Well first off Im in the service industry and I will without a doubt let you know the truth about this place. It is amazing, Titiana was super helpful. No pressure. Sadly I didnt find my truck there.. yet 😜 but I will constantly be checking their inventory!

Well I have to say at first I was skeptical about this place due to me always purchase from a big dealership. We all know big dealers over price their cars, so I went a different route this time. My girl Cindy and her great manager really worked hard to getting me into the car I wanted. Both sales ladies are cute by the way..so at least youll have something easy on the eye while you wait. These people will say whatever they can to you to make the sale. They will lie and tell you there is nothing wrong with the vehicle you are about to buy. What you dont know is the purchase you are about to make has $5k+ of hidden repairs that you cant possibly know about on the lot. Stay far away from this dealership if you value your time and money.

I had been in contact with a sales rep for a couple weeks looking into a Jetta Sportwagen TDI. After being assured of its condition (and even getting it inspected by Americas Oil Change & Auto Repair, who Im writing a strong review for after this), I drove over 500 MILES for it. The steering was off, the brakes were practically non-existent, and the car gave a warning chime every time you hit the acceleration. Every. Time. furthermore, the body was in slightly poorer condition than they had promised, and a rear door wouldnt even close correctly. The owner even gave me the excuse that the brakes were so poor because diesels arent designed to stop!I ended up purchasing another Sportwagen TDI, and I think it must be broken because the brakes work just fine. Buyer beware of Drive City Motors AND Americas Oil Change & Auto Repair.

Long review but worth itI bought a 2014 silverado about two weeks ago. I went in to see how much they would give me for a trade in truck and didnt plan on making a purchase that day wanted to get more of a down payment. He offered me what I could get selling it privately! I was shocked most guys try to low-ball you. I paid the asking price which I have never done but it was listed under what the truck is worth. Wesley and Giovanni were great. I have my own financing company that I use for all my vehicle purchases they said we would like to try (car dealers make money 1 of 3 ways one being financing) so I let him try I ended up using his. They got me good financing and I kept the other $3,000 I was going to put down on the truck and still got the payment I wanted (I havent had a truck payment in 8 or so years dont like em). Anything I brought up to him he said I will take care of it they are used cars they will not be perfect but I feel good that if something comes up he will go above and beyond to fix.(havent got the door lock fixed yet but Im not bothered I know he will take care of it when/if I do take it in to him), or would give me cash towards it which he doesnt have to do thats good no great customer service. Like I said these are used cars not perfect (but its close) but he makes sure you are getting something dependable to transport your family. This is the first time I have bought a truck for a smaller dealer usually go to the bigger dealerships and Im glad I gave them a shot when I am ready for another car Ill be going to drive city. Great deals and great service. The wife and I spent hours there they are not pushy they would walk off and let me and her talk, we did our homework knew what we wanted and how much it was worth and what we wanted to pay I got almost everything I wanted and the stuff I didnt Im ok with he also told me if its not everything you want tell me what you want and Ill see if I can find it get it and sell it to you. I went to other car lots drive city didnt even sell me a truck they won my business with price, piece of mind and customer service Ive waited to do the review on purpose needed to drive the truck for a bit as some places make the car/truck look good and drive ok then after a week or so it falls apart and the say tough luck not the case here and if it did I know they would be there to help not for free (not expected as it it used) but at a lower cost for sure because they want your business not to just sell you a car they want to sell you a car today and later when you want/need another. I am pleased so far with these guys.

This company is not okay to buy cars from. I say that because I was misled into believing I would get the car I wanted after they pulled my credit. I explained to them before they pulled my credit what I had to put down on the car and was assured that I would get it. I put some money down towards the car for them to hold it but when it was time for me to pay the rest of what I told them I had to put down for the car they told me I had to put more money down. They pulled my credit and got me approved but they wanted me to put more money down. Stay away from this place because there not straight forward. They just trying to make sale at all cost even if it means lying. Then on top of that they told me the I wanted had transmission issues. Another lie they told. Just stay away from this place.if I couldve left no stars I wouldve..

If I could leave this dealership less than a one star review I would. I would absolutely not recommend working with this “company”. They do shady business, have no idea how to professionally handle clients, and will waste your time AND money. I was approved for this vehicle after running my credit and giving them proof of income when I saw this X3 on Saturday. Upon getting approved through their bank they tried pressuring me into buying the vehicle and said they would come down on the monthly payment and down payment which I declined. They then threatened that they wouldn’t be doing the same deal with me next week if I came back and I said that was up to them. I left and I decided I liked the vehicle and contacted them Monday to let them know I would secure insurance for the vehicle and get a down payment together and be there Tuesday to get the vehicle. I paid for my insurance policy after they requested the necessary forms for proof of residence etc which I sent. They called me one hour before I was supposed to get the vehicle saying they could not approve me for the vehicle after I wasted money on an insurance policy they told me to secure. 0 out of 5 stars.

I found my son’s first car! It is a very nice car. My wife and I were met by Maria. Maria was extremely polite and super helpful. She provided a Car Fax so we could verify the vehicle would be safe for our son. Maria explained the features of the car. She never pushed or pressured us. After the test drive, I found a few minor things about the car. Part owner, Givini (???), assured us everything would be fixed. The price was a good price for this vehicle. I spent several months researching and this was a good car for a good price. I highly recommend Drive City Motors! And I highly recommend asking for Maria!
