smoking. This was less than one day of buying the car. The Hyundai dealership told us that the engine is useless and needs to be replaced. Not having much knowledge about cars my friend bought the car and now Brothers Motors told him he is stuck with the car.

I bought a car from them and right when i got home, the battery died. On the way back i had smoke come from the car and after doing a diagnostic of the car, Hyundai dealership told me the engine was knocking and needed a new engine on the car. DO NOT TRUST! The car was $6000 and the dealership said its worth less than $1000.
