I am writing this from a critique point of view as I have had time to stand back from the situation and see the whole picture.While I have had many of good experiences at Walgreens with the service being outstanding - especially in the photo department, this most recent trip was not. The failure to ensure that the guest was satisfied hurt as I am a frequent shopper. Now I will no longer enjoy shopping here at Walgreens I will remember only of how Amber failed to help me. Managers are someone who can go above and beyond for the guests that enter the store, someone who helps find a solution and she just did not possess that trait. I will be reaching out to Colby or Kolby, excuse the spelling, in the morning in hopes that she is able to sort this (unbeknownst to Amber who failed to take any interest on the problem) particularly urgent incident through.Editing next morning: Colby was able to fix my problem. She was very kind and she went above and beyond as a manager should.

I’ve always had good experiences in this store. Even during the worst of the pandemic, having to deal with iffy deliveries and frustrated customers, they always kept their cool and a good attitude. I moved to this neighborhood 2 years ago, and I find myself at this store more than any other. They have almost everything you could need.

Please tell me what is the reason you guys have one parking saved for curb side WHEN PEOPLE COME IN TO GO BUY COVID TEST MEANWHILE THEY DO NOT HAVE PROPER MASKS OR GLOVES AND YOUR STORE HAS NO WIPES NOTHING TO Sanitize with???! I am a shopper also who doesn’t feel safe because your store is exposing people who are not sick with covid. WTH?!?!? This needs to stop MAKE PPL BUY IT THROUGH PHARMACY AS A DRIVE THROUGH NOT INSIDE SO THE EXPOSURE IS LESS!!!!!!!!

Problems getting important prescription they claim were not written correctly but the problem seem to be with them, when asked if they called the doctor they said they did not have time for a 20min hold. also they are cheating me on Walgreens points telling me since only insurance is paying for prescriptions and I pay $0 I do not get them, This pharmacy does not seem very competent and in general the store seems poorly managed. After going here for 15 years I will be changing stores.

The pharmacy time is horrible!! I’ve called 20 times and got disconnected every time. Also their automatic machine sucks!!! What a horrible experience. I’m just trying to refill a prescription!!

I literally just came for picture pick up. I understand the lady was busy but I had to get her attention and I said excuse me politely! With an attitude she says whats the name. Didnt bother to greet or anything as well as the younger gentleman ringing me up for the pictures. He snatches the pictures and tells me my total. So I did the same and snatched my receipt. My saying is if you dont like your job, dont work there!! Leave your personal life at home and be professional at work.

Had to wait an hour to pick up script at drive thru. That was ready. Short staffed.

Worst store every. The charge your credit card twice for the same purchase and flat out blame your bank for the issue, and then they take a month to give your money back, they blow you off and are flat out thieves

Covid testing was quick & the result came back within 1-2hrs! Excellent service!

Every time I go into this Walgreens, theres a long and painfully slow-moving line at the checkout. Theyre also often out of things I want to buy. And many of the shelves look like theyve been not just picked-over, but raided. The last time I was there, I got so frustrated with the barely-moving checkout line that I just left and went to the Walgreens at the corner of Glenview and 26. That one is so much nicer!

There’s a lady that works there named AMBER and every time I go with my mom and sister she is so rude with us. She is rude to us, customers, and also to the other employees. One time a girl named Nancy attended us and then she began yelling to us and also to her.AMBER IS THE RUDEST PERSON OF THAT STORE.Never going back because of her!!!

Always have what I need

I love the pharmacy. Im on a first name basis with them. I am always greeted when I walk through the door. If I need help they are always right there to help.

I came to purchase some Easter stuff and I need about 12 they denied me the purchase and said there as a limit of 4 items and I wasn’t allowed to clear the shelf. That is absolutely stupid.

Pharmacy is very helpful explaining new RXs. Entire store staff courteous & will walk you to the item needed,....not pointing a finger and sayingDown that aisle. Good shopping.

Didnt take it kindly when Im standing in line and the worker ( larger caucasian, older woman with long grey ponytail) took preference and served the customer standing behind me first. It felt uncomfortable being the only black person in sight, with an armful of items, and purposefully over looked.

I love this store! The staff are very friendly and helpful . Im pretty much on a first name basis with the pharmacy staff. Mary Lou, Michael & Lauren are the very best I have ever seen at any pharmacy anywhere. That is saying a lot considering I have frequented quite a few pharmacies in my adult life. My husband and I went to get some pictures taken and the lady was extremely rude! Giving us attitude and just looked bothered to be helping us, so we decided to take our business somewhere else. Won’t be going back.

Called and asked if they did photocopies. Was told yes. I went and they dont. I was looking at a copy machine as they were telling me they dont do them there. Wouldnt even let me use it. Bad customer service.

Cashiers are always helpful and friendly.

They have a variety of items besides pharmaceuticals.

Ridiculously expensive. I get one prescription a month, a very basic one, which costs $4 at Walmart. Walgreens charged $10 for the exact same prescription, but I said screw it because they were just around the corner from me. Today they raised the price from $10 to $17. Its still $4 at Walmart.Congratulations Walgreens, I will never step foot in one of your stores again. You charge 40% more for the EXACT same product. Get over yourselves.

The female cashier had a horrible response time on the drive thru pharmacy window. There was a car in front of me and a car behind me, she took approximately 25 min to fill the prescription of the customer in front of me. While I waited- I was boxed in. Then when I pulled up to the window she was laughing like it was funny that she made me wait that long. I called the store when I left and asked to speak to a manager. They said he wasnt available, that he was on vacation. Sorry pharmacy service. This is the first time this has ever happened at this location.

Had my first experience with a true allergic reaction tonight..I went and got a pneumonia shot per the immunologist, I went into anaphylactic shock.. fire dept, ambulance, e.r. the works, it was very scary! But thanks to the pharmacist at Walgreens in haltom city, she hit me with an epi pen immediately and it probably saved my life!Thank you Walgreens crew!!

Terrible service. Ask for help 2 times and no one was able to help me in the photo department. Waited 45 minutes and no one showed up.

I have been watching them for the past 3 months they make this false advertising a day before the sales on the detergent in front of the door where its a 299 like the Tide detergent so they can attract you to come in the next day when the ads get in the paper and they claim the product sold out Ive been watching them doing the same thing for the past 3 months is that the manager or the employees fault just how dirty those corporations are I will not give them a penny unless its on sale thanks good for wal mart what you see what you get

Lauren in the pharmacy is by far the rudest person I’ve ever met . She is very unpleasant and not welcoming at all . I know numerous people that have been to the pharmacy and have said the same exact thing . If your going to go to a pharmacy to not go to this one . It’s very unfortunate that she is like this .
